Good value for money. I visited with big family group (11 adults, 9 children) in July 2022 for a day-only visit. We received farmhouse no. 5. Getting to the farmhouse was difficult as Google showed the wrong route. You have to take the interchange near the toll plaza. Once you get on the right route, follow signs on the walls and you should get there with ease. There was ample parking space for 4-6 passenger cars. The farmhouse itself was not big, but they have reasonable space. My guess is it was 1,200 Sq yards, excluding parking. The swimming pool was big enough for 15 to 20 people. Water was clear, but there was debris in it that the staff cleaned with net. The pool was covered with net. There was only one slide. There was also a small baby pool for toddlers next to the big pool. At the center were indoor games including table tennis, carrum and Foosball. There were takhts for lounging as well where he had breakfast. There was a moderate sized garden with kids swings, seesaw, and spin-go-round. The farm also had half a pitch that could be suitable for children to play mini cricket. But adults cannot play proper cricket on it. There were two rooms with double beds. Rooms were clean and beds were tidy and comfortable. Bathroom were tiled and reasonably clean. Behind the rooms, there was a large, carpeted dining area with pillows. Big enough for musical or lounging at night. It also had an external kitchen with cutting, washing and food preparation space. We were provided a gas cylinder and deep freezer. Cooking on the stove was a bit difficult as it burned the food despite our best efforts. Bring your own stove or only cook simple meals. There were two outdoor washrooms next to the kitchen that were very dirty with big lizards. The staff was polite and helpful, albeit a bit lazy. If you asked them to do something they helped. But they weren't proactive. Overall, it was a good experience. The charges are low compared to other farmhouses. It isn't a luxury farmhouse, but it is ok at the price charged.

Bad experience and totally money wasted farm house there is no facility in terms of lighting, in terms of cricket pitch. There were a broken pitch at Coco Gold that you say. You know what we say it was an old farm house. In future any body offer me in free of cost I will never ever get this opportunity. I request to the owner to visit by himself and check the condition of rooms,furniture lighting sports equipments. Nothing was there to enjoy I know nobody will call to ask what happen over there. My office staff was over there my HODs was there and at that time it was an embarrassing situation for me I was totally blind at that time I was thinking what I do in this situation. I would like to suggest Mr Adeem kindly donot misguide any body next time. Do offer what you have dont say that it is good it is brilliant. Your image is not being damage farm house image is being damage.

The 2 ac rooms were fine. Wherever there was carpet, it was stained. Bring your own bedsheets, I mean that's like very understandable. The filtration system of the pool wasn't working, but it was fine. The only person using the room was one elder and the rest were outside enjoying. They have a cricket pitch out back, there are swings and couple of rides for the kids and the kids at heart. Good sitting area as well, few games. Overall very good experience, will InshahAllah visit again.

Such a poor place, very scary route. Patrol will finish and generator will be off in 5am morning and you wont find them. They knew timing and will run away before. And suddenly appear 6:30 and ask u to vacate instead of evening. Total scam. Very old nasty furniture. Dirty WC toilets, not even single camode. I dont recommand going with friends either, forget about family.

Pool water was a bit dirty. Grass was overgrown. Rooms were so dirty .one bathroom roof was open from side . There were cats all the time it was not even running when we tried. All of sudden wild dog comes into the farm house and there was so bad smell of cow dunk.swings were well for a farm house.

It's very difficult reaching Coco farmhouse, especially in rain season. Our bus got stuck in the mud just outside farmhouse. We had to hire a tractor to pull it out and pay 4k. Coco farmhouse administration must alert people in advance of muddy street outside their farmhouse. Also please invest little bit of money on infrastructure/Road. Local people of farmhouse are supportive and helpful.

Not a very good experience probably because of the muddy roads after the rains and people who run this business just don't care if your vehicle stuck in front of the gate of the farm house. Dirty rooms, toilets with broken flush. The list is long overall its just awful.

Good ambience with nice aesthetic sense, however; with such high rate only 1 A.C. (that too so inconsistent). proficient staff that only showed up in morning to display, whole night we were left on our own, even for trivial matters we had to hunt the staff around the estate. With garbage dumping on fire in the compound (disposing off) was cherry on the top

Once i have visited this farm with my family. It is nice to visit. Its not very luxurious but it is okay to visit it if you want to enjoy in a low budget. Rooms have no AC but you can rest if you want there are about 3 to r rooms. A place to play cricket with a pitch, some simple rides, a deep freezer. And much much more.

Visited Coco deluxe farmhouse on 24 Aug, 2019. Found dirty stagnant water at main entrance with mosquitoes. Kitchen drainage was over flow, no grass cutting in whole farm area and very dim lighting. Farmhouse design and plantation is good, gives natural look of environment but need to maintain.

Coco farm gold is the best one in all rest are also good but it's for small families if u have big gathering then go.for gold Don't forget to take.badminton rackets as they have court for it and cricket pitch as well. Has to work for their grass rest are all good

I have visited Coco Farm twice Coco Classic in 2010 and Coco Deluxe yesterday, 2017 The service was good few years ago, but yesterday everything was worst, the pool, bedrooms, toilets, hall, everything was unimaginably dirty

It's good and main benefit is that it's close to Karachi. Just a few minutes drive from Wadiay Hussain. Small in size but we'll maintained.

Coco farm house is located just on the left side of Highway M9 towards Karachi at Dumba Goth. It's good place.
