If we could give negative stars, we would. We booked a king suite with jacuzzi tub for 30th anniversary. Arrived late due to flight delay and very long of travel. Checked into room and when husband plugged AC in the bedroom in, the plug sparked. He called desk and was told no other rooms, completely full. They then came back later and moved to another suite. It turned out to have leaking toilet, loose plug in living room area and cardboard taped on the side of the tub. On the 2nd day while I was in shower, a woman entered our room with a key card. She was scheduled to arrive that day and was booked in that room. They had never updated our reservation at the desk registering us in the new room. The night guy "didn't have the authority" and "told the day guy". The day guy "didn't know about it". Also the back door to the hotel was unlocked 24/7. No security. Spoke to the manager upon check out and told no refund of any sorts could be applied. They would give extra points. Got number of district manager/owner? and called him a few days later and he called me a fu****** bi**** and said he would not refund one penny. Also, person at breakfast bar was on her phone non stop and non approachable. Things often empty. Asked for a blanket and was told they do not have blankets. I rarely write a review but felt compelled this time. I realize things are not always perfect but the pictures on website and reality are miles a part. It I were Choice, I would not let this many put the name of Comfort Inn on his hotel. City inspectors should check electrical out to make sure it is safe. In hind sight, should have left the place on Saturday . However, we have events planned, tickets bought and a schedule for our 3 short days. I never dreamed it would continue to get worse.

Electrical outlets need to be checked. When AC was plugged in, sparked.

Very limited selection and quantity. The person stocking the area unapproachable ; always on her cell phone talking to someone.

The management and staff were hard to communicate with, argumentative and rude! They did not have any blankets or pillows for us even though we had a pull out sofa bed room, the whole hotel including our room smelled of marijuana extremely strong during our entire stay!! Made us feel sick and have headaches. The back door of the hotel was constantly unlocked and you didn’t have to use your key card to enter, making us feel unsafe. We verified the indoor pool would be open during our stay and we got dressed to swim and went down and the pool had a sign on the door that it was closed. When questioned front desk staff about it, we were argued with and spoken to extremely rudely. We were told the health inspector told the hotel to shut it down…. Breakfast was never replenished with food, everything ran out before breakfast time even came close to ending, trash cans were so overflowed in the breakfast area, each morning, that you had no place to put your trash, every hand sanitizer station around the hotel was empty, no soap in the men’s bathroom in the lobby for our entire stay either. We came to town to visit family and when they came to the hotel to see us, we questioned about our room number and how many people we had and when we explained they were just there to visit us, we were scolded by the front desk staff, followed up to our room and yelled at that we could not have visitors and given 5 minutes to get them out of there….Extremely disappointed in this hotel, it impacted our family trip to Tennessee to see our family significantly and we will never be returning to stay here ever again!! Look through older comments. Not much has changed in similar situations with the same complaints in the last year

This hotel is certainly not up to Choice Hotels and Comfort Inn standards. We stayed overnight on December 3rd and checked out on December 4th. We have still not received our guest satisfaction survey that we are supposed to receive within 48 hours of checkout. When we checked in we told the guy working at the desk that we would need bedding for the sofa bed. We went out to eat and upon our return no bedding for the sofa sleeper. I went down to the desk to ask again which it is hard to find someone because only one person is working. After 15-20 minutes he showed up and I ask again for the bedding. I told him I would bring up the bedding and I would wait for him to get it. He just looked at me with a blank stare. 15 minutes later he showed up with two pillows and two sheets. I said could I please have a cover or comforter? He said no and that I wouldn't need them because the sheets are warm. I looked at him dumbfounded. I went to my room, made the sofa sleeper up, and went BACK down for a blanket or comforter again. Once I found him and ask him again for a blanket or comforter he said only one comforter allowed per room. I said what...I need one for the sofa sleeper...he said no again...so I said I need one or I'll be cold. He said only one per room. I walked aside the lobby and called my husband and started telling him about the interaction. Other guests could overhear me and were surprised at what he said also. I went on up to my room and about 20 minutes later he came up to my room with a comforter....now was that so difficult? This hotel obviously does not care about customer experiences. I would never recommend this hotel.

