I went to the movie theatre on 9/4/2023 with my BF to see The Equalizer 3, at approx. 7 pm. I attempted to use the self-service kiosk to pay for 2 tickets. On the first attempt, I used Apple Pay and the message on the keypad stated the transaction was approved, but the screen on the Kiosk stated the payment was denied. I tried a second time, thinking the machine was just having a glitch. On the second attempt, I inserted my card into the keypad and the exact same messages displayed again- on the keypad and the kiosk screen. I went to the Ticket booth and explained the situation to an employee named Luis. He was very professional and apologetic, directing me upstairs to speak with a manager whom I could not find. As the movie had already started at this point, I stated to Luis that I would simply call the manager the following day (9/5) to resolve the issue, as I had gotten notifications from my bank app that all 3 transactions had been processed. To preface, I am not upset with the young man as he was very courteous and I know the situation is above his control. I am upset that I was charged $105 for TWO movie tickets. I contacted the movie theatre the next day, explained the situation, and asked for a manager. I spoke with somebody who was NOT the manager, explained the situation, gave all the necessary details, and got a "We'll get back to you." However, 17 DAYS, 5 CALLS, and a BANK STATEMENT with all 3 charges that have been CLEARED, I have NOT heard back from anyone regarding my refund as promised. I find it very strange that this company has "no manager", "can't find my card information", and "needs to manually go through every single charge from that day" despite me providing the exact time and date I visited the theatre, the movie I saw, the last 4 digits of my physical debit card AND my Apple Pay ID, my first and last name. The final straw was asking for a copy of my bank statement. I work in customer service, processing people's card payments all day long. I KNOW that the information I provided is MORE than enough to find my payments and issue me a refund. I have NEVER asked a customer for their BANK STATEMENT and their ENTIRE card number to find their payment. I finally had to file a dispute with my bank. The floor employees are exceptional. "Management" is a clueless and a LIAR. Maybe this post will actually get me in contact with a MANAGER and not people who lie saying a corporate institution does NOT have upper management. I was born at night, not last night.

Nice looking place with a fair amount of space. There was a Korean film playing there that wasn't playing anywhere else so we drove from Manhattan to see it. When the movie started the lower portion of the bottom row of subtitles was cut off making it a bit hard to read at times. My girlfriend alerted an usher within minutes but no one ever did anything. When she spoke to someone after they said it was supposed to be like that. Eventually we got two passes but it should have happened much sooner. Obviously other than this issue the place was pretty nice. EDITED TO ADD: One day we see that another Asian film is playing, one that we didn't get to catch in Manhattan, so we make another trip out there to see another foreign film. Although it was still playing in Manhattan, I had already used my moviepass that day so seeing a second movie would have cost money and I had passes for here, so we went to see it, used our passes, got all comfy in our seats as a couple dozen Asian people did as well. The film starts and this time there were both Chinese subtitles on top, and English subtitles on the bottom. Needless to say, once again the lower subtitles were not only hard to read, but relatively impossible. It seems to be because they have curves screens that the set up is a bit off and the English subtitles were not even able to be seen. I went out this time and got a manager, who came in and watched a bit of it with me, and agreed that the English subtitles were off screen and impossible to read. She then told me there was NOTHING she could do, and she would give me a pass. I got my girlfriend and we went out and got passes. My girlfriend asked for 2 passes each due to the fact that the drive out there is 30+ minutes each way, plus gas money, etc etc. While it is nice that they hooked up up with extra passes, the problem is that the only real reason we would trek out there is to see Asian or foreign movies that aren't playing near me anymore. So basically I have passes for a theater that I cannot go to unless there is something playing that I can't see in my area anymore but it cannot be foreign unless I have confirmed that the subtitles are readable, which pretty much sucks. I do realize that they are doing what they can, but I have trouble believing that they cannot adjust the camera or the screen ratio AT ALL.

I recently visited this theatre with my family and unfortunately, our experience left much to be desired. The state of the floors was disheartening, as they were littered with popcorn and trays, giving the impression of neglect and poor cleanliness. To make matters worse, the audio quality in the theater was subpar, and we struggled to hear the dialogue clearly throughout the film. It's frustrating when technical issues like this hinder the enjoyment of the movie-watching experience. Although there were upgrades in the form of reclining seats, the overall filthiness of the theater overshadowed any positives. Regrettably, my family and I have decided not to return to this theater and we cannot recommend it to others. It is essential for theaters to prioritize maintenance and cleanliness to provide a pleasant atmosphere for all.

