I moved to Melbourne from Sydney a few months ago and have struggled to find a good GP. I googled and came across Collingwood Medical and I am SO thrilled that I did! Dr. Jane Foley was so welcoming, warm, thorough and non-judgemental. As a new patient, she really took the time to assess my entire medical history as well as some more immediate concerns. I struggle severely with mental health, particularly anxiety as well as autoimmune issues and Dr. Jane was so professional, knowledgable and understanding with everything. She made me feel very cared for and very safe, and made me feel confident that I will be ok. The practice is such a beautifully designed space, and you feel instantly calm when walking in. It's clean, modern, sleek – very Collingwood! Its a lovely environment with equally very lovely staff. If you struggle with anxiety or women's health issues, I cannot recommend Dr. Jane Foley enough! The entire experience, from the receptionist to Dr Jane to the onsite nurses and pathologists downstairs, made a very anxious person like myself feel very at ease and safe. This is a wonderful clinic.

My need for a GP is for wellness, performance & prevention. For over 10 years, have had a great deal of difficulty finding a GP who aligns with my values and understands my preference for having a holistic approach to my health. I first heard about Dr Justin from a friend of a friend. After some further research I was hopeful that this may be the place I was looking for. For the first time, I actually feel like I was treated like a human being and not some 5-min appointment that needed to be over and done with because the clinic's waiting room was full. From the reception staff to the GP, they're all super lovely and seem like they enjoy being there; which says a lot about their mood regulation and EQ. On that note, if you have ever visited a clinic where the staff act like they have no time for you, were quick to write you a script without asking you further questions about your history and symptoms, or left you feeling like you were just another number, I'd tell you to stop going there and find a clinic like this one. I've yet to be disappointed.

I have nothing but good things to say about Dr Osborne at this practice. He is both a caring doctor and an amazing human being. Love him like family at this point, after seeing him for 8 years. He is a rare find among doctors. (I would also guess that other docs at his practice would also be excellent people, as he owns the practice and does the hiring.) Updated to add: we recently attended the practice for my teenage son's second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, and I was surprised to find Dr Osborne there in person on a Sunday doing the vaccinations himself! As usual, he made sure we understood the vaccine, what to expect and what to do in the event of any side effects. He made my son feel very comfortable, and made plenty of time for us to ask questions. Again, a great experience at Collingwood Medical.

Dr Justin Osborne has been my doctor for over 14 years he know looks after my 4 daughters his level of care is beyond amazing he listens cares and is thorough with his work. Yes he runs late but that’s just who is as he never wants to rush his patients he attends to all their needs and makes sure they are comfortable and happy with it all and understand.. Chris she a magical reception is patient and polite always smiling. Dr Abdalla is fabulous as well he is very caring. We have been treated by all people here and have received the best care every time..Collingwood medical your are number 1.. the practice it’s self is very clean easy access even in a wheelchair easy to get in and out and around kid friendly wheelchair friendly friendly for everyone. I can go in forever of the level of care.

Today was my second visit with the Collingwood Medical Centre. Initially I visited the Melbourne Pathology to have blood work done and the staff person was kind and simply amazing and did a great job. I barely felt anything at all but enjoyed my visit. Today I had my first medical appointment with Dr. Sell who demonstrated the best customer care & service that I have seen in a very long time. He helped me to feel confident that I had made the right decision in choosing Collingwood Medical. I am happy that I did. Of course I must mention the warm welcome and support received from Nina, the receptionist who is much more than that in my opinion. Overall, a great experience and I would recommend the centre to everyone.

Five stars isn't enough! The whole team at Collingwood Medical are absolutely amazing & very helpful, but I can't speak highly enough of my doctor in particular. Not only is he a brilliant doctor, but a truly beautiful human being. Dr Justin Osborne takes so much time & care when dealing with his patients & he always goes above & beyond, both medically & emotionally. He is incredibly compassionate & no amount of time, energy, follow up or care is too much for him. He takes an active interest in every aspect of your life & is extremely genuine. I've been so incredibly fortunate to have him in my corner & am extremely thankful for him. The clinic is also impeccably clean & very welcoming.

An excellent GP clinic! The whole process was seamless, with incredibly helpful reception staff who booked me in for a next-day appointment. The doctor I saw was fantastic, she was approachable & considered with everything we discussed - it was the best doctor's appointment I've had in Australia since moving here over 4 years ago. My partner has been to see a different doctor here & also had a really positive experience. The clinic was also very helpful with arranging a referral letter I needed for that day. Highly recommend Collingwood Medical, a high-class GP clinic who clearly genuinely care about their patients & offering a holistic approach to healthcare.

Collingwood Medical is the gold standard of GP clinics. The facilities are modern and clean; the administrative staff are friendly and helpful; booking and checking in for appointments is seamless, with very rarely a delay; and the care provided by the doctors is absolutely excellent. Dr Katy Simpson is diligent, empathetic, clear and committed to looking after your health, whether it be physical or mental. I have always felt respected and taken seriously – never rushed or not listened to. Other doctors I have seen here are on the same level. If you're looking for a new clinic, Collingwood Medical is without a doubt one of the best in Melbourne.

