(Edit) Clog Pro called me after I posted this review and apologized for my experience, assuring me no manipulation was intended. As a gesture of goodwill they refunded me a portion of the cost of the job, which I appreciate. This type of follow up says a lot about the ownership and management of the company. Revised from 2 stars to 4. ——————— First, the positive. They scheduled me quickly, came on time, and got our slow-draining bathroom sink flowing like new within less than an hour. The technician ran a motorized snake tool. Quick work. I have 2 points of criticism that potential customers should be aware of. On the phone call to schedule I asked if they could quote me a price or price range for a house call to snake a drain and get it flowing. "No sir, we're wrong too often and would rather provide you a quote after we've looked at it." Okay. Fair enough. I was in a tight spot and wanted the drain to flow, so I scheduled. The tech showed up the next day and BEFORE looking at anything brought in his snake equipment and quoted me $265 for the job. I suppose I could have sent him away, but I was in a jam and he was in my home staring at me with pen in hand, so I signed the paper. First, $265 for less than an hour of work and no parts involved seems high to me. Secondly, I've learned since this experience that other plumbers will at least quote a price range in advance with the disclaimer that a more complex problem will lead to a higher cost. That seems fair. I feel like I was manipulated into paying a steep fee from Clog Pro for minimal work.

During the Feb. 2021 ice storm, my sewer decided to back up and overflowed black water onto our basement floor. The roads were iced over and I wasn't sure anyone would be able to come out. I called three places with the best reviews... one said flat out "no way", and another one said they would call me back (which they did, but never gave an estimated time to come out). Clog Pro said that they were booked for the day but would call me back the next day between 8:30 and 10:00am. They called before 9:00 and estimated that someone could come out between 11:00 and 1:00, despite our power having gone out during the night. They called again just after 11:00 saying that they were on their way. Louis was able to quickly clear out the sewer line, check with video, and determine that the city had (10 years ago) replaced the pipe improperly in a way that caused slow buildup. When he was finished, he put everything back exactly as it was, including the washing machine that needed to be moved completely. I can't thank Louis and Clog Pro enough for their great work, attention to detail, timeliness, communication, and responsiveness when the city had shut down.

I had my sewer line replaced and they were absolutely amazing from start to finish! Alisha, the office girl, is so sweet. The two workers who came out to do the work, Leo and Francisco were super considerate, friendly, professional, and very hard working. I also talked to Jesse and he was honest with me and saved me THOUSANDS of dollars that 4 other companies tried to charge me. Leo and Francisco brought more dirt in and leveled the area where they dug, AND planted grass seed! They spent quite some time cleaning up to make sure everything was clean. Clog pro went above and beyond any of my expectations. I will absolutely recommend this company and will never consider using another company as long as these guys are around. I can’t say enough good things. Thank you so much Clog Pro!

Had a backup in my septic system. I called Clog Pro and they dispatched Louis to help me out with my problem. Louis is a great technician and has extensive experience with septic systems. I was dreading an aging system that may be an expensive repair or even unthinkably, an entirely replacement. Louis was able to access the problem area quickly, jet through the clog and even cleaned the entire line, all in just a matter of a couple hours - saved me a bundle. Dispatch even called me a couple hours later to make sure I was happy with my service. I would absolutely recommend Louis and Clog Pro for solving a problem quickly and cost effectively. Although it's hard to find, this is quality tradesmanship...

Greg was by far the most honest and down to earth home repair person I've encountered. I called Clog Pro because I've recently been finding small pools of water in my basement and also noticed my basement drain had dirty standing water in it. As a recent first time homeowner I know very little about plumbing but Greg treated me like I wasn't a complete goober, showed me how my pipes were all connected, and gave me quite a few suggestions to prevent water accumulating in the basement in the future. All for free... He was transparent and assured me I really didn't need his services at this time. But when I do, Clog Pro is who I'll be calling and referring!

I had an emergency today my toilet was over flowing as wouldn’t stop. It was also coming up my drain in my bathtub with it flooding and only having one bathroom I was in a panic. When I called they scheduled me for the next morning. I asked them if they have any cancellations or if anyway possible to call me . Within a half hour they called me back and told me someone would be coming. Turns out I had tree roots growing my pipe. Louis was amazing very honest straight forward and worked fast. Louis and Sam worked fast? in and out within an hour and a half. I am so thankful.

We recently had our bathroom remodeled and noticed after that the toilet was getting clogged more & more until finally there was water coming from under the toilet & it was hit or miss whether it would flush at all. Turns out the tile guy forgot to take off the old wax ring when he reinstalled the toilet. George was our tech & he was really great. Took the time to explain all the possibilities, and what that would cost. This is the 2nd time we've used Clog Pro & they continue to provide good service & great results.

Had Clog Pros out for an estimate on some significant sewer line work that needs to be done on a house we are in the process of purchasing. We ended up not using them for the work itself, but they were very professional. I got a bunch of plumbing tasks done that took about three hours. Robert provided an accurate estimate at the beginning of the work, and worked efficiently. What stood out to me, is he took care of some things I thought would be bigger projects, but he handled in a few minutes, so I felt like I got a good bang for my buck.

I called and got estimates from four different plumbers. These guys were very reasonable and honest about the charges. Louis came and unclogged my kitchen sink. He was awesome and very professional. I had an issue with accumulated pine needles and debris deep in a downspout drain that I could not budge with a hose or a snake. Louis hydrojetted away years of debris and revealed the (buried) daylight end of the drainpipe 100' feet away, which I had never known about. Well worth it!

Got a quote from another company for $400 more than Clog Pros. Danny was not only on time but early. Clog Pros called ahead to make sure that was fine. Hydrojetting cleared the clog in under an hour and problem solved. Fast efficient and professional. Definitely recommend.