The positives were that the location was kind of back in the cut but very close to the highway. The rooms were clean and nice. The hallways smelled ok. The front desk service was kind for the most part. The towels and wash cloths were fresh and white. They did not have any dingy looks. The negatives for me were that the hot tub was absolutely FILTHY and yeast infection gross. There were things floating around the water and circulating. The hot tub wasn't hot at all, and the button didn't work to create any bubbles. I dared not get in the pool. There were babies with no baby pool diaper on. There were no towels at the pool area, and I had to drip dry and walk wet back to my room. Breakfast had no meat. One of the attendants stood up at the station where the food was being served and ate at the station while preparing her plate. I was annoyed (sit down and eat and not over the food that EVERYBODY has to eat). The milk was spoiled, and the front desk acted annoyed that someone reported it as being spoiled. Well, the attendant didn't speak English, so who else was she supposed to report it to The parking lot doesn't have enough parking. Its not well lit and probably not a good idea to park around back because it has dark spots. Checkout sent me 30 minutes late because there was no attendant at the front desk, no bell to ring, and no direct ph# to call. After standing there at the desk for 20-30 min, someone finally came to check me out.

This hotel is equivalent to being in the ghetto. It is definitely amongst the top 5 worst hotels I’ve ever been to. The hotel is right beside a trashy night bar. The room was dirty and the AC was not making the room cold. The shower tub wouldn’t drain and kept filling up with water due to a clog somewhere in the pipes. Breakfast was nasty and very minimum. It was basically just sausage and eggs(which upset everyone’s stomach) and only had 1 toaster to serve about 20 people, the pool had way too many chemicals in it(it irritated our skin and made our eyes very red, and the hallways smelled bad. I asked for a late check-out the night before and was told I could check-out at 12 but to call the front desk in the morning to let them know. I found it odd but complied. In the morning, Romario Patel told me 11:30 was the latest I could check out. After a back and forth conversation, I decided I was not going to get this guy to understand that I adjusted my travel plans due to the lady from the night before authorizing a 12 pm late checkout. Overall, I did not a have a pleasant experience and customer service was very poor. I do not recommend this establishment for any kind of stay and I will never stay at this dump again. Not even for free.

We travel for work most of the year. I can usually find silver lining, but I have nothing positive to say about this hotel. Rooms weren't ready for 2.5hrs after we arrived. "Breakfast" was late to start most days. It consisted of stale bricks they call biscuits and cold, tasteless gravy. We stayed 3weeks and it was just as bad every day. Some days they did add powdered, watery "eggs". I opted for cereal, but the milk was frozen. Anytime we went to the front desk, we were treated as though we were an inconvenience..and that's if there was anyone at the front desk at all! We work overnight so had the "do not disturb " signs on our door. But every day, sometimes more than once a day, the housekeepers would either knock OR JUST WALK IN while we were trying to sleep. That coupled with the pool being closed throughout our stay, the parking lot completely blocked off for 2 weeks, the horrendous traffic blaring through the uncloseable room windows, and the weight rack in the fitness room that only served to smash your fingers or toes.... would NOT recommend.

If you are headed to Nashville and intend to spend your time on music row- this is a great hotel/location to stay at. I about 18 mns from the strip and uber from hotel was consistently around $15 and back at the end of the night 230-3am was about $30 - $40. Which was not bad considering all the driving you are not doing and the parking you are not paying for! Wish it were a little closer to the strip, but thats not something they can change. Compared to other hotels in the immediate vecinity, the reviewes for this place were a lot better. The rooms are newly remodeled everything smells clean and fresh. Never woke up in time for the breakfast, so I'm not sure of it was good. Nice, friendly staff. Genuinely no complaints. Oh, please remember to put the do not disturb sign up, housekeeping woke us up with their knocking on our first morning.