First visit was great, referred to go get bloods taken and a heart scan was told the doctor from collingwood medical would get the results and give me a call to discuss the results, 3 weeks later no call, 3 follow up calls enquiring about my results and I as told “the doctor has not looked at the results and is very busy with over 200 patients, to call you” by a very rude receptionist. Very poor service when you are waiting on heart scan results. Location was very convenient for me but unfortunately I had to transfer to another practice where someone would actually care.

I attended my first visit at Collingwood Medical Centre today and I can't speak highly enough of the team. The receptionist was friendly and efficient. The waiting room was peaceful and there was plenty of space for social distancing. Dr. Chapman was welcoming, listened to and addressed all my concerns. I also had the pleasure of seeing the practice nurse who was very kind and administered my vaccinations in a quick and painless manner. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a GP in Collingwood. A very positive experience from start to finish.

Prior to attending Collingwood Medical have always hated going to the doctor and avoid it all costs as I always felt like I was in and out in 5 minutes and charged what felt like a fortune for very little. I was highly impressed with Dr Sell who took the time to thoroughly listen to my concerns and how he then followed up and explained my results to me. I was also highly impressed with the presentation of the clinic and the service I received from the reception staff. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dr Sell and the staff at Collingwood Medical.

Have seen 3 different Dr's at Collingwood Medical over the past 2 weeks for various reasons and every time I felt very well supported. I did tele-health and in person with Dr. Chapman, Dr. Everitt and Dr. Sell. Each of them listened to my concerns, provided assurance and took their time to answer all my questions. The office being super nice and new is a bonus. Also - all 3 front desk staff (Max, Austin and ?) are very friendly and accommodating. Everyone is really nice and easy to talk to. Cannot recommend this practice highly enough.

I first went to Collingwood Medical for a COVID booster and was so impressed I made them my regular doctors. It's slick, efficient, and friendly. The pathology section, which is technically a separate operation, is also good. I can't stand blood tests but I was made to feel very comfortable. It suffers from the usual pathology issue of a long wait though - it was about half an hour for me, even on what seemed like a quiet Tuesday morning. As far as I can tell, online bookings are only available for the nearby East Melbourne centre.

This was our first visit. Good parking nearby, easy access , receptionist staff courteous and efficient, premises sparkling. We were seen within 5-10 minutes of our appointment time. Our doctor, Justin, knew why we were there, so we didn't have to go through all that again. Clearly there is good communication between reception staff and care providers. Overall, a very satisfying experience and we are likely to adopt Collingwood Medical as our new primary care providers. (I speak as a retired medical practitioner.)

I found Dr Patel to be highly personable, a careful listener, engaged and display a genuine interest in my health. He provided me with helpful information, ease of mind and solutions to get better. I had lost faith in Western Medicine GP’s after a few bad run ins with Doctors who had lost their spark, overall interest in patients and treated me like they couldn’t care less if I got better or not. Thank you Dr Patel for making a difference. This is a great modern clinic with an aesthetically pleasing waiting room.

New clinic with wonderfully experienced staff. I've had to attend for a routine appointment and an emergency appointment. Both were handled with compassion and professionalism. My emergency matter was handled at the clinic under local without any delay. Dr Justin Osborne is only interested in the best outcomes that the patient wants without judgement. Being heard, collecting diagnostic information and coming up with a plan seems simple enough but it is hard to find. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

I have recently started seeing doctors at this clinic since moving to the area. The practice nurses and the doctors have diagnosed an issue I've had on and off for more than ten years. It really was as simple as empathy for how much pain I was feeling and then enough care to continue investigating until they found the diagnosis. The staff at this practice genuinely care to make you well again and work as a team with your broader specialist group to find you solutions. No more bulk billing clinics for me.

This is my first review for any clinic so far. I am writing this as I have come across with very bad experience in my first visit to this clinic. I went to this clinic as my GP has just retired. The communication of clinic receptionist is very unpleasant. I found follow up, professionalism, ethics and patient ‘s confidentiality maintenance is below standard. This is not how one should practice medicine. I hope they can improve their professionalism and mannerisms with other patients in future.

Well it felt very rushed. I complained of difficulty breathing and sore heart post Covid and Dr did not listen to my heart or my lungs. Just ordered blood tests and scans with no physical exam another than blood pressure. I informed Dr I am cancer patient In recent remission. No response. Dr rushed off post 15 min consult before telling receptionist the amount to bill. I was left waiting in reception. I just left and suggested they bill me after they find the Dr. It was an awful experience.

My first visit today with Collingwood Medical and I’m very impressed. I saw Dr Sell, he was genuinely caring and thorough with my issues, making me feel very comfortable. The process of booking through the HotDoc app and confirming and checking in through the app is easy and convenient. Administration staff are very friendly and efficient. The pathology on site is always useful and the staff I saw there (Katrina) is friendly and wonderful, barely felt it having my tests done.

