Have been here before and customer service is always curt but not a big issue. Not this time. Ordered tyres and paid a deposit, told I would be contacted in a couple of days when they turned up. After a few days I emailed via the website which they ignored, and after a week I went in person to be told the tyres were there and they had called me but it rang out. My phone is always on and I have voicemail. I got them to confirm they had the right number, which they did, so basically they forgot and lied about calling. Then, because the cost of the tyres exceeded the EFTPOS daily limit the EFTPOS errored and rather than allow me to do a bank transfer or leave my details to pay the balance the next day (As we tried to split the transaction and the majority went through okay) the manager came out, was rude and confrontational and threatened to take the tyres back off the car because he couldn't be bothered with a bank transfer. Suggested I go get cash out somewhere while he had my car up on jacks with the wheels off. To be clear, the EFTPOS error clearly said it was a daily limit issue and not that the funds weren't sufficient. I'd let that one go except I watched them through the window try to push up the auto tailgate faster than the motor was opening it, risking damage to the struts, and then again to close it they tried to yank down on it. They also dropped one of the hub badge covers straight on the concrete from chest height while the car was on jacks. Complete disregard for the car. Absolute s**tshow of a business.

Tyres replaced and wheel alignment done in quick timing which is great, however the customer service I received was just terrible. Left my car in the carpark unlocked with the drivers side window fully down. Told multiple different things from multiple workers via phone & in person so the communication between staff is to be questioned but most importantly I was less than impressed with how I was spoken to by two separate workers. The staff member who checked me in on arrival felt as if he had a major attitude, very unhelpful and blunt to the point of rudeness, made me feel anxious and uncomfortable so much so that I texted someone to come pick me up mid conversation with him and cried as I walked out. Both the 'check in' and 'pick up' staff I spoke to made me feel as if I was being spoken down to and brushed off, very impolite. If they hadn't of said they'd have the job done within the hour that morning, I would've just gone elsewhere. Might do good work on the cars themselves with somewhat competitive prices, but could hugely benefit from someone with some form of communication skills to handle the customer side of things.

If you want to have your car “checked out and worked on” just to have these “professionals” dodge the job then come here! My partner brought his car in, these “professionals” inspected the car and brought up issues they “fixed”. My partner takes his car home thinking it’s “fixed” but long and behold days later the car is not in fact fixed. He has a look and these “professionals” put the “fixed” part in theW WRONG WAY. He contacts this job to be spoken to rudely and told to come into the shop. Came into the shop today and of course, they are again unprofessional and rude denying they had done any work on the car. Save yourself the money and time by avoiding this place. I never spend time writing reviews but I made sure to take the time out to write this one. Absolutely disgusted with the service provided and will continue to warn people about this horrid place, I would give 0 stars if possible, 1 is being extremely generous.

I don't usually post reviews, but feel the need to advise future customers of my recent experience. PRO's: Best price for tyres around Adelaide, customer service was good (I would have given a 5 star rating if not for the following). CON: Wheel Alignment performed on my 2018 Prado using INCORRECT DATABANK INFORMATION for my vehicle (as reported to me by the actual technician who performed the alignment on my vehicle), resulting in my questioning the alignment report statistics irregularities following the said task. Steering wheel was not centered either, of which I was told that they could correct. My vehicle is 3 and a half years old, I would have thought a company of this size, reputation and popularity would have had the latest and CORRECT DATABANK INFORMATION prior to aligning a customers vehicle. $60 down the drain.

After taking my car in for a wheel alignment, whoever was working on my car, obviously forgot to tighten the rear wheel alignment bolts which were fully loose and had to be tightened up by Mitsubishi yesterday, who thankfully noticed the problem. The wheel alignment was done over a month ago and could've caused an accident for me while I'm about to be put on my P's! Not happy with their service! Especially after knowing someone who works there & trusting they'd look after my car & I! Do not go here if you're about to put your child on the road and/or if you value your car, time & money.

