I had to get my legal name updated on my customer profile recently and all the staff who assisted me were really friendly. The gentleman and another lady (I’m sorry I can’t remember your names) were very kind. Marne (I think that’s how you spell it) was super helpful and quick to ensure my profile was updated. They were very busy when I arrived (it was half an hour before closing) but I was greeted promptly and seen by a customer service specialist not too long after.
