I highly recommend Debbie for your insurance needs. She was very patient with her explanation. She thoroughly went through every detail of every insurance coverage and answered all my questions. It took me a while to finally make a decision due to financial reasons but she never left me without options. She follows through with her commitments, from scheduled appointments/meetings to finding solutions to situations. I personally and professionally relate to her and that made me at ease choosing her as my insurance agent. Not even 6 months in after getting my policy, I had to file a claim and she walked me through the process until I got paid. There are no exact words to describe her and her work ethics. I can’t thank her enough for everything she’s done to me and my family. I have less worry knowing if and when something happens, the insurance policies I got from her will cover me and my needs.

Emailed to get a quote on injury insurance as I have been hurt lots in the past. Got an email back about meeting someone for a quote, all good. Then this lady shows up where I work, I had never mention where I worked before. Set up a time when I can meet her for a coffee, and it didn't end up working for me as I am working 6 days a week 12 hours a day. I told her i had to cancel and she was ok. She shows up at my work again and I honestly think that is just super creepy. I will tell you when this will work for me. Please don't show up at someones work unannounced.

Initially my experience was good, but when I met with a new agent last year she signed my up for new policies (while telling me they would replace the old). All of a sudden I had 7 open policies!! I was double charged for a whole year, they payments coming out far enough apart to confuse me until I took a good look at the bank statements for the year. I called today to cancel all my policies and the very disinterested, heavily accented call centre rep was rude and dismissive of it all to me, total waste of money.

My claim experience with Combined Insurance went very smoothly. I fractured a toe in a household accident and was required to wear a walking boot until it healed. This reduced my mobility and impacted my lifestyle. My agent Maggie Lam guided me through the claim process, followed up and confirmed the claim was paid very quickly; directly deposited into my bank account. I was fortunate to have the accident coverage and an agent who provided wonderful service.

I signed up with Combined Insurance for the Income Essential Accident. I signed through Maggie Lam in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Her service is EXCELLENT! I made my first claim recently. Without any questions, I received $2500 direct deposit for a back injury. Although I was expecting $4000, they did pay some money and it did help cover bills while not able to perform my day to day normal operations with my business while I was injured.

I had a policy with this company and attempted to cancel it in August of 2018 through the agent who handled my policy. She said it was no problem to cancel and that she would take care of it. Flash forward to may of 2020 and I see that they charged me again, and looking back through my banking history they charged me every month since the one I canceled during, and gave me nothing back for this illegal transgression.

Don't trust this company. What a joke was denied my claim for surgery so made them look it over again. And was sent mail that had said I had been denied again and that the person who had sold me the insurance was no longer with the company. So I contacted the guy who sold me the insurance and yep he still works for the company. So not only do they provide fake promises they also lie to their customers

Maggie Lam with Combined Insurance was an absolute pleasure to work with. My dad broke a tooth as he was biting into something hard. The doctor mentioned it needed a full extraction. I forgot about this insurance until someone reminded me of it. I texted Maggie and she gave me step-by-step guidance for what I needed to do next. It was smooth and the money came back to us after approx a week.

As owner of A Laptop Shoppe and previous salesman for combined insurance ,I endorse this accident sickness insurance . Their products are great for covering lost income when forced to stay in a hospital, have stiches, or a fracture for any type of accidents no questions asked . This insurance doesn't increase due to claims ,and premiums never increase .

Our family has had this coverage for over 6 years now. We’ve made a number of claims and are thoroughly impressed with the process. After our most recent claim was paid out for my son breaking his finger, rendering him unable to play basketball, I wanted to express our gratitude for this company that takes such great care of its customers!

Worst insurance. Paid for thirty years, got hurt and disabled for 2 years of no income. I received a cheque for 540 dollars. Not even close to what they promised if something did happen. I paid a lot of money got nothing back. Young people take money they would want and invest it every year come out ahead without all the paperwork.

Refusing to pay out claim for my sick child. Took 6 months to be told no. I talked to a lawyer and I’ll have to settle in court. DO NOT get critical illness insurance from these thief’s. They suggested returning my premiums like they are doing me a favour.

Hard to claim what I was entitled to, I had all the documentations from the doctor that prove I had a minor surgery but the insurance still denied to pay. I regret to contributing this useless insurance. I wouldn't recommend it to anybody I know.

They make false promises when they sell you the policies but don't like to honor any claims made. Don't waste your money, find a reputable compnay instead

Poor service. Hard to reach and office hours only call center. They don't allow emails for communication, only fax and snail mail. So ancient!

Horrible customer service. The person I spoke with on the phone was very unprofessional and sounds like she doesn’t even want to talk to you.
