Today I had a very bad experience while I was waiting for my clothes to dry and without having taken them out of the machine, I'm going to be, lady of the administration, I take out my clothes made in a garbage bag and I don't even ask whose clothes were being I am a regular client for four years. Today is my last visit and I do not recommend it more for the lack of respect today

Nice enough place except it's hot outside and they have the AC and fans on with the door wide open with the heat from the outside coming in. When I asked the attendant why it was so hot in here she replied , I have no idea, the a.c. is on, the fans are on, the door is open to which I replied, maybe because the door is open! Really, your cooling the out side!!!

They raise the washer amount .75 per washer and lowered the temperature on the dryers. They only run for 6 mins per .25 cent forcing you to add more money just to get your clothes dried. Wont be back!! They also raised the amount you pay for the detergent if you have to buy it from them and promote a air conditioning building that is not working.

I frequented this laundromat several years ago and now I’m a regular customer here again and its the simply the best. It is the cleanest laundromat I’ve seen in Jacksonville, it’s really big and the staff is friendly. It gets pretty busy during the day so try to make it early when they open.

Always clean, ladies in office are really nice. The only thing I would say that is negative is their washers don’t fully spin enough. I feel like my clothes are still rather wet when coming out of water which then takes longer for them to dry costing me more money. Overall good place to come

on Dec. 12. @ 11pm, I went there to dry some clothes as soon i walked up to the door the worker tells me he closed turn off the open sign! the sign on the front door says 10:00 am - 12:00 am. he tells me no no i'm not going let you dry your clothes cause i got 8 mns left.

When I ran across this place I made it my go to laundromat for the last past 5yrs & the only way I will not go is if it's to pack but the place is always clean & prices are reasonable, & the attendants that be there are very sweet.

The seating inside is very uncomfortable. And I don't like the idea of waiting in my car because I can't keep an eye on my clothes. It was also kinda hot and there were a lot of machines out of order.

I always do my laundry here but warned, don't go on the weekends. You won't find any washers or dryers. Best to go during the week and early morning or afternoon. The evening is sometimes also full.

Today was my first time there, the place was clean and the lady in the little shop there was nice. Would've liked a clearer instruction about the dryers, but nevertheless a good experience.

Was clean and attendant was there. She was very helpful. The rolling baskets worked and were well maintained as was the folding areas .machines were clean and functional.

Fine unless u have an issue with a machine not working like it's suppose to. Management will treat u as if ur lying or did something to cause the problem yourself.

Very Clean, Very well lit. The machines work great. The place seems very well taken care of. Very large capacity (6 load) machines available.

Not a bad place to go in a pinch but they really need to work on getting all their machines fixed so that people don't have to wait so long.