Let me first start off by saying I WILL NOT recommend this hotel to anyone! This has been the worst hotel experience I have ever had! My sister and my two nieces came and picked me up. We went out and returned at around 1am. My family came to my room to pick up some things. We weren't in the room no more than 2 minutes before the room phone rang. The front desk informed me that there are no visitors or guests allowed. I told him that my family was here to grab some things and was leaving. Being that he was rude about it. I went to the front desk to get a better explanation. 20 mins later, the hotel manager knocks on my door, questioning about a review that my sister wrote here. He then tells me I must leave the premises. I asked for what, and he kept saying no visitors or guests allowed. I no longer had visitors nor guests. So, I really got kicked out the hotel because of a review someone else wrote. It was very unprofessional and extremely rude. This complaint has been pushed up to corporate.

We arrived and was assigned a room that was already occupied. So my husband had me stay put with our belongings while he went downstairs to inform them of our situation. The clerk came up and asked me if there was a person in there or if someone just left their belongings? He then knocked on the door and a woman claimed to have repurchased the room this morning online. The clerk then apologized and said he would put us in another room. A few moments later my husband came back up and said that the manager said he was not going to put us in another room and that he was not going to rent to us. We are both handicapped and being denied a room for no reason other than their mistake. And are now fighting to get refunded. We are being told it will take up to 7-10 days before the money is back on our card. This is a big inconvenience!

Friendly staff. Vending machines was either out or not working. Some lights in 2 rooms did not work. Bottom floors with king bed has big bathroom and plenty of room. Pool is very nice but we could only get hot tub to work sometimes. Ice machine on first floor did not work. Key cards are slid in not touch. Every room has kid . Open door into hallway not a parking lot. Witch I like because we have 3 year old that get out doors. So a little saver if you have toddlers. Double beds has small bathrooms. Has coffee pot in rooms. Traffic getting out to go places is ruff in busy hours. Homeless is on ever red-light.

Stayed with my father for one night here. For starters there was mold on my pillow the refrigerator was so nasty I kept pulling it in to the floor because the door wouldn't open. The bathroom door got less than an inch of clearance from the toilet. The bathroom door handle was broken would not lock. Now the subject of breakfast it was a very very very bad selection of food. One side of the toaster would not work. The rooms looked nice at first however the there was a broken light horrible tv quality. The room was rather dark. I will say the alarm clock had nice bell tolls. The windows are dirty. The railroad is literally right behind the hotel the room stunk like smoke when you first entered and the whole first floor smelt like drugs. The elevator was out of date on its service tag and the clerk said our room number at the desk (which is illegal). Did not enjoy never coming back.

If I could give it no stars I would. This rating is coming from a long stay there (3months).A.c in the rooms would go out and it would take a day or 2 too fix it, windows don't completely close( which allowed bugs to get in), low water pressure and hot water in shower, and little black ants would invade from time to time. The service was bad in my experience. Manager tried to make me have a limited time to smoke my tobacco outside with an horrible attitude. My car was broken into and the hotel was no help with getting me info on who it was. Any issues seems as if it can't be resolved without a manager, employees will go Mia and you will end up standing at the front desk waiting on a key. The location is bad also. Homeless people walk the halls and it is extremely easy to miss you turn turning into the hotel and its a horrible blind spot too your left when you exit the hotel As well.

As soon as we left the lobby we realized we fell victim to fake reviews of this place. Go to the Comfort Suites website for true reviews. The room was dirty, there was a used toothbrush on the chair, the couch was so dirty and stained we had to cover it with a sheet and just used it for our bags. It's a wear shoes at all times in your room hotel. Breakfast is hot and standard hotel breakfast, they had no coffee on a Saturday morning. Hot tub is warm but brown bubbles. Pool was freezing. Most hotels were booked solid for events or we would have changed accommodations. One guest complained about her room and they refunded her money and kicked her out. We waited and called corportate and they only give you points as an apology. They have slapped a bandaid on this place, with better housekeeping and rooms remodeled it has potential, until then it's overpriced and a scam of reviews.

