Both of my children were students at CR. I have moved my younger one away for middle school because I find that academically this school is at best average. If you are interested in your child becoming a community activist or a social justice super hero than Community Roots is the school for you. If you are looking for a rigorous academic environment where your child will be seriously prepared to enter a reputable high school then run away from this school. Nice people though.
