I rarely use cleaners but for my sons JROTC suit, I decided to take it to them for cleaning to preserve the suit and shirt as much possible. My spouse dropped off my son's uniform on Friday and he picked it up on Monday. Neither of us noticed a rust looking stain the size of a drop that looked like it dripped on my son's shirt right under the corner of the collar, until Tuesday morning when we handed it over to my son and that was the first thing that caught his eye. He was furious because he knew that stain was not there before. I reached out to the cleaners via email about the stain first thing Tuesday morning. We were asked to take the shirt back and they would clean it. When my spouse picked up the shirt, the reps were rude to him, stated they couldn't remove the stain they caused and went on to further say my son or one of us probably stained it after getting his uniform from them and or it was there since it was dropped off the first time for cleaning. My son hadn't even worn the uniform when he noticed the stain and brought it to my attention. Save your money and go elsewhere! Really bothered by the way my spouse was treated when he picked up the shirt. Would've understood and preferred a sincere apology vs. their pettiness and the rudeness was very unnecessary. By far, a bad experience. Now I’m going to get stuck paying for that shirt over someone else’s mistake or lack of professionalism. I’m sure they have cameras that show when the suit and shirt was first dropped off that the stain was not on the shirt.

Do not give them any suede or leather jackets for cleaning. Not only did they not clean the spots, but they also made more spots (the round spot on the sleeve - it was not there). It was refreshed, but not cleaned. They "cleaned" it twice. The first time, and then after I complained about the spots they "cleaned" it the second time. Also, they lost the zipper slider. I can not wear this jacket anymore. I am very very disappointed. I give them an extra star because they cleaned a regular suit well. They clean suits on site, but they send out leather and suede to some other place, and that place does a bad job. P.S. I was contacted by the GM and received a refund.

It is an absolutely joy bringing my laundry needs to this location on Bandera Road. My laundry comes back perfectly clean, and pressed, if needed. But that’s just one part that keeps on bringing me back to this location. Their customer service is Top Notch! Everyone is extremely helpful, super friendly and knowledgeable about any questions I may have . A big shoutout to Derek, Jess and Annaliz. They are all a great asset to this company. Love coming here for all my laundry needs. The little candy on my way out is also a bonus :) Thank you for making this such a great business to come to.

I've been using Comet Cleaners for many years now. Recently with the Virus causing all sorts of headaches with visiting businesses, I thought I'd give their pick up and delivery service. They were responsive and the process was easy to set up. They reminded me with an e-mail when they were going to stop by my house which I found handy. It took a few days, but the convenience and great job they do was worth the wait. If you need something quickly, stop by the store. You'll be treated well. If you don't mind waiting a few days, it's a great convenience that doesn't cost any more money.

Comet always bags my shirts Two at a time ONLY and I’m a big guy and that matters because I don’t want to have to re-iron. Honestly, I think they do a better job of keeping the shirts in tact after they press them period. It’s the only cleaner in San Antonio I know that does this without over-charging. Other than that they do a great job cleaning and pre-spotting, plus the staff is always courteous and helpful. The online coupons are easy to access from my cell phone which is very convenient.

The system of scanning and tagging shirts takes way too long. To be told I can't prepay for clothes that I have to pay for anyway is just ignorant!! I had 4 shirts!!! I've been coming here for a year and if there's a problem with taking my $, maybe this is not the place for me. The dry cleaning part is great but the customer service I have received the last 3 times is getting out of hand. 4 shorts should not take 10 minutes to tag and scan like it's inconvenient for them to do their job!!!

Service is just simply amazing. Pickup/dropoff up to twice a week. No swinging by after work, fighting traffic, forgetting and then forgetting again. It's too easy and for the price you can't beat it. In addition they take all the wire hangers back, plus any others you've accrued to reuse and keep costs down. There may be some out there that are say dimes or quarters cheaper per article, but for the no-nonsense way to put on your porch, retrieve from your porch way.. it can't be beat.

I flew into San Antonio (with my suit stuffed in a small carry on) last week around 11 am for a funeral at 5 pm. Jasmine (sp?) and Comet were fabulous at working with me to get my clothes ready in time! After coordinating with Jasmine the day before, I was able to drop off my suit/shirt at noon and pick it up by 4 pm! Not only were they very friendly and accommodating, but they did a great job with the dry cleaning. It was a sad/stressful day made easier. Thanks so much!

This place is great. First time using & they have me as a customer from here on out. First, they were taking proper covid precaution. Then, they took care of me prompt, accepted my coupon, & had me on my way with a estimated ready date; which they had ready a day or two early. When I arrived for pick up, they didnt take a long time either. Just an all around good experience. They got the job done on my white comforter. Grade A quality. Very thankful.

My experience was amazing. I required some clothes for my grandmothers funeral in the beginning of November to be dry cleaned before the day of but required them early Thursday before I would travel out of town. Other previous cleaners were not available for an early time. Your location and staff made me feel relieved and provided peace of mind and provided an early window. Thank you for your availability and understanding at the time of my need.

Comet Cleaners on Blanco at Loop 1604 has provided excellent dry cleaning service since I moved to North Central San Antonio in May. They take care of my items and I always get my order back in great shape with no chemical smell. I use the home pick-up and delivery service and find it to be convenient, professional and reliable. The staff is very courteous and helpful. I definitely recommend Comet Cleaners.

