The in store experience was pretty good but everything after that has gone straight downhill. Ordered 4500$ worth of stuff and it gets delivered with the majority of it being damaged. I can somewhat understand that cause it happens but screws were missing or the wrong nut was used and our pier was warped. Turned some stuff away and kept some but took pictures (see below) and sent them in. Getting the correct email was a challenge but finally got it on the third try. Then a guy calls me on a Tuesday and says your replacement stuff will be coming out on Wednesday. Sounds good to me but then they never show and I get an email to confirm my delivery for Thursday the 4th of July. Sorry no can do I'm busy that day. So a guy calls me Wednesday afternoon to tell me I have to confirm delivery for the 4th, I then tell him no I do not. Then I received a confirmation email for Friday the 5th. That will work so I confirm for 1245-345pm. Never heard a word from them, didn't show up didn't call. If I hadn't submitted a nasty email on the contact page I would have never known when my delivery was rescheduled for. The funny part is when the lady from "corporate" called she said the delivery guys had a problem getting on base but me and the wife saw the original guys that delivered our stuff the first time on base. So I have very little faith in this company and what gets me is nobody there has reached out to try and make things right or to even keep you informed on what's going on with the furniture you spent a lot of money on. Update: It's been something like four weeks and I still do not have all the replacement furniture for the damaged items. They don't call to give updates or anything, the only way I can get them to call is by submitting a request via their contact form on their website. Seems to me like once they get their money you fall to the bottom of the list so beware.

Horrible experience at Conns. After being a valued customer with years of loyalty to conns and thousands of dollars spent I received a broken computer monitor as part of a computer PC bundle. I live 2.5 hrs from the nearest conns and was adamant about the necessity of the computer for a new job. They didn't have it in stock so I was told to pick it up from the warehouse. Which was over 25 mins away even further from my home. When I got home and set it up the monitor was broken in the bottom left former as if it dropped on its edge. Associate Ricardo told me to return "IT" referring to conversation about the monitor. My mother who is 72 yo was going out of town for a Dr's and went to return the monitor. She was then informed everything had to returned together. He then tried lying and saying he told me to return the whole computer. Then they gave her stall tactic in which they told her a manager was going to help her when he was even in the store. Now I have to wipe my computer clean and drive 6 hours for something that isn't my fault nor is the Associate taking any responsibility. How absurd. I have already reported the instance to their corporate office. Would not recommend this store. Yes we also bought the table.

I purchased a recliner online. It was not what I wanted. Doesn't rock. I was told we can contact customer service to return and exchange. I was sent into a store 45 minutes away by customer service and told we can exchange if we bring in the recliner. We were referred to closer location. We arrived and was informed they will not return nor exchange. All furniture sales are final. This is insane. I now own a recliner than doesn't function... also I was proud to build my credit to have Conns... sadly I should have stayed with the poor boy version Aarons.. they honor their customers needs at least. Disappointed and have a recliner for sale if anyone is interested...

Salesman Ron was awesome, the managers in black shirts, not so. They walked away when he asked for help a couple of times. Didn't get their names, young mananda lady in black. Had to call for a manager in white who helped him with paperwork. Tablet was ha ING issues with e-sign, so we dis it old school. I liked that. But I saw no teamwork, except for the young lady greeting up fro.t, helped us load the ac unit. $1000.00 unit. For someone who works with customers everyday, not something I like to see. They, the ones in black could've stuck around and helped. There was no customer in the store at the time. I will go back and see Ron when I need something else.

We are returning customers to this Conn’s location. The salesperson, Gilbert, was wonderful, professional, and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and even took the time to let us read the reviews on the appliance we were purchasing! We will recommend all of our friends and family to come to this Conn’s and we will definitely continue to conduct business at this location!! Amazing service! Happy customers!

Very happy with my experience. I was able to get approval online instead of waiting at the store. Matt was great!! The washer we wanted was out of stock but he was very helpful in finding one very similar. We also looked at several couches before picking the one we wanted. Just waiting for it to be delivered tomorrow!!

Great eye contact, intend on presenting the best value with options to my desired item sought. Met RJ manager in process of purchasing what I wanted and I Recommend location and ask for Jasmine .

Mr. Ron Rodgers was very helpful and knowledgeable. I went in to purchase a air conditioner and saw a refrigerator that I liked and got that to and also a bed with mattresses. He made the process very easy and explained everything. Go in and ask for him. Will definitely go back.
