"Raspberry spoke Cake 2 days by use by"
"Great new store at long last with some of the great core team members from the old store"
"Half customers at the store tonight were without a face covering"
"Horrible experience!!! Am a regular customer and some new security gaurd followed me around like a criminal!!! Spoke to acting manager Zeid who practically shrugged his shoulders so called head office who are rude and unhelpful!! Don't know if co op think they now too big to care about their members anymore! You certainly are not gaurenteed any customer service or curtosy at this this store!!"
"We've just moved nearby and what a great little shop! Has a great variety of food, items, lovely fresh bread, household goods and drinks"
Raspberry spoke Cake 2 days by use by. Unfortunately already through the receipt away before noticing. Donuts, rock hard, and in muffin container. Excuse to not only use up containers, but as wrong fit only 2 can fit, excuse to sell 2 for price of 4. Buying bag, check out staff don't even pack, or even ask, just throw a bag the other side of the Tull and scan placing items on top of the bag. Genuinely unreal. Highly suggested not to use. There's several tescos, a Waitrose, and several Sainsbury's only a few minutes further walk.
Great new store at long last with some of the great core team members from the old store. All doing a fabulous job as always but trying to manage the fact that a lot of shelves remain under stocked. Frustrating for staff and for customers most of whom are very local. Let's all get a strong message to Coop Head Office that there are 4 Tesco stores within walking distance of our new Coop and it's time more regular, daily deliveries were scheduled to help customers and staff alike.
Half customers at the store tonight were without a face covering. I reached out to the manager. The response I got ''I can't enforce them to wear them. If it bothers you, you got to tell them''. Suddenly the pandemic is viewed as something that is bothering ME, rather than the entire country that has been screwed. Ironic how there are signs outside the store asking customers to wear a mask. Poor practice and lack of responsibility.
Horrible experience!!! Am a regular customer and some new security gaurd followed me around like a criminal!!! Spoke to acting manager Zeid who practically shrugged his shoulders so called head office who are rude and unhelpful!! Don't know if co op think they now too big to care about their members anymore! We've just moved nearby and what a great little shop! Has a great variety of food, items, lovely fresh bread, household goods and drinks. I was super impressed and very relieved that we can come here rather than the rather grim little supermarket just up the road! The Co-op was clean, tidy, well stocked and has an amazon locker too. Excellent!
Seeing people upset and offended by treatment at this store makes me very angry! Don't expect good service from every person at Co op as there are more than a few bad apples and head office will not help or even appologize! Membership means nothing to Co op!
I have never been to this Tesco....I was only viewing and seeking for supermarkets which would be close to an apartment which I'm willing to stay at in few coming months...I'm mot even in the UK...This rating should go back to Google map!
Good little co-op, decent selection for the size, sadly often rude and disinterested staff who seem to find it an inconvenience to serve customers, but if you can use the self service then it's not the end of the world!
popped into store and had the pleasure of Azim showing exactly where the things were that I needed ... So helpful as I am not local to the area can't thank him enough nothing was to much and he was an absolute pleasure
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Sebastian, the staff at this Co-Op store for the kindness shown towards a stranger this morning. People that make a business great. Best wishes, JN
No one serving behind tilt, need to wait bit long to finally someone came and it was supervisor who doesn't see any issue that customer waiting and staff doing sth around. Awful customer service
The staff seem quite helpful, they wear masks which is reassuring but the shop always has empty shelves so you're better off walking 2 minutes up the road to the tesco express
I went into the store and I wouldn’t find the chocolate i wanted but Priyanka helped me with finding the chocolate i wanted and i rate the store 5* for customer service
So glad a Coop is opened in the neibourhood. Great loyalty scheme, and friendly staff. Fruit and veg can sometimes be out of stock, but overall very good.
A great little store that's kept much cleaner than the two nearby Tesco stores but unfortunately not big enough to stock everything that you often need.
Nice convenient little shop located right next to the Staycity Apartment hotel. Good for grabbing a quick meal or breakfast to bring back to your room.
Big enough shop that's open late even on Sunday which is a big plus from me. In my opinion it's quite the same with a Tesco Express.
Its convenient and open long hours but I think its odd, dome stuff is super cheap and other stuff you pay over the odds for!
Ok place, need to stop feeding and giving the fake homeless outside free Costa coffee, your only feeding there heroine habbit
Great shop and friendly staff. Azim was so helpful when I was having trouble collecting my Amazon package.
Perfectly located under the hotel so you can stock up with bits and pieces during your stay in Birmingham
No point having a NUS card being a student at this place, way too expensive than Asda,Morrisons and Aldi.
Great location and variety of food thanks to the staff for their support throughout this difficult time
Shame that some nice staff efforts are spoiled by horrible security guard and rude head office!
Great shop. Good choice of breakfast items and freshly baked goods. Friendly helpful staff.
Insulted and persecuted in this store! Treated like a criminal and ignored by management!
Very bad experience! Staff doesn’t know how to treat the clients. Disappointed!
This place is permanently closed and up for sale. Don’t waste your time.
Well stocked, great lunch time selection, Costa coffee machine also
Good price bargains on sandwiches and sweets. Love their products
Poor selection of fresh food and frequently smells of sewage.
Convenient for people working in and around st.pauls square.
Staff are friendly a good selection of food and drink.
It’s dirty and lil ugly but I got what I needed
Very well stocked for such a small supermarket.
Open every day until 11pm - life saver
