Should be ten stars to signify how many no show buses in the early morning girl next to me at the bus stop waiting 4 hours still no bus south N20 6 am now still no bus for almost another hour what is with the lack of north south routes early morning especially holidays and early Sunday morning loads of east west routes and only downtown north south routes Fraser and oak if those drivers show up for work Obviously the senior drivers call.in sick and nobody replaces then.leaving bus routes non existent with no predictability as to which route is not going to be open You would think that servicing the route somehow would be a priority but I guess not best bet is to always head downtown take any south bus because there are no south buses running reliably east of main street why not get a N130 going to connect Hastings Lougheed and Kingsway you would think that would make sense but even in daytime there are only 3 maini nroutes north south but the problem is reliability on almost any route that relies on single or double drivers 2 no shows means the route is closed and this city shuts down at night no service for a growing number of multi job shift workers just to afford to pay rent or the few that actually do pay the rent nowadays any other major city has 24 hour bus service on main routes and open public bathrooms except Vancouver. Better bus service by far in third world cities with new electric buses with free wifi but not here and no bathrooms anywhere for public use except daytime downtown. They lock up the city at night which promotes crime it's anti urban planning general knowledge more good people about at all hours reduces crime locking and hiding away at night increases crime. Stay open all hours increase your profits and reduce crime

I am taking this opportunity to provide feedback on a specific driver who went above and beyond during a difficult time. On the evening in question, I was about to lose a family member at the hospital, and the driver in question provided me with detailed information to ensure I wouldn't get lost on my way to Vancouver General Hospital (VGH). Thanks to the driver's assistance, I was able to say my final goodbyes to my loved one in time. On the evening of April 8th, at approximately 6:10-6:20 pm, I boarded the westbound 99 B-Line bus on Commercial-Broadway Station at Bay 5. Seeking clarification on the bus route, I approached the driver (an Asian husky driver whose name eluded me) and inquired if the bus made a stop near VGH Emergency. The driver promptly confirmed the stop at Willow. During the ride, the driver made a scheduled stop where two ladies were waiting. The ladies declined boarding, the driver proactively asked if they were intending to catch the #9 bus and directed them towards the stop, which was approximately 200 meters away. This display of dedication to his profession was commendable. On a separate occasion, while en route, he made another scheduled stop and noticed a group of individuals who had just disembarked from another bus at a nearby intersection. Rather than proceeding with the route, the driver patiently waited to ensure these individuals were able to board his bus, exemplifying his commitment to providing excellent customer service. Upon arriving at my destination, I thanked the driver, who then went above and beyond by providing me with detailed directions to VGH Emergency Building. The driver's exemplary and exceptional customer service skills were truly noteworthy. The bus number in question was 19032.

a busy place in the heart of the city center, very nice architecture and performance of all employees. TransLink is an excellent public company that operates and manages public transportation in Metro Vancouver (British Columbia, Canada), including subways, buses, and commuter trains. It also shares responsibility for the maintenance of the main road network and the promotion of cycling... Kudos to TransLink for all ):):) , Well done guys for your great work. during all the time of covid-19 vancouver was the only city that disinfected all its vehicles daily from a to z in its large service center :):) what a great example for the rest of the companies and transportation companies operating in the rest of Canada, congratulations you should receive the best of luck to all un lieu animé au coeur du centre ville, très belle architecture et prestation de tous les employés.

Commercial broadway skytrain is one of busiest station. I keep on asking workers why do they need to close the stairs and put yellow tape! People are bumping each other as it’s really crowded specially during rush hour! Their answer is always because, homeless people goes and do unnecessary things in there! Excuse me! It’s your job to check that stairs! But please be compassionate with commuters whose paying the ni stop increasing of compass cards! Every year you keep on saying, the increase is to provide a better service! Where is that better service? Most of the time trains are delayed becaof mechanical issues, busses always late! At least! Do something about commercial broadway!

