We came to Melbourne from Sydney for a funeral so we only stayed 2 nights. The receptionist Lisa was so helpful, we needed to check in extra early and she made that happen (Thank you Lisa I needed to sleep!) We stayed in the twin guest room and the rooms are clean, the kettle was broken so the room service lady gave me a new one :) (Need my hot tea) the shower was nice and hot and has great water pressure, the air con warmed up the room at night and we ordered chicken schnitzel from the club and it tasted like a home cooked meal, it was delicious! Happy with our stay here and will stay again in the future. Thank you.

I cannot commend this place enough. The staff are amazing, especially Naomi at the front desk. The rooms are perfect, not over the top, comfortable, and quiet, and all our needs were met. The bistro has the best salad ever, and Karen, who works at the bistro is absolutely wonderful, and looked after us so well. There is an IGA across the road where you can buy all our munchies from, and also the foyer has an amazing vending machine... So good. Guys, you gotta try this hotel, you will be so happy that you did, and the room prices are so reasonable too. We will be back - Keep our room ready

Stayed at Club Laverton motel when going to a party at that end of town. Will deffinately use this as my Go-To when needing to stay over that side of the city. Staff were very warm, friendly and very accomodating. The room was absolutely fantastic with high quality touches and finishes, queen size bed, extremely comfortable. Air conditioning was very effective and the black out blinds made for a lovely sleep. Considering the convenient proximity to the freeway, we didn't notice any noise and the bathroom was a great size again with very high quality touches. Deffinately felt surprisingly luxurious! Excellent value for money to say the least. Really enjoyed our stay!

Smells like an ashtray. The bath and bedrooms reek of cigarette smoke. There are always people gathered smoking by the entrance. The room was dated but ok. It was a little dirty in places. There were cigarette burns on the toilet seat and the shower and bedside table were dirty. The walls are thin and we were woken up numerous times between 1am and 4am by people in the hallway. The bistro wasn't open for breakfast on Sunday. Our in room paper said 7am-11am but we were there after 10am and it was still closed. It'd be an ok place if it didn't smell like an ashtray

Our new local! Friendly staff, great quality food without paying an arm and a leg and lovely environment! My partner and I came here for the first time a couple weeks ago for dinner and was not disappointed. After trying many places around the area that overcharge for average food we were very impressed with Club Laverton! We have been back this week for dinner and again for breakfast. Awesome food, great coffee, fair prices and the staff are lovely! We'll be coming back as regular members.

Went from Sydney to melb last weekend and stayed their for 2 nights , Room was alright but the aircon wasn’t working as we called the reception and they kept saying that the accomodation reception is closed, second day was the same problem and same answer Plus had a group of residents on the top of us playing music till 5 am , called the reception to stop them but no one could do anything We had bad experience this time with this hotel, never again

This is a venue where I've mainly had lunch since 2000. It's been renovated in recent years and now features a more open plan and modern decor. Staff are friendly and service prompt. Membership is free and provides a discount on food and beverages upon showing your membership card when making your purchase. You also receive a credit voucher for your birthday. They offer Seniors meals. As there is a car wash nearby, it's convenient to have your car washed while you're dining.

Stayed for 2 nights with the husband. Accommodation was clean and comfortable only problem was with the key trying to get in at night as it didn't work and neither did other people's so if you go outside you can't get back in. Meals were AMAZEBALLS. A great range of things to eat and whatever we ordered came out yummy and hit. Compliments to the chef.... Meals

Modernish Club with a motel.. Restaurant is ok..? I ordered the Fish & chip's which consisted of battered flathead (i suggest the grilled as it was a way too oily) chip's and a nice salad. 2 out of 7 If you like the pokies it's a bit cosy though. TAB gaming area is very nice and spacious with is own bar . Outdoor smoking area is nice THOUGH THE LOCALS ARE RUDE, LOUD & RUINED THE EXPERIENCE. Will not be back.

I travel a lot and will definitely return here. Very clean. The rooms are in top condition with everything at an ‘as-new’ standard. They have a good arrangement of lights and lots of power outlets that are easy to get to. Proper steam iron. Easy parking. Friendly and helpful staff, and tasty down to earth meals at the bistro. The meals are not small. Other food places are just across and along the street.

