The legal services Clark Law and Associates LLC provided were excellent. I am a return customer and no reason to go anywhere else now. I received help from them not once but twice over the year. My only regret, I wish I had contacted them earlier. For months, I was feeling extremely negative about a number of legal conflicts I was caught-up in, but I made a call, came in to their casual-atmosphere office and got the professional treatment my situation demanded. The advice I received was above and beyond my expectations. Immediately, I was in a much better, more secure state of mind. One issue I needed help with was my rights as a tenant during a no-cause eviction and successfully settled a disagreement my landlady and I were having over Multnomah County specific laws pertaining to relocation assistance. The other time, I had found myself in a situation where I was being asked to provide a police detective information. Clark Law and Associates LLC actually specialize in things like interacting with police, as well as issues like elder fraud, police misconduct protective orders and they provide wonderful help with all of it. My situation with the police had a positive outcome as well. If you look at their site, it lists all the case types they do, which I would trust them to handle if need be. Prior to this year, I had no idea how much better off I would be hiring a lawyer. This past year was my first time dealing with legal problems. While sitting at home during lockdown, I had tried to research the law and negotiate my conflicts with my landlord and with the police. My husband and I were in desperate need of an experienced attorney to represent us in contesting a restraining order that a disgruntled neighbor falsely filed and obtained against my husband. The order was filed with false accusations and could have negative affects on my husband if this order is upheld and not contested. When I called Clark Law And Associates, I first spoke with Jennie. Jennie is the owner of the firm, she was very helpful. She took the time to help me, explain everything, and then referred me to her associate, “Cameron Green.” Cameron is extremely skilled in dealing with stocking and restraining order cases. From the time we hired Cameron until the time we went to court, Cameron literally only had a few days to prepare, I was a bit concerned, because Cameron was in the middle of trying another case. Our case was a bit complex and had a lot of details, Cameron must have a photographic memory, because when we went to court, Cameron had every detail!!!! After contacting several other attorneys about my landlord-tenant case, and being met with nothing but discouragement. I was told that tenants almost never win against landlords, to just forget it and move on. Then I found Richard. My lawyer in this firm was very knowledgeable about the issue I had. My case took over a year to get his full attention though and I felt like the response from the defendants was really ignorant and so intentionally thoughtless that my lawyer didn't express to them properly how much my suffering had affected me and continues to affect me. Jeannie Clark was amazing with intake. She helped me resolve my decision to clearly communicate with breaking up with my Ex. My Ex claimed I was stalking her.
