The ambience is okay for a miniplex like this, however being at such a prime location it could do a lot better in terms of service and maintenance/management. I have had both good and average experience and today was not a good one. This is the second time, the show was cancelled the last moment as there were no audience. Would appreciate if you could deny booking looking at the booking traffic online /or take no booking for same. Saves lot of time of people and yours Next let's talk about the food service, I remember last time I had got food delivered at my seat but with no tissue and sauce when I had specifically mentioned about it while ordering. Also two person managing the place does call for more hands to make this better. The management for the sake of being the face of the place, could do a lot better to display an ideal management team for such a place. No response/update to people who await for show confirmation, we can also see they go about their work rather be approachable if people have any query. Lastly, budget place however the lift is an absolute spoiler which tends to work on its own. Hope you are reviewing this and other not so good reviews, to work and improve

One of the good cinemaplexes in Ahmedabad I should say. I have been there only once but I am highly impressed. It is situated in one of the busiest areas of Ahmedabad called Prahladnagar and a nice small multiplex where you can even go with your family. Overall seatings are good but the best enjoyment you would get is from their recliners. They have got three screens and I heard that for a new movie they even arrange a couple show during noons, so that is something new for moviegoers who want to go with their partners. The only negative is that when I went to watch movie there, the cafe situated within the multiplex wasn't serving tea. So, for tea lovers like me it will be a disappointment for sure. Haven't tasted their food so can't write anything about it. You can just walk-in and book the tickets here or they are available of BMS platform and from there you can book your tickets in advance.

Pathetic theater, very bad experience, no cooling, felt like air conditioner was off on purpose and from the projector room from where movie is showed on the screen was throwing white light, I don't know how they cannot understand the basics of a theater, it would've been better to watch that movie at home. I've been to this theater couple of times before, almost an year back, at that time it was all good but I guess with the customers coming in they have lost their focus on providing good movie experience and they are providing more options in food/beverages. I will really not recommend anyone to watch any movie at this theater.

If there were zero stars I would've given em that. The worst possible theatre everrrrr! First you don't find the gate or the hoarding of the theatre from main road. The lift and entrance is at all the back side of the complex. The theatre staff are absolutely mannerless, no greeting to audience or anything. While booking the ticket there are no specified terms and condition seen that movie will get cancelled if atleast 6 audience doesn't show up. So you will have to wait until the exact start time of movie and then u will be able to leave. The worst. Would never come back again here.

Very comfortable sitting and good sound quality. I also liked the interior and those color changing hexagonal strip lights. Those sofa like seats were very comfortable. As it has only 25 seats (1 seat means 2 person) so less crowded and one will not face any chaos or nuisance. If you are going for couple seats, remember to book only 1 ticket (1 ticket = 2 person). Surprisingly good, neat and cozy. Very comorfartable Millar seats. Clean loo and reasonably priced tickets. One award winning idea to the entrepreneur owner, give free popcorn with every ticket. That will ensure full occupancy,at the same time engaging the counter staff in serving rather than idling. As it is you are not selling anything due to the exorbitant pricing. Take the counter approach and win big over the Pvr's and cinepolis's of the world. BTW they too can copy the idea, it's free.

One of the best theatre in prahlad nagar. Since it is near to prahladnagar Square easy to find parking place is also not bad Interior is super awesome Seats are very comfortable and cosy I found the place amazing The screen quality is also good The perfect place if you are going with couple family or alone The price is also very moderate and affordable One thing is sure here you can enjoy either of two things if movie is good or else seats are enough comfortable to enjoy a nap

Yesterday there was heavy rain in Ahmedabad. We did book 12 tickets in the morning but in the evening it was not possible to reach over there because of this rain. Also in bookmyshow theater was almost empty except for our booking. They have not considered this critical circumstance. We have requested a lot but they neither refunded nor adjusted tickets to some other timing. This is not customer friendly behavior. Big disappointment.

New opening in the area. Sound system is superb.. seating arrangement is also nice. Screen in big and the Brightness is excellent. Also there's couple seating. Which is awesome. Seats are cosy and comfortable. Staff is very cooperative. Overall great experience watching movie here. Great place to enjoy movies in affordable price with family, friends and couples. Must visit. 10/10

Nice seats, good sound quality and equal viewing experience from all seats are some of positive for this theater.... Cleaning and ambience is also very good.... But I have once again found some issues with air conditioning, which I think is due to their power saving approach and because of that it was smelling odd inside.... Overall very nice movie viewing experience...

One of the best and compact theatre in Ahmedabad, so neat and clean with cozy seats which attracts lots and we just enjoyed the movie Spider-Man with great sound quality and good food at cafeteria too They are maintaining their restrooms so neat and clean although the complete theatre too Well done team There is a huge parking facility available

Screen areas are nice, good ambience, seats are very comfortable but food outlet is very expensive and worthless the food outlet persons are very unprofessional . Even after 1.5 hours, they didn't manage Pizza. Parking is an issue in this movie plex . Parking is very unorganised. Only one lift and in case of fire, the theatre seems unsafe .

Best theater of the area, place is also good, nearby- macD, domino's, and KFC in walking distance of 200 meters. The sitting is good in the theater and also the surrounded sound system is awesome, view from the theater floor is also nice in the evening. If you near to the place, it can be best choice to chill movies in weekends

From my last visit i can say that this is perfect place for movie. There are total 3 Screens. Around 100 seats in each Hall. Screen is not much wide but its good. Sound quality is good. It is very well maintained Place. Will find some issue to find the lift. Cafe and its services are up to the mark.

Nice place, enjoyed the movie there. Though aunties ahead were having some issues with recliners so they were just sitting and that was hindering the view, seats are comfortable, sound is also nice. We faced some glitch in the first 10 min but it's okay, things happen

A comfy, compact theatre. Not suitable for action movies where sounds effects are super important. But a good place for your regular go to style movies. Cheese popcorn is expensive but doesn’t taste good enough, could’ve been better

It's a medium sized multiplex theatre with three screens. Sound and picture quality is very nice. The seats were too comfortable earlier but now need maintenance. Cafe is costlier than other multiplexes. Service is too slow.

Totally pathetic service. Movie time was 11.55 PM but till 00.25AM movie wasn’t started even seat allocation wasn’t done. When asked, they informed, due to technical fault it is delayed. Now it will start at 00.40 AM .

Best sound system ever. Recently I watch KGF and RRR at connplax awesome experience I get. Clean and wide area for sitting. Staff is very helpful. It is located at Prahalad nagar so all transportation is available.

If you're really looking for a big screen movie experience, this place is not for you. PVR is a better option. Overall the movie watching experience is quite okay. The place is good and has a good vibe.
