I rate them with 1 star only because i can't insert 0. I was interested for renting an apartment and after sending to them my working contract and ID, i went to visit it. One week later the immobilière has contact me saying that for the owner it was all ok and we decide to do an appointment on site for the contract. Now begins the funny part. Once there, they told me that, since i was in trial period at work (and they already knew it from the contract and from the calls) the contract was going to change from 1 year to 6 months, and the deposit was rised from 2k to 6k (the rent was like 1k). Furthermore, the ristructuration activity promised during the calls and the visit would going to be deleted for saving owner money, without no advantage to me. And for then end, they told me that the rent would have been increase of 150 euro per month because of my trial period. After some my basic questions the immobilière and the owner get irritate and they cancel me the possibility for the renting. If i was you i will STAY fair AWAY from this renting company, even if they cost you lower then others there is no reason to risk it with them. Because of that i lost money, time and another apartment which i could book. You should give opportunity to others renting companies, there are many arising in luxembourg. Edit: I found that asking for 6x monthly rent as deposit is illegal in Luxembourg, and for the law the maximum is 3 months. STAY AWAY! Best Regards.

They’re quite unresponsive to be honest. I’ve called them twice regarding my interest on a property they have on their website and was asked to send some details such as bank statement, employment contract, etc. I sent the information twice. I reached out to Alex, Jason and Tania but they’re all unresponsive and even hangs up on the phone. Good thing I saw the most recent review before this and realize that maybe that property is not for me.

Very grateful that I contacted them! They found me a place in 24h and took their personal time to show us the apartment (as it wasn’t even planned).