My family is cared for by Dr Justin Osborne. He truly is about the kindest and most empathetic person you could ever meet. He truly cares about my family and our wellbeing. I have not met any other doctors in the practice but the reception staff are lovely too, so I would believe that everyone is similar. The level of cleanliness is of the utmost. The waiting room is configured so that people waiting are spread out which keeps everyone safe from cross infections.

I have not had particularly good luck with my heath and having to travel overseas for work has complicated treatment. Dr Justin was all over it, considering my health and the possible complications that could occur overseas. Justin provided all the needed prescription electronically along wth prophylactic advice for unwarranted events which can happen when one travels. Dr Justin is my expert now in general medicine.

Dr. James has been my general practitioner for more than one year. He’s always professional, attentive, and helpful. I’m very grateful for all his help and advice during a really dark time I was in last year. I can tell he always puts his patients needs first and shows great care. The receptionists are always warm and welcoming. They make the visits seamless and easy. Great location. Clean and quiet environment.

Had my both vaccinations here and was most impressed! The professionalism and care by the nurses was exceptional. Special mention to Justin who took the time to listen to my concerns with a great amount of empathy and reassure me completely. He also took the time to help me set up my vaccine certificate, something he didn’t have to do but did because of the kind and caring person he is! Simply wonderful.

Honestly the approachable, considerate, and general understanding I’ve found from the doctors, nurses, and staff of Collingwood Medical have made the process of enduring all my ailments is dealt with both the height of professionalism expected for the Australian medical sector. Collingwood Medical is the best general practice in Melbourne. You have GPs and nurses that spend the time to go through everything that’s a concern. The thorough investigations they ask me to complete and the follow up care from these tests are by far the best I’ve ever received. I will not be going anywhere else. All of the GPs here are lovely.

Super easy to book online. The receptionist was very helpful and the doctor who saw me was so friendly and warm that I felt relaxed straight away. Dr. Laura Chapman has been my doctor since I moved to East Melbourne last year, and I couldn’t speak more highly of her or the CM practice. I’ve had a number of complex health issues over the last year and a half requiring specialist care, and she’s been very helpful, knowledgeable and exceptionally kind and compassionate throughout.

Got my Covid vaccine here. I rang them first before making my appointment online, making sure they can offer AZ jab for people under 60. The person behind the phone was very informative and friendly. The gp (doctor Justin) was very friendly, informative, and professional. Excellent service both the reception and the gp.

The doctor and the receptions are all very helpful and highly efficient. I had lots pf bad experience of unexpected long waiting time and mishaps with appointments. But here, for my first visit, I can’t be happier. And the premise is so clean and tidy, making it so comfortable to physically be there.

Very modern medical practice in Collingwood with welcoming, bright reception area and rooms. Very efficiently run and with an excellent team of well qualified GP's and Practice Nurses. Dr Ayesha Everitt is our GP and has shown herself to be caring, highly skilled and most professional.

Best doctor I’ve seen - Dr Zabidi is extremely thorough, caring, empathetic and follows up. She is also hilarious. The offices and waiting rooms are clean and modern, the admin staff are friendly and there is never a long wait. You can also get pathology done in same building.

I suffered a workplace injury nearby that required stitches. I went to Collingwood Medical as I was told it was closest. Whilst bleeding heavily, I was quite rudely told that “We don’t do emergency appointments” and that I could “make appointment for later in the day”.

As a new resident to the area, it was great to find a friendly, professional practice nearby. All staff, including Dr Chapman, were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and approachable. To top it off, the facility is open, light, well-appointed, and comfortable to visit.

Incredibly friendly and helpful reception, saw Dr. Sell who was incredibly attentive and productive. A little pricey for someone who’s used to bulk billing clinics, and a little difficult to find the elevator, but absolutely worth it for the level of care I received.

Covid-19 vaccine appointment for Pfizer. Using Hot Doc app was very easy and fast. Turned up for my appointment, sat down for a few mins and the nurse saw me within 5 minutes. Very quick, friendly service compared to the wait times of the State run vaccination hubs.

We took our 1 and a half year old for his flu shot and it went really well. Very personable and super quick, was over before he knew it. Obviously our appointment started late, but I have never been to a doctor that's on time. Will go back to again without a doubt.

I went here for my Booster vaccination as there were alot of appointments available. Very smooth and easy on line booking system, with confirmations emailed once booked in. Fantastic nurse, administering the vaccine, very gentle and informative manner.

It was easy to book for my vaccination shot using HotDoc. I then called to move my appointment forward and they were very accommodating. The clinic felt warm and welcoming, and my doctor was so gentle and reassuring. Thank you Collingwood Medical!

This is not my normal doctors as I went to the clinic for my third vaccine shot. Was really quite impressed. Very efficient, nice friendly staff, a great interior fitout and a spotless clinic.

The doctors that work at the practice have been brilliant, but the reception staff have been increasingly rude. When you're paying $92 for a 15 minute telehealth, you can do better elsewhere.

Such a great clinic! Stumbled upon it when looking for a booster shot, but the GP was incredibly friendly, interested and thorough. The clinic is also brand new and beautifully appointed.

Great medical centre for a vax. Modern facilities, all bookings online, easy to change appointment as needed, parking was available, friendly medical staff and the jab didn't hurt either!
