I must admit that I was NOT impressed with their customer liaison skills in the first place. Since Simon was highly recommended by the piano seller, I decided to give them a fair go. After all, I am so glad that I have chosen Classic Piano Carriers. The piano was almost 230cm in length and weight 400kg. Imaging pushing the piano all the way up the hill and make those impossible tight turns. I don't think there are any piano removing jobs that the team can NOT conquer. After I booked their service, they told me they will deliver between 12-1 pm. On the day, an hour before they arrived at 12:20 pm, they send me a message saying they are coming as per scheduled. And within an hour, the piano is fully assembled in my living room. They are very punctual, efficient and the price was really good. I have contacted 3 professional piano removing companies. With one company quoted a few hundred dollars more (they reckon a crane is required to do the job), another company gave similar quote but does not have freight insurance. If you are looking for piano movers, I would like to recommend Simon and the Classic Piano Carriers team.

Simon's number was given to us by another piano mover who was busy at the time we want. We booked his service not even knowing he has 100% positive feedback. We just trust our feeling via communication with him by phone and messages. The day came, he messaged before arriving punctually. With his junior Nick, the job was done perfectly, quick and professional. It was drizzling during the moving but not a rain drop on our piano. Our precious piano was extremely taken good care of. Most importantly, his price is very comparative, over $100 cheaper than one service we received a quote previously. Simon is great. A big bear of a man, he and Ash moved my piano down 7 brick steps on a dolly. And pianos are not light! He was right on time, gave an ETA via text well in advance for forewarning, and was so easy to deal with. His price was much better than the others (even the house movers who don't move pianos as a profession) - I had used Melbourne Piano Movers before, and sang their praises (see my previous review), but I asked them again, and got a ridiculous price. Very happy with Simon - very straightforward, and I was referred onto him by Lachlan Brown, who also moves pianos and tunes them, but couldn't do the job because of the 7 steps. Price very reasonable, gave me the floor protector cups for free too. Too a lot of care with the piano and my hardwood floors. Highly recommended.

Simon and the team at Classic Piano Carriers are superb at their work, exceptionally skilled, looking after our upright piano delivery in a difficult delivery environment involving a sloping driveway, sharp corners on a narrow brick-lined stairway, tricky internal corners and narrow door openings. Placed the piano without any problems whatsoever, as well as assembling the stool for us. Professional to the last, and highly recommended to anyone who needs a solid team to look after their valuable instrument.

Very professional, Simon will talk you through and assess your house situation on how to move your piano. Which is fairly expensive, so you want to use good service. 3 Guys Superb service.
