Reasonable prices with material, but they do not offer in-house delivery service unfortunately. Ordered 20 pockets of cement, sand and stones and was quoted R900 for delivery by the guys outside the store to deliver 5km away from the store. Other places charges a flat rate of R200 for delivery in the area.

Unprofessional service , will never buy from this hardware ever again. Bought material and they took their precious time to deliver and when they finally delivered some stuff was missing and they say we must collect it ourselves but they already charged us full amount for delivery

Bought aluminum door and windows 4 months ago, opened them for installation now only to find the door is defective and the glass on one of the windows is small size .. and refused return saying should be within 3 days of purchase.. poor quality products I must say

I like it..... mostly their prices are reasonable...cheap cheap and good quality but I had a very bad experience with one of their security his rude....no respect for customers shouting and swearing at them that definitely not the way to speak with customers.....

Their products are cheap but waste of time products, factory parts which supposedly are new are defective. I spent almost a R1000 on parts which had to be replaced as their new parts don't fit and leak. Very bad and a waste of money and time.

Service is terrible and absolutely unprofessional. The quality of products is also very terrible... never will I set foot back in there neither will I recommend them to anyone else. Beating around the bush is easier than even getting a refund

These guys have the best materials at the best prices. They are worth the trip. Don't shop anywhere else save your money and go straight to competitive hardware. If they don't stock it which is unlikely they will get it the next day as well

It's very affordable and very convenient if you need building materials, tools, electronic cable, plugs, tiles,geysers, cleaning equipment etc. it is a warehouse that got most materials you need and the staff is very friendly and helpful

I use them, because their prices are good, but there is still a room for improvement, especially for someone to control the parking space and the delivery vans people on how they treat us, I am not impressed with that

Poor service delivery.. It's been 2 days now that I've been promised the load of plaster sand will be delivered to me. Had to pay the plastering guys for both days. Competitive does not want to acknowledge anything.

Best place in know to find any hardware that is needed. Staff are extremely friendly, helpful. Carry wide range of products and services. Will advise anyone to go there. I personally will definitely go back

They offer a full range of building materials and they really do have competitive prices they are my first option. The place can be do better in terms of appearance and appeal like the national hardwares.
