I had a beautiful black fur coat that was ruined after using their services. Mid-January, I requested that my black fur coat be dry cleaned through Cleantitude. I realized that they would not be dry cleaning themselves, but outsourcing it to a fur/leather company called Martin Inc (Nettoyeur Martin, 285 rue St-Jacques). However, at this point, I did not know which company would be doing the dry cleaning. I accepted and they proceeded to have my coat dry cleaned. Approximately two weeks later, I received my fur coat that was missing patches of fur, blown up in the chest area, and the collar was also ruined. I immediately contacted Cleantitude with photos and requested damage compensation. I was truly shocked at how a professional dry cleaning service could ruin a coat to this level. They responded that they will negotiate with the fur company and took back my coat. A week or so later, the fur company called blaming me for sending an already ruined coat, then saying it was too old, and then once I made it clear that the coat was in pristine condition apart from the stain on the right chest area, they said they will talk with the employee who actually cleaned the coat and get back to me. They never got back to me, and Cleantitude communicated to me that Martin Inc refused any responsibility for damaging the coat. However, Cleantitude offered a refund for their services and damage compensation as they were an affiliated company. I accepted this offer and I thought that this would be the conclusion to my horrible experience. On February 9th, I received my coat back and the compensation (but still haven't received my refund at the time of writing this review). However, I checked my coat as soon as I got back to my apartment to make sure everything was okay. The first thing I noticed was that a button was buttoned up in the middle while the rest were unbuttoned, and I found new damage under this button. I was almost losing my mind at this point. They had already damaged my coat, took my coat back, and then returned with more damage. Why? And it seemed to me that someone was aware of this and tried to hide it so I couldn't see it at first glance. I contacted Cleantitude again, they asked for a photo to compare against their records because they had checked the coat before sending it off, I sent the photo and then they called me. The woman on the phone started with "We cannot continue this any longer..." And I knew at that moment that she knew that this was a new damage, but was refusing any more responsibility. She also stated as such in the call when she went on to say the drive never noticed this damage and I should have been the one to check my coat in front of him to inspect the damage and pointed it out on the spot. Cleantitude then proceeded to give me the same repertoire that Martin Inc had given me earlier, and I have had enough. I ended the call and decided to write this review so people are aware. If I had known that Cleantitude would be sending it off to Martin Inc, a company that one Google search will let you know that you never want to entrust your expensive fur/leather goods, I would have never agreed to this in the first place. Cleantitude's response to this was that Martin Inc is the only company that dry cleans fur/leather goods here. In addition, even on Cleantitude's website they state in their terms "It is important for users to understand that Cleantitude does not in any way independently verify the credentials, representations or services of the Service Providers, the quality of any Services, or that a Service Provider is in compliance with all applicable laws." There is nothing more that I can say after reading this. At the end of this long nightmare filled with disappointment and frustration, I am left with a damaged fur coat I can no longer wear. It was my biggest mistake in trusting this service to have my expensive fur coat properly dry cleaned, and hopefully nobody else has to make this mistake.

Pretty cool to do dry cleaning all at home through an app. Washed my winter coat and dress shirts. Clothes came out fantastic! It goes without saying that they were super clean, also my shirts were totally wrinkle-free. and I do appreciate that the clothes did not come back with any strong scents. According to the nice delivery staff, they only use eco-cleaning and it leaves no chemical residues. App was easy to use and does what it says. Will use again, probably for the Xmas sweaters ;)

Pretty darn good care-free dry cleaning service. Choose what I want to wash through the app, and the staff come pick it up, and bring it back after 48 hours. Cheaper than I imagined, and my shirts looked great. They told me instead of ironing the clothes on a table, they do sort of a 3D airblow technique to give them a good shape. It worked perfectly. Can't believe I pay just as much as the shop I used to go to. Definitely recommend!

The app doesn't install on Android 13 or above. The app doesn't really work on iOS, either. It installs but could use some UI/UX love. Also no note that you need to spend a minimum of $35 to put in an order before you download said app. Great concept, could be implemented better though

First time using cleantitude, washed my mooseknukles with them, and it costs less than going to an actual drycleaner, awesome! Pickup and delivery were on time, nice staff. Totally clean and perfect condition …

It's hit or miss. Ive had times where the dry cleaning has been perfect. Other times it's had issues. The service is rather quick, so I use it when I need something within 48 hours.