This is one of our favorite theaters to go to. If you're a club member you can get free popcorn, drinks or tickets. The more you go, the more free stuff you can get. Also, they recently renovated all the theaters. Now each theater offers recliner seating. It's so comfortable and the aisles are very wide. You don't need to worry about bothering anyone if you need to get up from your seat. It makes for a great movie experience. There's a lot of offerings as far as food. There's Nathan's (hotdogs, fries), pizza, chicken tenders etc. And by the food vendors there's a huge waiting area with arcades, games, a piano and huge candy machines. Every Tuesday they offer discount tickets- $4 Tuesdays. The theater is conveniently located by the bus stop and it had a huge parking lot. Highly recommend going here.

I went to watch the new transformers 6/12/23 10:20 threate 5 and my daughter eye glasses was forgotten after the movies cause it was 3D and she forgot . The next day call the staff didn’t care to find it and when I went to the theatre, spoke with the manager. I get a nasty reply saying anything lost is not our responsibility and continue on saying night time workers clean up and they don’t know the people and speak English, very shady. If you lose your stuff don’t expect to get it back from these thieves. They have other pairs of glasses in the lost and found but my daughter glasses could not be found even though I have proof it was there and left on the drink holder. Worst experience for me and my family. Don’t take them here.

Wow, it's the first time in 3 years since Covid 19 showed up and became a humans worst nightmare. I love going to this movie theater. I missed coming here and watching a good movie and getting my fries and hot dog or chicken sandwich from the Nathan's that is here. There were a few changes that were made but nothing to elaborate about . To the owners and everyone that work here I just want to say thank you for not Permanently closing and the folks that came back to work and even though it's not that busy trust that people will be back again. Thank you, and to the customers that are out there, go support your local Movie Theater's it's great to be back.

Cancelled a live concert viewing after an hour+ wait. Then almost a two hour wait to request a refund (no additional compensation for the first hour lost) from ONE service counter. Manager lied that only ONE register / point of sale can process refunds. Little to no communication on the technical failures and refusal to staff the service counter appropriately. After an hour wait, a second register was magically able to process refunds. While we would like to be understanding, there were no apologies from the managers for the cancellation, inconvenience, and inefficiencies. Lost three hours (not including the commute) on a Saturday night…

We experienced a significant delay of 45 minutes before being informed of a technical issue at the live showing. Despite the manager's announcement of cancellation after twenty more minutes, their handling of the situation was unprofessional. When we inquired about potential solutions, refunds, and the issue, the manager seemed offended and unresponsive. It was evident that the theater lacked the necessary preparations for a live showing, and the management displayed a lack of concern in assisting their team with refund processing, resulting in prolonged wait times of up to 1.5 hours for us and others seeking refunds.

What a great night! Transformers was a great choice of a movie. Erica- made the experience pleasant and smooth. To mention, the line to buy movie tickets was so busy and she was the only employee at the register, few things I noticed was that she was so patient from- giving me time to choose a movie, to offering the best seats, to allowing me to sign up for their rewards program on site. She even mentioned what the rewards program entails. She also told me a fun fact: movie tickets are $5 on Tuesdays! What a stealllll. Erica, thank you again for your excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be back again!

Modern cinema . Seats are comfortable and recline . Can improve on more frequent bathroom checks for cleaning and supplies . Tuesday discounts are great ; however, this draws a crowd and can spoil the experience as many people sadly don't know how to be mindful of others . Some arrive late when the movie has already started . And despite the reminders not to use cell phones during the movie, continue to do so. They are rude about it and find it amusing when a fellow patron asks them to be considerate. Some theaters don't allow cell phones during the movie; maybe this should become a standard for all cinemas.

We waited 45 minutes for a live showing when someone finally addressed the theatre that there was a technical issue. Twenty minutes later, a manager came in and said that the showing is cancelled. Manager was unprofessional and took offense when we inquired about the issue, possible solutions & refund process. Clearly, the theatre was not equipped to do a live showing and management did NOT care to help their team with the line to process refunds. Only one person was processing refunds — my friends and I had to wait an additional 1.5 hours.

My only complaint about this movie theater is where the changing table for babies is located. It’s as so as you walk into the bathroom. As I was changing my son’s diaper people kept walking by and there was no space for the people to pass by. Uncomfortable. They should consider a family bathroom or adding a changing table to one of the stalls. Just a bit more privacy for mother and child. Considering how expensive going to the movies is these days - should be more accommodating parents.

They cancelled the movie after an hour of us waiting, and refused to compensate us aside from the exact refund for the tickets. We still lost money to tax and the food was even more expensive than the tickets. We wouldn’t be eating that overpriced junk if it weren’t for the movie, and they refused to compensate us for that too. Seats weren’t that comfortable either, and they’re horribly understaffed. Lines took forever to move, and the manager was straight up rude.

it is a very good cinema theather I always love to go there they have parking and they have very comfortable seats. the truth is worth going to the food it is expensive as in all cinemas you spend more on food than on tickets. Like $11 for popcorn, $6 for a big soda (refillable) $5.75 per hot dog, $5.75 per pizza slice… they also doing a bar station and the prices are not that bad… the have mojitos and margaritas for $10-12 dollars.

the manager is very rude and was rude to me for asking about the arcade kiosk and she yelled at me saying “ITS SIMPLY NOT ON THATS IT” and she was just very very rude to me when i simply asked her what to do because the kiosk was in fact on, it said “ask for assistance” and that is exactly what i did because i wanted to buy a card so i can play in the arcade section. she had no reason why i be so rude about.