When I first called to book the jacuzzi suite the man that answered was very rude. I gave him the benefit of the doubt because I thought maybe his day wasn't going to well. When we got to the hotel it was the same guy and he was even more rude. Anyhow we went up to the suite and had a great weekend but on our morning to check out we had slept a little late for checking out so we called downstairs and yet again it was rude guy. He was basically trying to boot us out and it was only 10 minutes past time. We got our stuff together and while I was going to the truck my boyfriend went to turn in the key card and found the owner who already heard complaints about ride guy and gave us a discount. So other than the ride guy we had a good time.

Went during our Thanksgiving trip to Tennessee all the way from Texas. Check in was great and fast, our room was ready even when we had arrived like 30 minutes before the check in time. The room was great, it smelled so pretty and the beds were so comfy. One thing that got me to book this location was the indoor pool since I have little ones but I was a bit upset, the water in the pool was extremely cold so we could not use it. We did get in the hot tub but because I’m pregnant we couldn’t stay in for long. And also by the third day I started having trouble with the door. It would get stuck and wouldn’t close. So we had to mess with it until it did. Other than that everything was great.

It was nice for the price. The location kind of sucks because you will sit at the light for awhile but other than that it’s away from the hustle and bustle of Nashville but close enough of a drive. You can tell they’re in the middle of remodeling because there is stuff everywhere. My comforter had what looked like blood on it but I just requested a new one and they got it. Also the breakfast was pretty decent. I did have many issues with my keycard they are quite old and reused so it would take many swipes before my room door would open. Overall a 3/5. The pool was nice but it was kind of rundown and had a mildew smell. Also currently the hot tub is out of order.

Run by a hard working immigrant Gujarati family. My stay was comfortable. The area is safe. Parking is abundant with security cameras placed around every corner and adequate lighting. The hotel staff were courteous and polite. Room was quite spacious. Bed + pillows were comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was great. Saved a lot of time in the morning to eat it downstairs and just check out. Breakfast includes a good variety of hot and cold items. I can definitely recommend this hotel for solo travelers, families with children or even large groups.

Paid for a little larger room, king suite. Bedroom was separate from the living space, perfect for putting the kids to bed early and hanging out. It was like they scaled up the room size and still used furniture from a standard room. Couch should have been retired years ago, cushions were solid and worn to be angled in and towards the ground. Ottoman had puncture holes and the chair was mismatched. Made the living space incredibly uncomfortable. Then we get to the bedroom and the heater temperature buttons didn't work. However, breakfast was good and the place was quiet. But disappointed in what was spent and the quality of what we were provided.

The service was good and the person checking me in was very friendly. They are definitely in the middle of some type of upgrade/remodel, or at least it seems that way due to the scaffolding in the main lobby and the boxes and carpets outside the front entrance. The room itself was okay. There was a damp smell when entering the room, but it went away after turning in the air. The refrigerator did not work, but we only had canned drinks so it wasn't too big of a deal. There was plenty of space and places to either sit or relax other than the bed itself. The complimentary breakfast was one of the better breakfasts that I've had. I would give this hotel another try if I was back in Tennessee.

The place is definitely okay to stay in without feeling like you wasted any money. There is room for improvement here and there, but they did have hot breakfast (bacon eggs and sausage) and other items as well. The pool was not heated and is inside, but there is also a hot tub and it looked fun! We went for church and it was what we needed for the night. The desk did tell us we had to find the housekeeper if we wanted extra towels, but other than that it was a pretty good stay! *Keep in mind they are currently renovating it looks like*

The only thing that we seen that we were not happy was that tub did not drain properly And there were no exhausts fans so the bathroom heated up quickly and the mirror fogged And water wasn't that warm for it to be able to do that so has to have an exhaust system Perfectly happy with everything else. The beds were comfortable the service at the front desk except for he was busy. A lot was great we asked for an extra blanket and pillow. We got that within ten minutes so overall I will stay there again!