Have been getting tyres from here as it is close to home. Being charged $180 minimum per tyre and a wheel alignment every time so spending almost $800 every time. Tyres not even lasting 10,000kms with regular alignment/balancing. Went elsewhere today to be told I was being overcharged and the tyres they put on my car were the cheapest possible that another company could not charge me more than $99 each for. Absolutely disgusting to that they see a female and think they can charge jacked up prices and take advantage. Will NEVER spend another cent there.

Very good service. Went in to get advice on the condition of my tyres and was advised to replace the whole 4 as my car is an 'all wheel drive' & was given the reasons why this was necessary. Then offered a range of products & I accepted a special Toyo Easter offer of buy 3 and the 4th is then free! Saved me $230. I found that hard to beat for a reasonable quality Tyre. As I had an important medical appointment pending I stressed the need for prompt action which was duly attended to! Highly recommend this group

Fantastic customer service! Fitted me in on short notice even though they needed the tires I required to be shipped to them. Tires fitted and wheel alignment done very promptly for a competitive price. Even though my billet stainless tire caps were misplaced (I should have removed them prior to the tire change really) the team located them and returned them to me. If you look like you don’t know about cars, or they see you that way and if you are a girl who doesn’t know anything, I don’t recommend going to them. They will charge you more, even try to recommend you to change your tyres which will last you few more months. Didn’t even test drive after wheel alignment and balancing which is a must to see if it’s working properly or not. No record/paper given to me of what they done.

Make sure you have an agreed fixed written price before leaving. I was quoted a rate over the phone then when I went to pay it was higher plus they did a wheel alignment not mentioned to me. Then to be made to feel like an idiot by the guy at the counter waving a piece of paper in my face saying it's the right price see.... As advised that wasn't the rate your coworker gave me over the phone but he didn't care at all.

Dropped in there on way back from funeral with what I thought was something in my tyre... Young lad checked it out and found it was a loose piece of plastic inside of front bumper... fixed it and checked my tyres and no charge!! Thank you so much - was just so appreciative for helping a lady on a difficult day who was not close to home... I got back in one piece and safely... Highly recommended...

I had some tyres removed from rims. The gentleman who served me- and I mean gentleman- was exceptionally polite and gave possibly the best customer service I have ever had. If he wasn't the owner, he treated me as if it was his business. An absolute credit to the place, and I definitely recommend and will continue to use this place for my tyre needs!

Tyre prices "in the zone". Somewhat disinterested staff. Use these guys as my 'regular' for tyres / punctures etc as they are within ten minutes of home. Last trip there cost me $35 for a puncture repair using a "plug" (ie they don't even remove the tyre from the rim). $35 guys? Really? Won't be doing that again.

Paid for a full wheel alignment, wasn't until I was leaving I noticed the paperwork showed they only touched the front and the rear values were the same as previous, was told by staff they didn't have the tools to do the rears but didn't bother calling me or letting me know they hadn't been done

I went to Cluse Bros Tyrepower munno para today for new tyres . I didn't expect to get the job done at that time but I was told they could do the job straight away which they did it only took about half an hour .They did a great job and the price and staff were good .Thanks guys …

What a mob of rouges. My whife went in with a blown tyre (punctured side wall with good tread) was told she was not allowed to leave without buying a full set of tyres. Apparently they where not the correct size. Terrible female service. Will never go there again.

A brilliant bunch of blokes who gave me great prices, but the service was even better! Fourby tyres, so pretty pricey, but not here!! Beat the rest by $40 per tyre! Times that by 6, and it's worth travelling a bit to get there. An extremely pleasant experience.

Trued to call eas put on hold and noone answered. Then just went in as was nearby stood at the front counter with 2 others in waitinf room for service and nope nobody came to assist. So left and will take my business elsewhere very upset with the poor service

Came in to get some wheels swapped over and I was in and out with in 15 mins, gave me the quotes I asked for on tyres and the price he charged me was great.... iv been coming here for years and have always had a great experience... brilliant work fellas

Spent $2500 on new rims and tyres during the wheel alignment my battery went flat was very disappointing that no one offered to give me a jump start so I could get home!!! Had to call a good friend to do it.

The gentleman who served me was polite, he checked the nail in my driver's side rear tire. Determined it hadn't penetrated into the inner part of tire and returned my car to me no charge.
