Tight knit community with small (and therefore more intimate) classes. There are stellar teachers and I genuinely consider this school one in which the students have as much creative power as they could ever want. There is a distinct atmosphere to the school that may seem initially overwhelming, comprised of the strength of rigorous academics and the dominance of "geek" culture, but those who tough it out throughout the years may find themselves in great company overall.

The lost years of my life- outcasted, embarrassed, and educated. The faculty always meant well. I didn't get to graduate from this institution so I'm left feeling uneven. Don't look me up, it's just a case of juvenilia and isolation, It's all it ever was. You can't prepare for who your turn out to be, just brace the mockery and love will find you. Be good to each other when I'm gone.

Decent, wouldn't recommend. Tries to be new and challenging, but actually way more excessive than college will ever be. My advice: leave Texas for a better public education. It's amazing to learn how other states actually prepared their students for real life. Maybe it's because they fund their schools appropriately and pay teachers better? Who knows :)

Horrible school. Besides tough academics, most kids were very cliquish and mean when I was there. Some teachers treated their students horribly. Granted it might be great in 2016 but I can only speak on past experience.