One of the workers wasn't so kind to her fellow co-worker who appeared to be a person with a disability. There were some broken chairs in our auditorium ( at least mine was) so I switched. Thankfully no one purchased that seat. The parking lot is like a foller coaster. So uneven and bumpy. If your car has issues drive in there with caution. Other than that this is a pretty nice theater on the inside.

Beautiful theatre itself and very convenient how the chairs are recliners. Food prices are satisfactory too. When it comes to the gaming section of the multiplex, it’s a disappointment. Half of the games didn’t work and the card dispenser machines were severely malfunctioning until the only two in the theatre stopped working completely. It is a nice theatre but could use some improvements.

The movie theater is beautiful and modern. Designed for adults in mind as well as kids. It's pretty fancy, it has a pizza restaurant inside and a full bar as you will see in my pictures. Plenty of arcade games for kids. The place is pretty huge too. We had 2 movie stoppages while watching a movie. 1. Because a group of kids pulled the fire alarm and #2 because the projector malfunctioned.

Quick easy entrance, fast counter service, snacks were fresh as were the beverages. Loved the recliner seats, and the swivel tray for my drink and snacks. I didn't give it a 5 star rating because the bathroom was horrible. It smelled of urine once you took 2 steps through the entrance as if it had not been cleaned. I had at 1:45pm show, so I don't understand how it got so bad so quickly.

This place is great as far as movie theaters in the area go. It has comfortable reclining chairs with trays. Lots of leg room. The chairs don't feel gross and sticky in the summer like some other places. They have air conditioning and use it. Usually clean floors. Love the popcorn here. Serve yourself drink machines. Only thing is that the games they have sometimes aren't on or working.

I took my girls out to the movie theater to see The Little mermaid and my oldest one didn't like it but my youngest one loved it. The college point multiplex is very good theater. It was clean, and the staff was friendly. Overall my family love going here to watch movies. I would definitely recommend it for friends and families to go to this movie theater it was worth it.

I came here to enjoy SpiderMan, I was a little hesitant to come here but let me tell you I had a great experience, very nice and clean inside, lots of space!!! The food was good, the prices for a 3D movie were affordable and easy to book with Fandango, the recliner chair omg! I felt so comfortable and also the parking lot is spaceous and nice, I recommend this place :)

It is quite large property. Great variety of snacks and even instant meal served. But on entrance to show 11, seat 11 last row it has multiple speakers on the wall. It produces lots of loud bubble pops from arriving to leaving area? Very annoyed as us 2 stranger investigate. Seat itself feels a bit like school table with a leg rest. Not a good experience.

Saw Jawan and was so happy to see finally another theater have a desi movie in Queens as I felt Jamaica multiplex felt bit unsafe and this one is more closer to my apartment otherwise I used to go to Jamaica Multiplex or AMC 25 theater (times square). I feel more hindi movies should start releasing in this theater and so glad to visited here.

great cinema, visit here all the time with my family if we need to watch a movie. the prices for the tickets are decently priced, and they have many snacks to choose from. they also have reclining chairs inside the theaters which is really nice, there’s also arcade games and claw machines as well. overall a generally amazing cinema.

I haven’t been at this theater for a while since other theaters have upgraded their seats and I was pleasantly surprised as College Point Multiplex Cinemas has upgraded their seats as well. Clean theaters, ample parking and proximity to highways is why I’ve given its rating. Also, they added a bar!!! I will be visiting again soon.

This is my absolute favorite theater. I love the combos they have for you to purchase. The prices are great, the popcorn is always nice and hot. The theaters are very big themselves and it’s very comfortable seating. They are always kept very clean. Tickets range to 16-17 dollars and Tuesday they are half off!! Love this theater

This place was so nice! I've always seen it but never actually went to this theatre and they had reclining seats with swivel trays! Such a nice cozy experience, would definitely go again they also have a small arcade and that typhoon was the best $3 of my life nice clean and cozy big parking lot …

Parking is great! Super tough to confirm the seat row letters (especially when it gets dark) so I suggest counting each row alphabetically prior to heading to your seat. Also, not the cleanest bathrooms/common areas considering we are still safeguarding...but staff were cool...and that's always a plus!