The newer, updated, and partially expanded Commercial - Broadway station is bright, has two platform for trains going to downtown direction, and has more capacity to move people in and out. The two platform setup creates a different problem though. Now instead of everyone jamming in and out the train, I start to see people getting squeezed out because one side is pushing harder than the other. It is very comical to watch. Otherwise, station still more or less the same. Still seeing colourful characters on and from the street. Crowded during commuting hours, and definitely not stroller friendly either direction during peak hours.

Commercial-Broadway Station is a busy transit hub located in East Vancouver. The station is well-connected by public transportation, with easy access to the Skytrain, buses, and the B-line. The station is clean and well-maintained, with clear signage and helpful staff. The location is great for those looking to explore the diverse neighborhoods of East Vancouver, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars in the area. The area around the station can get busy during peak hours, but the station is efficient at managing the flow of people. Overall, a great spot to start your East Vancouver adventure.

Variety of unsavoury characters loitering around this dingy, dirty station. The floor is littered with garbage and strewn with dirt. It evokes a feeling of being in a poor, industrial town as opposed to bustling, colourful Commercial Drive area. I go to work using this station every day and it makes me so depressed and disgusted. People harass you begging for change. Others distributing free newspapers that just add to the garbage and filth on the ground. Everybody stressed about the inefficiency and inadequacy of Vancouver transit. A morbid scene awaits.

this station is one of the major hubs along the skytrain/seabus line, so when you are travelling from Lonsdale quay to surrey and need to use the bathroom, this large station with shops and everything does not have a bathroom which is very bad when you have elderly, young children, or people with disabilities travelling with you. Also there are very few benches in such a busy hub for people with limited mobility to be able to sit and the 2 or 3 benches that are there are being used by people who refuse to move for these people to sit.

  • Nova Celestia

Banks, fast food restaurants, shoppers drug mart, clinics, and so much more locations just right below Broadway station. It's super convenient, and also super busy during peak hours. Do be careful because there are so many people asking for money, or people that might provoke you or make you feel uncomfortable. If anything ever happens or if you feel unsafe, there's always at least 2 skytrain attendants that you can go to for help.

  • David Black

Two lines cross here. Both stations are fully accessible and joined within the "fare paid zone" by elevators, stairs and escalators. I found the signage to be easy to follow and connections were quick. Platforms and connections were clean, spacious and bright. The platforms were busy, but not crowded. Masks are currently (August, 2021) mandatory, but that changes with circumstances.

Commuters act stupid. There is a yellow line dividing the ongoing passenger traffic but some stupids walk on other side and hit u if u don't move. I am really surprised by the arrogance and rudeness of Vancouver people. They literally lack basic manners. They come in ur way and won't move a inch and if u don't move they hit u with their bag or anything in their hand. Really

Commercial–Broadway Station is the busiest station on the network with 90,000 station trips per day on the Expo and Millennium Lines and 60,000 bus trips per day using the 99 B-Line and two other frequent transit bus routes. The upgrades will improve capacity, safety, and comfort inside the station. Construction began spring 2015 and is expected to be completed in fall 2018

I can't believe today's youth horrible Won't Give Up seats for elderly people swearing just despicable Behavior. I recommend anyone waiting for the bus here to be if you have elderly people don't take transit go in a cab because no one will offer a receipt. All I can say is I saw a rude inconsiderate people hugging cheats when elderly people were in desperate need of them.

  • RyCeChckn

train and bus and sky not too bad but it gets busy in the morning which isn’t good but it’s not bad the 99 comes pretty frequently so i just wait for the next one most of the time so i can sit down the ac is not bad but it depends on which bus u get like if u get the new one it’s chill but the old ones r

New upgrades make it a bit easier to access. Escalators and elevators for those who need them, stairs for those who want the exercise. Lots of entrances and pathways to reach the various platforms, and two banks of card scanners so you're not waiting forever to get in the station.

  • Shirley

This stop is always super busy as it is a connection point for 2 different Skytrain lines. Downstairs for Millennium Line and upstairs for Expo line. Not very many gates here, but you can stay inside if you're just transferring between the lines. Try to avoid during people hours.

