This is easily my favorite shop in Cartagena. The store is articulately curated with products that Luis is very passionate about. I had a great time chatting with him, he makes the atmosphere very homie. I feel lucky to have stumbled upon this shop! I bought the cutest mirror (Peruvian) that I was scared I’d break while traveling back to the States, but brought it back safely (and now it’s on my wall)! Luis helped to thoroughly bubble wrap it. Bought other chocolate and cacao products too that I loved when I sampled them. Happy about every minute and penny I spent at this store.

Don't ever post reviews but Luis the store owner was extremely friendly, helpful, and kind. Luis has been in business for over 25 years. He knew each product on the shelves, where they're sourced, sometimes even the individual farmers who made them by hand. He selects products from small farms so I don't believe there were any products from a commercial farm so it's nice to know that you are supporting small farmers. The products themselves were very reasonably priced. Highly recommend to stop here to make some purchases to being excellent coffee and chocolates back home.

I was lucky, I found this place from a Blog about Coffee I am so glad The place is up the stairs of"Centro Commercial Pierino" We have a marvelous talk with Luis. He explained us where he got all his Coffee directly from small productor in specific cities near bogotta. He was patient and even made us an expresso so we can really know what we were buying. If you want Coffee beans from colombia and not something you can get from Costco This is a the placel He sells man other fun gifts but we were there for coffee beans!

Me and my boyfriend walked into this shop about 2 weeks ago now looking for coffee to sit down and drink; instead of that cause they don’t have the seating (photos posted online for the wrong shop probably) we ended up chatting to the lovely owner. So down to earth, informative and so helpful. Walked out of that shop with knowledge I wouldn’t have known anywhere else. Kind heart, lovely man, great business.

Wonderful shop with a great variety of coffee, chocolate, and souvenirs. The coffee comes in both beans and ground form. The owner is very friendly and kind, making the atmosphere of the shop very welcoming and comfortable. The prices are very reasonable, yet the products are very good in quality. A fantastic place to get something for yourself or a loved one!

By far the best place to purchase that souvenir to bring home. What better than a bag of amazing coffee hand selected by Luis Romano who really understands coffee and will educate you on why he has selected the bag you will bring home. Other gift-ware available and all reasonably priced. We enjoyed our visit and glad we found him!

Hands on, friendly owner with a select group of organic products from throughout Colombia, great for souvenirs to bring home and supportive of small local family run businesses. We really appreciated the comprehensive information, advice and help in picking out really unique gifts including chocolate covered cocoa beans, yummy.

Highly recommend this coffee shop. The owner is one of the few place who can speak English to let the customers understand what they are buying. Also, the owner is a really friendly and funny person. We had a great conversation with him. Again, highly recommend you have to stop by when you in the old city of Cartagena.

This place is pure magic ! The owner, Luis, presented all his product -coffee, chocolate, and more- with an incredible description and with great knowledge. It's a place you must realy go not only for the coffee but also for the experience and the warmth of the place ! Note that Luis speaks a perfect english :)

DO NOT BUY HERE!!! The attention was great but prices are 25-30% more expensive. For the same products, just go down the street a few feet to Cafeto. Same great attention and even more of the chocolate to taste. I had even asked for a discount at coffee and... to no avail. Feel ripped off :(

Coffee and... foi um dos lugares mais especiais que conheci em Cartagena. O proprietário, o Sr. Luis, é muito simpático e gentil. Lá encontrei os choclates que procurava (Tibitó e Cacao Hunters) além de charutos colombianos, cafés e outros produtos. Indico com muita alegria!

Luis!! What a guy! Not only does he serve and sell the best coffee in town but he also shares his vast wisdom with you! Coffee, his Live... I was hugely delighted listening for at least an hour to that intelligent, hilarious man while enjoying his amazing coffee.

Nice selection of Colombian chocolates and coffees, some of which I could not find anywhere else in the city. The owner Luis is very kind, helpful and passionate about his products. He knows a lot about the different chocolate and coffee farms and their history.

Appropriately named.... walked in for a quick cup of coffee and ended up chatting for an hour or two with Louis, the owner. Not actually a cafe, just a coffee shop. But we did get a cup of very good coffee (and a few bags of beans too).