Great place for a date or family night out. Theater is clean and spacious, chair recline. Theater has games to keep you entertained until your movie starts or when the movie finishes. Theater has lounge chair to talk and a bar to get a drink. We enjoyed our time at the theater and will go back.

It was clean and that's what gives them the 3 stars, however I had an issue when full price for my special individuals tickets. AMC would have been a better choice, however the movies were sold out at that time. Overall they enjoyed the move and the experience. Which gives another ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Love this place. I always go to early showing or on my days off so idk how busy it gets during peak hours. Theaters are always clean. There is lots to do while you're waiting for your movie. Food and games. I believe they opened up a bar inside recently. Parking is a breeze.

Worker was gaslighting, being disrespectful, and did not listen. To add on, he also LIED!!!! I feel so insulted. I've been going here for 10+ years and I've never encountered such a rude employee. We came back an hour later just to be told a completely different thing.

We bought our tickets ahead of time so getting in was a breeze. Getting our popcorn only took a few minutes, overpriced movie theater popcorn as you would expect. They have serve yourself drink dispensers. The theaters have reclining seats with small swivel tables.

The day I went there was no real hassle during my visit, the theater has decent screens and sounds but very comfortable chairs that can recline some with foot rests and a swivel food table to properly rest your snacks other then on your lap. Enjoyed my time 100%

Watched John Wick 4 here and was a very fun watch. Seats are really comfortable and the staff are very friendly. Theater was pretty clean and was a satisfying watch experience. Would recommend this for anyone that is in the area and wants to catch a movie.

As I drove a wedding party from DC to Queens and needed to relax a few hours the Cineplex by the 678 seemed to have ample parking for the bus. I've been twice, great service, theater seating, concessions stands are the real deal Too. I'll be Back!!!

Had a great experience here. The seats are great, the recline and have a little table for your drink and snacks. The place was not crowded at all. Staff was friendly. They also have a big parking lot so you don’t have to worry about a parking spot.

Theater is big. However, only one concession stand was open during a huge line for a highly anticipated movie. Took awhile to get something and they also ran out of the collectors cups quickly. I'll still come back as this theater is local to me.

Very very very good movie theater. Looks like a not good movie theater since it doesn't even look like a movie theater but Inside is a who different story. *Entrance is at the back of the building. Seats are recliners and the rooms are very good.

Service was good employees all very professional simply ask simply answered. Seats are awesome they have a tray for your goodies and when your done they recline. They also have a small arcade area. The stairs are even comfortable to walk down.

Myself and a great guy went to see Jaws in 3D today. Theater was very clean, friendly staff. Towards the end of the movie, my friend dropped his phone on the side of his seat. Mind you, they have these excellent, super comfortable reclining

I used to always come here as a kid, and it's nice to see they've kept up with renovations to keep up with newer theaters. They have very comfortable reclining chairs, and a bar to order drinks from before watching the movie.

The place is huge. It has video games, friendly staff, and a great food selection. They also have a very generous military discount for the tickets. It's worth the price and the seats are recliner comfort.

Huge! This is the very first visit after their reno. Very spacious, many game machines and many food options were made party mood. Just the couch was not laid down as expected. But fun for movie nights!

This theater blew AMC out of the water because 1) It had moveable trays on the seats to hold your popcorn or alcohol or Nathan’s 2) The back seats gave such a awesome view. Go here, amc doesn’t compare

Iconic spot for seeing movie. Been here since my childhood over 20 years. Been updated to modern standards in movie experience, comfort and amenities that are comparable to the big chains. Must go .

Guys, the inside is NOTHING like the outside, it is actually a very nice theater, very big, spacious and clean. And they have big reclining comfy seats — saw Avatar 2 here in 3D and it was great.

Everything was cool but the only thing that bothered me was that right after the pandemic, they had awesome surround sound but now, they forget to turn it on in all the showrooms.

haven't been to this theater in ages. It brought back tons of memories. The entrance lobby downstairs can use some love. But otherwise a nice place to watch a movie.

Took my niece's and nephew's to see Barbie, that isn't a kids movie at all. It wasn't a good movie either. They enjoyed the music at the end and the arcade portion.

I literally come here once a week and watch all the latest movies. Grab my popcorn and nachos and I’m set. They even have a mini Starbucks inside and arcade games.

Plenty of parking, comfortable seating. The Coca Cola Holiday Truck made a stop here this year, with Santa and sample soda giveaways inside the building.

The good things are the ticket prices . The food is just ok. Mostly old movies and new releases, unless they are big blockbusters they won't show.

We like the CPMC - it's convenient and available seats. Snacks are good and there is a nice variety. I only wish the seats reclined all the way back...

It's very spacious. We went there to watch "Killers of Flower Moon" rather than some sci-fi. I believe it's better for sci-fi than a docu-drama
