Exorbitant pricing - the facts and the figures I bought 2 prescription items for a total of $35.32 - one at $14.19 and the other at $21.13. The $21.13 item is a medication I have been taking for more than 25 years / half a tablet per night, as per the instruction on the prescription for the dispensed item. For 25 + years, I have been supplied with tablets with a notch break line on one side to enable the half dosage per night. Clayfield Day and Night supplied a tablet with no break line, which made the half dose accuracy impossible. The pharmacist I pointed this out to the next day at Clayfield Day and Night was far less than helpful, so I went to another pharmacy to see if I could get assistance - only to find out that this pharmacy also stocked the same brand with no break line - THE REAL SHOCK HOWEVER WAS THAT THE SECOND PHARMACY SOLD EXACTLY THE SAME PRESCRIPTION DRUG FOR $7.39 - just over a third of the price I had been charged by Clayfield Day and Night the day before. The price for the second item at the second pharmacy was $6.30, as opposed to the Clayfield Day and Night pharmacy price of $14.19. Interestingly enough, the second pharmacy automatically provides both a receipt and the price of all dispensed items is printed on the labels - NEITHER OF WHICH OCCURRED WITH THE ITEMS DISPENSED BY CLAYFIELD DAY AND NIGHT - I do wonder why this is the case!!!!!

Staff members need to be more polite, or at least less contemptuous towards customers. My last experience here was terrible - staff member rolled her eyes and tisked when I refused help (was already in the section I needed), raised her voice at me when I didn't meet the EFTPOS minimum, was outright rude to the old man waiting behind me (he was just confused), and acted like she had much better places to be. After treating me this way, as I turned to leave, the staff member noticed my backpack was from a movie she likes and smiled and made a comment. I could do nothing but stare and walk away without a word. My trip before that, the chemist was yelling at me over the partition because I'd refused off brands based on experience. Went on a rant about how certain companies make their own substitutes and I should know better. It wasn't very informative, and I'm still unsure what substitute brands are ok, just that I should feel bad for not knowing. Wish a helpful chemist would help me with that!

The service there used to be fantastic but I went there and the lady was weird and rude and followed me around the ENTIRE time asking if I needed stuff and when I browsed kept asking if I was finished and was that all and it made me sad… it felt like she did not want me there and I don’t know if it is because I am autistic or if it was something else. I hope she feels better soon if it was just an off day. They are usually super awesome and helpful and tell you about stuff and helped me in a bad hail storm which was amazing and so nice. I just wish for it to be like it was EDIT: The mean lady wasn't there and they were so nice and helpful and kind and I'm so happy it's back to nice people :D

Having been a regular customer of this pharmacy for several years, I have not the slightest doubt that the one-star ratings by "A Google User" probably represents a pathetic scam by an unscrupulous competing pharmacy. Quite contrary to the claims by that deceitful person, you would be hard pressed to find more pleasant and more helpful staff in any type of retail business. Don't take the word of a duplicitous liar at face value – try them for yourself.

Almost everytime I’ve had to come to this Pharmacy, I’ve had the worst experience. I have never encountered such rude staff, they supply basically nothing, the staff act almost as if they don’t have the time of day for you which is just awful. After my last experience, where a pharmacist lied to my face about a medication and proceeded to laugh I’ll never go back there again, if you’re not a “fancy Ascot mum” don’t even bother!

Nicest people you could ever meet, extremely patient, able to handle any situation and knowledgeable about pharmaceutical and prescription medication. Great customer service, and great range of products, everything you could ask for in a small neighborhood pharmacy. They will remove items that they know will effect you negatively without you knowing! Extremely personable people that truly care, would highly recommend!

Visited here because my eyes were dry and burning from swimming in an overly chlorinated public pool. I was met with a young pharmacist by the name of Viet who was very welcoming and helpful. He recommended an eye wash and an anti histamine eye drop. We exchanged a few laughs and Viet had good banter. The products worked swimmingly, excuse the pun. 10/10 service and Viet deserves a promotion.

Sandra and the team are FANTASTIC!!! I've been using this pharmacy for years because the service is second to none. Staff are well educated about the products they supply. They are polite, friendly and helpful. The store carries a big range of products and is also clean and tidy, making it easy to find what you're looking for. Happy to recommend to, family, friends and the community.

My husband & I have been coming here for years and the staff are always happy and very welcoming when you come into the pharmacy. I was given the wrong Nurofen for my baby didn’t realize till I opened the bag when I got home. Returned to the pharmacy to get the correct one. Pharmacist Didn’t care told me nothing they could do as the one I wanted was out of stock. Couldn’t even exchange for something I would use. Terrible service will not return.

There is a few reliable, helpful pharmacists (either left or other reasons) I wouldn't recommend this place because staff seems to chatter a lot and I dont know how the boss manages things here. When you are standing at the front counter for 10min and they forget you're there.. please just do your job. Thanks.

5/7/22 Would like to give a shout out to Shirley, very professional and listened to my gripes getting my passport renewed even tried to help me. Even after all that, I would rate her as one of the best ever to receive an injection from. Did not feel a thing. Great work, keep up the great customer service!

I'm really sick with the flu at the moment, the women behind the count asked me a lot of questions and were able to give me the right medicine. I have never had such great service from a pharmacy and am feeling ten times better than yesterday. Thankyou so much

Cheerful and helpful pharmacist, lots of stock, relatively fast service - 4 stars. Points off for the one staff person whose nose was permanently above their mask and who pulled it down to talk. Everyone else wore theirs properly.

Run-of-the-mill chemist. Its amazing how many ancilliary products a pharmacy sells. Some of the non pharmaceutical products they sell are things that laundry detergent and lollies.

It's open 7-days a week until late at night, and pretty convenient. The service is a let down. They aren't outwardly rude, but seems fairly uncaring. Fairly expensive also.