Based on my personal experience that is my opinion: Range 0 - 10 Service or Product: 4 Customer service: 4 Environment: 3 Cleaning: 2 Washroom: 1 Cost: 5 Accept Bitcoins: No It looks like a chaos or a Carnaval. It must be cleaned up. I dot not feel safe there.

  • Gabriela

Busy sky train station! Took the train downtown for an event. When retuning home there was a fire at 29th Avenue station. Trains were only running on one line, super busy. Couldn't find a seat, had to stand all the way back home. Plan ahead with extra time.

  • Palle Helenius

This is one of my favorite stations in Vancouver, because it is both in the sky and down in the fully yet is still well lit an airy. Also has convenient access to shops and stores for when you need to pick up something on your way home. Two thumbs up!

  • Douglas Oak

BC Transit gouges its customers in the extreme. It cost 50 cents to drive an electric car across the city yet some cost 11 times that much to take a driverless electric TRAIN across the city. Avoid as much as possible.

  • Edmond Wu

Very very busy station on break hours, going to work, and getting off from work. I would go here for a transfer to a bus or the skytrain to Richmond Brighouse Station. Meanwhile, also grabbing a quick bite if needed.

  • Nick B

Always busy . People all in a rush to get wherever their going . Unorganized chaos at times when your trying to access stairs or escalators as you have to cross over people's walking paths going through the station

  • Noah Tsang

Really busy because both the Expo and Millennium lines stop here. The 9, 99, and 20 bus routes stop outside the SkyTrain station. Although I wouldn't call it unsafe, the place does feel a bit sketchy.

  • Mr. Ochoa

The station is so big I like to see security (trans link) But some signals yellow lines to guide where the station entrance and exit out aren't visible any more ,there need to be redone …

  • dreamspeaker13

One of the busiest transit hubs here in Vancouver...great eats close and if you're indigenous and feel lonely go Shoppers Drug Mart and you'll be immediately tailed and followed by security

  • brigitte cavanagh

Well it is big and I had a lot of walking to do. It's not horrible but not nice station. Had to walk to take the bus because there is construction outside. Nothing special.

  • 3 1 5 7 3

I use this station up to 5x a week. Once spotted a distressing situation brewing. Transit Police barely investigated. Not impressed. Good flow for a busy platform.

  • Jesus Rodriguez

This station needs more attention from the skytrain staff, is dirty, are some homeless and need to change the tile because when is raining it could be so slippery

  • Kevin P

  • KS B

Busiest train station in the lower main land with the expo line and millennial line both operating from the same station. Smells like urine most at night.

  • Charlotte Barry

A rest room has been needed for years. But at the same time I can't see the rest room as being a safe place. Not with all these lost/homeless people.

  • Trey&Chelsie Miller Drescher (Pat-Whipawoo-Duncan-TREY)

Busy, but can't complain as pedestrian flow is easily controlled by many directional signs and escalators to get you to where you need to go.

  • sankaran k

Usual sky train station connect to Millennium line and expo line. Busy station with main street full of eateries of multiple cuisines.

  • Ryan McLeod

Dirty and loads of homeless and drug users around. Wouldn't recommend hanging out around there. Catch your connection and move on.

  • Deniz Bilgin

A little complicated for first timers. Pay attention to Millennium vs Expo Line. 991 station on the north side has lush plants.

  • K

  • Nick fararis

Very crowded area many different types of stores around and restaurants as well as skytrain and bus 99 and bus line 9

  • Jeremy Kong

First of all skytrain are awesome and we dont have to take the expo line all the way to the waterfront stations

  • T3flonn Dawnn

It's an OK stop for your commute. If your hungry or just need a drink there's lots of places to stop in at.

  • Toño Díaz

You can change Skytrain line between Expo Line to Millennium Line, but is overcrowded from 5pm to 6pm

  • Mary Deighan