Solid 3 stars, the flathead was pretty good, and all others enjoyed their meals, apart from the one steak ordered which although ample and well cooked was tough. The beer is still terrible, however the wine list, although limited has some good choices with the adoption of Oatley wines. Nearly there.. a few tweaks and a bit of luck on the Okie Dokies and it would be a top "pub/bistro" dining destination!

Made the mistake of trying to have lunch there yesterday. Walked in and was greeted by the stench of cigarette smoke. Found menus and a small sign noting the need to sign in on a small table at the entrance to the bistro. Went up to the bar to ask if we should sit anywhere, how to order meals etc and waited and waited until we gave up and walked out. Will leave it to the pokies crowds in future.

Great place. Clean modern rooms. Nice bistro and gaming room. Very pleasant. 30 seconds walk from a train station that is a line straight to the city. Underpriced in my honest opinion, paid 139 for a night. Wouldn't have blinked even if it was $200

Dined at Laverton Club service POOR beverage bitter was advised by staff it was ok sorry it was bitter!! Meal arrived with long hair in the batter told waitress nothing done. Had ordered desserts did not arrive 30 minutes later asked waiter for our dessert was advised we had not ordered any. Waiter checked then brought our dessert. No apology. Definitely not going back again.

A Nice bright venue opposite Aircraft station. A large variety of machines that were going off the day I visited. They served me up a lovely meal for breakfast in a large dining room, The venue also has a large sports bar/Tab and reasonable priced Hotel rooms at the rear of venue Ample parking and situated next to Freeway on ramp.. .

If your a light sleeper don't get a room overlooking the freeway, book one overlooking the parking lot. Rooms are good clean and well appointed. Bistro in the complex serve very good meals

Was disappointed to find their restaurant closed (re-opening some time in the new year). It's the only reason I chose it as it had an onsite restaurant boasting room service and cooked breakfasts and I travelled a fair way to get there. Website and booking.com details made no mention of it being closed when I booked.

Pokie tip, play hold and spin games when major jackpot is in the early 600's, playing at 500 odd when jackpot has just gone off the machine takes money and play at 800 odd when jackpot is looming is a money grab fiesta cause everyone pumps money in for that chance to get jackpot

Honestly much better than expected, recently renovated interior of the rooms. I found the beds extremely comfortable. I would recommend asking for a room on the car park side so you get less road noise from the freeway. The food in club was generously sized typical style pub food, which always arrived promptly.

Came for dinner on a Wednesday night ordered lamb curry tasted nothing like a curry, husband ordered mash and bangers, not great, apple crumble and ice cream took a hour to get to us, been here a few times tonight was surely disappointing won't be coming back

The staff on the morning shift were totally unorganized. The motel fully booked out. And they are saying they didnt get told they would be busy. Well it took an hour and a half to get two eggs on toast. Ridiculous, the staff were very rude especially one. Never will i order food again. Terrible service.

Despite the renovations, its a decent place to stay. Ive stayed there on numerous occasions and always been back.. but even as a loyalty member, it would be good to have discounted accomodation, then i would be able to stay a day or two more

This club is excellent. We stayed in the motel, very clean and well presented with great staff. Noise was not a problem, parking at the front door and low price quality meals in the club. A win on the pokies was good too. Bookings a must.

The chicken parmas were great, Meat lovers was nice, had mince and pepperoni as well as the traditional toppings, so the extra $3 was actually worth it for a change. Average price range for the size of the parma, staff were exceptional.

Came in Christmas eve. 20mins before kitchen closed. Exceptional customer service and the food was stellar! The parma was perfect. Well priced and nice lightly crisp chips. 5 out of 5. Will bring everyone of my mates here.

Refurbished room was well appointed with new appliances and bathrooms. The room was clean and well presented. Air conditioner was very old and quite noisy. Overall quite pleased.

Most of the employee's don't even notice you are there, no Hello even if you say it first. There are a few nice guys/girls but overall you don't feel welcome there at all