I have been using Comet Cleaners for about one year and I am so glad I found them. Not only do they produce excellent results on my clothes, they have very 21st century business practices. They are fully automated so drop off and pick up is so easy! An email tells me when the order is ready. I would rate even more than five stars if I could. Oh and the staff is super helpful, courteous and friendly!

I had too get dress clothes pressed for a family members funeral. They were fast, reasonably priced, and had a friendly staff. The dry cleaning service I've used before was just up the road, and I was thrown of gaurd when I found out it had gone out of business. I've found a new cleaning business in Comet Cleaners that I will now use them for future cleanings, and or alterations when needed.

Customer service was amazing at pickup. I totally forgot to pickup my husband’s dress shirt and needed it by Saturday morning for a funeral. I didn’t remember until 740pm and I thought they closed at 8pm but closed at 7pm. I was very fortunate that an employee let me in and let me pickup his shirt. Most places nowadays would have turned me away. Thank you so much I will be a return customer.

I was happy and relieved to have my clothes dry cleaned and ready for pick up the next day at noon. I went to Culebra location and they were not able to dry clean my clothes and have them ready the next day but they referred me to Bandera location. We had to attend a funeral out of town and Comet cleaners at Bandera location came thru for us. Great customer service!

We have been using Comet Cleaners for several years now and find them to be very reliable. I personally love the convenience of having them pick up and deliver our cleaning right to the door. And they always make sure to check for broken buttons on laundered shirts and fix them before they deliver. They are also very reliable and quick to get back to phone massages.

Took too long of a wait just to drop off. All 3 workers giving attention to only one customer bc they had a larger ticket/order/sales for them than everyone else. Be more aware towards your customers time and your ideal buyer. Updated: changed to 1 star because nobody contacted me and I’ve also had to wait again (15min) and counting by missing time away from work.

This Comet Cleaners has always been great. They do a great job with my work shirts whether laundry or dry cleaning. I take my clothes here at least every 2 weeks and have been doing so for well over 5 years. The staff is always professional and super friendly. I highly recommend this place if ever in need of services for laundry and dry cleaning.

I really love Comet Cleaners pickup and delivery. Clothes are mostly done correctly. I have had a few instance when they creased my jeans down the front and back, which I absolutely hate. They always fixed the issue though. The text reminders do not work well as I e responded with yes for pickup and they never did. The app works great though.

In seven months the company has ruined clothes, misplaced several items, and generally do not adhere to the requests I have made in regard to preferences with my clothing. Disappointing for sure as it has been addressed with the managers several times. Maybe I should get $10 in free dry cleaning for the trouble. Wouldn't that be a win-win.

Comet Cleaners picks up and delivers to my place of employment. I loved how easy the process was. They pick up and delivered straight to my office. The prices were very good and the quality and professionalism of the employees was wonderful. I will certainly be using their service for all my dry-cleaning needs.

0 stars... They ruined a white button-up shirt and only offered to reimburse 20% of the cost of a shirt. This was after 2.5 weeks of going back and forth on "putting in a claim". As much as I would like to be able to buy 20% of a new shirt, I unfortunately have to buy 100% of a new shirt. Not customer friendly

They always do an excellent job with my clothing...very polite and professional...and to top it off...I sometimes forget things in my pockets..like jewelry and money....and they respectfully return to me in a nice envelope...who does that anymore?...appreciate them...God bless them for being honest also❤

Derrick was absolutely amazing! We had 2 pieces we needed a quick turnaround on due to last minute need. I did not think it be possible but asked anyway. Great wash and fold delivery service. Very convenient and clothes are cleaned, sorted and folded. I also have used tailoring service and dry cleaning which were good. Fast turnaround. Extremely helpful as a work outside the home mother. Rarely, the delivery laundry is delivered a day or two late.

Been using them for a while and I really like the pick up and drop off service. What causes them to lose a couple of stars is that on my account there is a note listed to never crease any of my pants. Seems like at least a few times a month I get pants back and they have creases in them.

Picking up we encountered a rude smartalck. A week early my mother encountered the same person. Shirt didn’t look like anything was done to it and a ketchup stain couldn’t be taken out. We were told there “Done” and they told my Mom was told to go somewhere else. I think we both will.

Comet Cleaners does an excellent job on our clothes. They have a drive thru that doesn’t necessitate you leaving your vehicle to either drop off or pick up. They even ask permission to open the rear vehicle door to hang your clothes. I would go nowhere else for my dry cleaning needs.

Initially the front lady was not very knowledgeable on what they had to do in order to get a couple things out of a kimono. I suppose I can't complain they did all that they could in order to get the stains out. Overall the pickup service was a lot better than the drop off service

This is the greatest service for dry-cleaning pickup and delivery. The pick up and delivery are consistent. They send reminders the night before to confirm if you have laundry to be picked up. We have been very pleased with the quality of the laundering of shirts and dry-cleaning.

I've been using services there for the past few months because of my night job I am a chauffeur professional driver so I might have a clean suit every occasion I just recently found out that I can bring items and and as long as you'll get it done for you

We use Comet cleaners for dry cleaning, laundry and alterations. They are very good and always get our clothes done as promised. The alterations are excellent and on time though a little pricey, but worth the care they take. We recommend Comet Cleaners.

I hadn’t been requesting service in over 5 months and when l did the clerk took my close and without asking my name she gave me my pickup slip with my correct info. I was very pleased by the service at dropping off and pickup and the quality of work.
