I'm what you might call Orthodox-curious. I'm a member of a Conservative shul, but occasionally visit an orthodox synagogue to study or for a holiday or morning minyan. Ohev Shalom is a good one for a "tourist" like me, as I find it welcoming, friendly, and forgiving when my ignorance shows through. Make no mistake, this is an entirely traditional, fully observant synagogue, with gender-separate seating and a lower-case-c conservative orientation. But if you show up with an open mind ready to experience what's on offer it is a beautiful and spiritual community.

I just wanna thank the wonderful men who helped me tonight when I needed it. I know it's just a tire change but to someone who didn't know what to do it meant a lot. Y'all are some amazing and wonderful people and I'll never forget the help you offered me ❤️

Bad experience. I dont like rabbi (hes a good story teller) some bad experience with congregants. I feel its all about business and not Tzedek. There's a large chabad shul down the road i prefer which also has better facilities.

I don't dip often but when I do Tevilat Keilim I choose Ohev Shalom. Stay immersive my friends!