The hotel was under new management and it was very obvious they had made recent upgrades. There were a few small things that still needed to be completed but it was freshly painted and the carpet had been replaced along with most of the furniture. Our pull out bed still needed to be replaced and a standup lamp but those were minor issues and the rooms were very clean. The owner/operator worked the front desk himself and he was great! He was very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel! I stay at a lot of hotels because of my job and this one is definitely one of the better ones. They had recently remodeled the rooms and were currently working on the hallway carpet as we were there but they were never in the way and did not cause any problems while working. came to nashville for the chris stapleton and george straight concert, decided to stay at this hotel as it was in a convenient area. as we arrived from a very long drive, we didn’t have time to inspect the room until now. the room was not cleaned, stains on the bed, on the curtains, on the furniture. as we checked out earlier then expected, i was telling and showing pictures of the room to the guy at the front desk, it didn’t seem to bother him. on top of this, house keeping never came to our room. will not be returning.

We will never stay here again. First, I'm a Diamond member. I get a room that has not been cleaned with towels on the floor and the beds not made. I go to the front desk, not angry, to ask for a new room as mistakes happen. He looks at me and says, "Are you sure?" So, I'm stupid and can't tell that I saw a dirty room. That was the wrong thing to say, and I am pissed.

Rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable. Hotel was being remodeled but there was paint splattered all over the carpets in the halls and in the room. The baseboards hadn’t been put back in the rooms. While I appreciate the upgrading, it would be a better practice to to an empty room at a time until complete. Pool was cold and the jets in the hot tub did not work.

Literally the worst hotel. I got locked out of my room, the keys wouldn’t work. Staff accused me of being incompetent of unlocking it and then they couldn’t unlock it. It’s the worst hotel ever. We came into town for a regional game tournament and chose to stay 20 minutes from the stadium because of the excellent cost and rating of this property. I loved our room and immediately posted pictures of how cute it was and what a great deal it was. We will absolutely choose to stay here again if we ever need to be in the area.

Room was well cleaned each day and they happily gave us extra towels. The weekday socials were an excellent touch and very nice to attend.

We had our baby shower here! The ballroom was well priced and so lovely! Our guests loved the convenience of the hotel! Lydia was very nice, and worked with us to get the date and time we wanted! Up on arrival, Chrissy was so sweet! She made sure that the room was perfect! We definitely recommend for special event. A+++

Friendly check in, she was great. Room clean n modern quiet. The round chair is not good to sit in. Too far back, not comfy at all. Bed was OK. Shower is great. Shower head like a rainfall. Great location. Indoor pool fantastic. Pool refreshing.

Room was clean and spacious. Hotel is in a great area for those visiting Nashville. However, their breakfast left something to be desired... something about tater tots for breakfast seems almost wrong but then they didn't taste very well either.

The hotel itself is very clean and well kept. The continental breakfast is very fresh and provides plenty of hot food. The area the hotel is in is difficult to get in and out of and the night club next door makes the area feel unsafe at night.

Very well decorated clean rooms. led mirrors are pretty cool. Bed was soft and comfortable. Pillows were top quality as well. The big shaped swimming pool and hot tub well! The receptionist at the check-in desk was very polite and respectful.

It was amazing for the price!! it's a great hotel room Super sleek, professional vibes but also comfortable. I feel like they should lean into brighter soft (yellow) lighting because it does feel very depressing in my room even though lol

I didn’t feel welcomed. I felt harassed. While at the pool “we” were asked our room number. I noticed not everyone, just ‘us” l. During a 4 day stay our room didn’t was never cleaned. We had to get fresh towels from the front desk.
