This laundromat provides excellent self-service laundry and dryer facilities. I went in the morning and was greeted by such a friendly and helpful lady staff member. She provided change for my notes and even provided an instruction to using the washing machines and dryers (even if it was clearly written already). I believe at times, the facility is not staffed, however, it is easy to change notes to coins at surrounding supermarkets and tobacconists. Very cost friendly at 130 kč for 40 mins on the washing machine (4 available) and 80 kč for 40 mins on the dryer (2 available). 3 seats and a sofa also available to wait and relax, in addition to free wifi. Room is also well ventilated and quite cool even in the current European summer. Highly recommended

The place is clean and comfortable to wait. Is a problem if you don't have coins.. I had to find a place to change Euros plus change to coins... I need the services dropp off which says online anytime , I send a message before go and they say don't have drop off until next week.. We used the big wash machine thinking it was a dryer, so is confusing the way they sign it.. we put 100 czk and we lost that money because it wasn't a dryer... There were 3 more people in the place and they were confused as well in the way the machines works. I payed for softener and detergent and my clothes don't smell nothing...

I am here, to door is open, but there is no staff here to assist me. So, contrary to the false reviews about "friendly staff", there is no one. Also, no soap, no way to get change for the machines. I called a number offering a laundry service. No one answered, but a woman eventually showed up. We were able to communicate via Google Translate, made arrangements, and I paid her. An hour and a half later I came back and the laundry was almost done. Shortly after, she folded it and put it in my suitcase -- great. Only when I returned to my hotel did i discover that it was all still fairly wet.

Best part was that it was clean. Also, instructions were simple enough. All machines require exact change - no bills, no change machine and no credit cards. I had to shop in a few nearby marts to get enough change - only 10, 20 & 50 kr coins. Dryers were very slow to get to warm temperature - after 1 hour, clothes were not completely dry. The laundromat was dimly lit, cold and minimal comfortable seating. Prices were average - about $9 US per load. No attendant around for assistance.

We had an average experience at this laundromat today. While the laundromat was clean, we put our whites load into one of the dryers then to find out when we got home that they are now covered in grease stains and are all ruined… bit disappointing when they are all really nice clothes so just watch out for that. Also, the laundromat closes at 7pm and not 8pm like google says. Also, don’t forget to bring coins with you as there isn’t a coin converter.

So glad there was a self serve wash close to our hotel. It was very easy to get to and easy to use. One load in the washer 130 ck for 35min and to dry was 80 ck for 40min (Make sure you have coins...10,20,50. No change machines). Also, bring your own soap. There are no vending machines for soap. Went first thing in the morning so I had the whole place to myself!! They do have free WiFi and there is a cafe nearby.

good laundromat. everything is coin operated, and the convenience store next door is happy to change cash to coin. easy to use/understand, at the time we were there, there was a little boy helping everyone with their loads and options on washers/dryers, so cute. everyone we met while waiting was very kind. 4 washing machines (3x 10kg, 1x 15kgs), 2 large dryers, option for own detergent if preferred.

Normal laundromat. Dryer takes forever to dry clothes though - nearly an hour so make sure you put it on high heat. Takes coins only. Suggestion for owner: please add a cash or credit card options. Also the wifi password is no longer readable so it can't be used while you're waiting. Good seating available. Soap included depending on the options you choose.

Every week we come here to wash our laundry. The guy there is very helpful and kind. He even puts our clothes from the washing machine to the dryer, so we don't have to come back twice, or stay there, and he tells us we can come in two hours for our washed and dry stuff. The prices are also very reasonable.

It works, however a coin machine would really help with business. The next door store will only exchange 200 CZK (1 load in the washer), so be prepared to buy small items to get more coins. The detergent is in the machines which is nice. However, if your clothing are soiled, it's not enough.

a small, good, typical laundromat. whether England, Spain or Germany... anyone who has ever visited one knows how it works. this one is clean and has good machines. A “coin machine” with a credit card function would be desirable. otherwise great. Thanks… cleaning my tour things.

I wasn't very sure about how to use the machines so I called the attendant. The lady on the phone managed to give me instructions in English, she was really kind and helpful... And clarified all my doubts. Definitely, I would come back. There is wifi, which was cool!

This laundromat is the nicest and cleanest I have ever been to. The machines are well maintained and appear to be pristine and new. The lady who helped us spoke English and was able to assist us in the use of the machines. We are very grateful to her. Díky moc!

The laundromat was good. Coin operated. But while I was washing my clothes a lady was there (also a client) and she was shouting, she even peed her pants while she looked me in the eye. I was genuinely scared, but I had to wait until my wash was over.

The coin slot on the machine(s) are broken, defaulting 20 Kč coins to be recognized as 10 Kč each. There is a release to get your change back, but they disabled it (on purpose). They're making some extra money off of customers this way...

Machine takes twice as long as stated time. Dryer not hot, take way longer and more money than it should. Otherwise the place is clean, nice place to sit, has WiFi and is only slightly overpriced. Dear management service your machines.

Just walked 500 metres with heavy laundry to find out place is closed, despite it still should be opened for next 2 hours according to google maps and their website. Thanks Cleanwashdry for great journey.

Had to do a quick load while traveling. Woman running the place was incredibly nice and helpful with how machines worked and making change. Speaks English. Very nice washers and dryers. Five stars!

Přišel jsem v 17:50 v neděli, venku zima jako prase s asi 5kg vypranýho prádla v tašce, abych ho dal do sušičky a bylo zavřeno, ačkoli otevírací doba je do 19:00.

Convenient, but there are no good English instructions: was confused about icons. Prepare lots of Czech 10, 20, and 50 coins. Wash and dry cost around 250 CZK

Excellent clean place. Easy to use with clear instructions. You need coins to operate but if you don’t have any you can exchange at the next door mini mart.

Here waiting for my clothe to wash and dry 150 Czech Korunas for wash and 100 for dry. Lady at convenience store next is happy to give change.

The place is clean. Prepare your czk coin. It only recieves 10,20, and 50 coins. For dryer i think needs max heat with 30minutes duration.
