I have had an interesting experience for the last two years at this school, sometimes loving it, sometimes hating it. The school is filled with lots of teachers like able, but at the same time there are a few not so like able. My favourite teacher would have to be Mr. Houston by far. I had a pretty terrible first year here, I had the meanest teacher I believe, and had the lowest of hopes for grade 6, It turns out that Mr. Houston was my teacher in grade 6, and he helped me with so much, from my attitude, to academics and even sports, (he used to play soccer and basketball with the class after we were done preparing for the PAT). Now in grade seven is going pretty smooth, with the new gym teachers it makes it so much better. so I would recommend this school for someone with a strong self-esteem, high hopes, insight, lucky, and willing to learn. A tip of advice: When someone does you wrong no matter how angry you are WALK AWAY and think of what could go wrong if you acted on it. Cause from experience once your in the office witnesses lie along with the accuser. And nothing will ever go your way if you are being called down to the office and not you calling someone else. OH and DON'T HIT GIRLS, if they do you wrong go to the teachers not your fists. Sincerely, The young league MVP -Faramade

My little brother went here and had the absolute worst experience. Teachers would pick on him and give him extreme anxiety to the point he no longer wanted to go. He was pushed out of the school before winter break before he had to chance to fully dress and walked 25 minutes home in shorts in -25 degree weather conditions arriving in tears because he was so cold. The secretaries do not return important calls and will give you attitude and glare at you to the point where I told her not to look at me anymore. Principal is nice enough but for your childrens mental health don’t send them here. We are removing him out of this school

its ok (great). amazing teachers but mr haller was just not it. ms gaw gets very mad sometimes and it leaves students in anxiety. too much drama, food is too expensive, however theres a lot of nice people. however in class 6a it gets way too violent with some of the students. in pe, its okay. maybe the log days need to have more variety of games instead of variations of dodgeball. but the amount of exercise is amazing. great work pe team! i really do hope you guys consider implementing a virtual leaf system, because some students work hard, but never get the recognition. overall, ok/great school.

I had absolutely no great experiences there, maybe my personal problems might influence this review but me going to this school added more harm to my mental health to the point I refused to attend there for weeks in a row. Too afraid to talk to anyone there because they always gave attitude overal they never felt friendly and open. Some teachers were nice but they don't compare to the ones I dislike, they are too bias and I always feel judged in their presents. I'm glad I will never attend there again...

Overall it is okay. Most of the teachers are nice however the academics are not great. Most teachers are nice (good people) and normally not strict and very lenient on grades but they don't teach you anything to prepare you for the next grade. Some teachers are horrible teachers and horrible people. (Mr. Haller and Ms. Gaw) They also need to be more strict in enforcing rules. (Lots how weed and vapes in the school)

ok this school is pretty decent. i’ve been going there for the past 5 years and it’s been pretty decent. uhhhh cafeteria is kinda pricy so just watch out for that, people are ok here, quite a bit of drama, and i personally think Mr. Chang, Ms. Hughson, and Mr. Claiter are my favourite teachers. as well as Ms. Hill and Ms. Le.

This school was very big, I liked the three programs- TLC, Mandarin, and Regular. They always have different field trips, like the Gr 9 Farewell, and interactive teachers. My past three years here was an amazing experience. It was a great opportunity.

Meh, some teachers can be kind, others not so much, cafeteria food pricing is higher then the cabbages at superstore
