Classic Cleaners did a wonderful job on the clothing we brought in. We found a Prom dress at Goodwill and it need some cleaning and ironing. The dress came out perfect and we even like it more they did such a good job! Also, my daughter is a cheerleader and her uniform needed professional cleaning before returning it to the school… the uniform looked brand new when we got it back and when we turned it in our coach was so happy! Lastly, I came in when the worker was closing up (and really her hours were over and I was uncertain of what to do… she gave her time and was absolutely kind and friendly. She could have ignored me and said “I am off the clock.” But instead she was the picture of consumer service! Thank you for being a great business we will definitely be back!

I had a one year old designer brand blouse dry cleaned for the first time at Classic Cleaners. The blouse had been successfully dry cleaned multiple times in the past by other vendors. Classic cleaners ruined the blouse. The red color bled onto the white trim. The store manager showed me the problem when I picked up my order. Unfortunately Classic Cleaners would not accept any financial responsibility for the poor outcome. I was extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism in managing a customer service issue. I would not recommend trusting any of your fine garments to the care of Classic Cleaners. They do not back their services with any guarantees.

When I originally brought my wedding dress in the young lady that helped me was awesome! Very kind! She never had did a wedding dress before so she had to call her manager to walk her through the paperwork process. Her manager was on speaker(in which she informed her she was) and asked how much my dress costed once I stated the price she then made a smart remark stating “is it even a real wedding dress” . The young lady replied and said yes it is but with that being sad I will no longer be taking any of my items to this particular location. I may still use Classic Cleaner service but not at this particular location.

At my first visit one of the items I brought was this white/cream jacket. It had a pink tint stain on the collar from a red vest I had placed it next to in my closet and when I went back, it bled on the collar. I was devastated because I hadn’t even worn it yet. So I brought it praying they could get it out but I would’ve understood if they couldn’t…. But BAYBEEEEE! They got it off my collar. I was stunned!! The stain was on my collar for like 8-9 months because I didn’t know where to take it but I am so glad I took it there and they took great care of my items. I will be a regular. Thank you!

I ordered a crochet dress online that was too gorgeous to pass up. Unfortunately when I opened the package, I was overwhelmed by how terrible it smelled!! Tag read that the dress was dry clean only so I freaked out. How the heck am I supposed to get this horrid smell out?! I took it to Classic Cleaners and they talked me through the options. I ended up going with the “wet” wash option and the smell came out perfectly!! When I picked up the dress, it smelled like nothing at all (which is the best outcome here!). I’m so happy with the service!

Customer Service is #1! I mistakenly thought this location had a drive through. I was unable to go inside because my sick child cannot be exposed to public germs. I called the store from the parking lot and store manager Devin gladly came out to my car to complete my drop off. She even said we could complete the pick-up and payment transaction in the parking lot, too. Thank you for going the extra mile with a smile!

My family has been going to this Classic Cleaners location since I was a kid and they have always provided outstanding service at a fair price. I greatly appreciated Deb taking the time to walk me through the options and help me set up an account. I will continue to use this company for all of my dry cleaning needs in Indy. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE FOR REPAIRS. Took a Nike hoodie in to have a zipper head replaced. Was quoted $7.00 over the phone. Waited more than 2 weeks and got notified it was ready for pick-up. Went to get it and was charged $32.00. $15.00+ for the zipper head, and $15.00 for cleaning. I never asked for cleaning. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS. They charge more than quoted, and add services you never requested.

Been with another local cleaner for years who’s service had been dropping for several of those. Last straw was missed deadline prior to a business trip and they removed same day service option. Lucky to get same week service. Changed to Classic Cleaners and have been wow’d by their service, commitment, friendly staff, and overall experience. Highly recommend!!

I have been using this location of Classic Cleaners for years. They do an outstanding job on everything I bring in, dry cleaning as well as laundry. But even better is the staff! Blanca and the rest of the team are always friendly, helpful and smiling. I have 2 drop off bags and my card on file so I am in and out very quickly. Kudos to Blanca and the team!

It took more than two months to get my wife’s purse cleaned. Then they held it for almost a month because they never let us know it had been returned. We had to call them. When we did go to pick it up they charged us more than three times the amount they said it would cost when we dropped it off. We will never return.

I've used their services for a while but it's hit or miss. The blonde lady is severe and lecturing but very friendly to older men. I had to send back a jacket that had not been cleaned or pressed at all. Too bad, because it's just around the corner from me. But the customer service is at best mediocre.

I love this company. I had a large bag of clothes that needed laundered and pressed. The communication was excellent they called me and let me know about a few items that had spots that were hard to remove. The actual service was great as well. Great dry cleaning experience. The coupon I had did not apply to what I was having cleaned so she offered me other coupons. Clothes were ready before scheduled and I recieved an email letting me know my clothes were ready for pick-up. I will definitely take my clothes here again.

I took 4 simple dresses to be cleaned, no special details or stubborn stains, actually no stains at all. The 4 dresses cost me $64.00. This was alarming! The cleaning cost more than what I had purchased each dress for. So, I definitely won't be using this Classic Cleaners again.

They do a very good job at cleaning. it's expensive...other cleaners do just as good of a job at a fraction of the price. They charged me $20.34 for one pants and sweater.
