When Mark went up onto my roof to have a look, he told me that my roof was in need of replacement. I was hesitant to make a decision but something told me they were very honest and responsible. Mark promised that they would be able to replace my roof and gutters in one day. The next day, they arrived on time and kept me informed on the progress of the work. They did indeed manage to replace my roof and gutters the same day. My wife and I were very impressed with the professionalism Tony and his guys showed. Two days after, I called Tony to ask for help building my storage shed. On Father's Day, he sent Mark and his brother in law. They built a beautiful little shed. Our roof lost a lot of shingles during the high wind early in the spring. When I called up different roofing companies, Mark was the one who responded promptly. They did a temporary fix on my roof the day they came to inspect it and help prevented further rain damage from the terrible Jun rainy days. Mark also took the time to explain to us why we needed a whole roof replaced (since our house was only built in 2005!). After our insurance quote was approved, they came and replaced our whole roof. They were efficient and use good quality materials, they did a good job and also cleaned up well. Mark was extremely good to deal with and reasonable. My friend told me about these guys because he once repaired his damaged roof so I called them to request an intervention for my Flat Roof. The customer service was exceptional. They listened and then asked questions in order to create an idea of the problem. They came to my house and inspected in details the problem. It came out that there were other things to do in order to have a complete job and a perfect result, that would last in time. They installed a new Flat Roof, New Siding and New Gutters because the old ones were consumed. Today, after 6 months, I am very happy with the job they did. RH Renovations is a company that I would hire again. I had water leaks coming into the house from my flat roof that was about 10 years old. I reached out to RH Renovations and they were there the very next day. Tony from RH Renovations told me exactly what needed to be done and exactly how much it was going to cost. They started work the very next day and everything he said they were going to do was done and done on time. The crew is professional, clean and knowledgeable. They kept assuring me that if there were any issues with there work that they would promptly come back and fix any issues but so far there work has held up great and I haven’t had any issues with leaks. Tony and his guys run a truly stand up business. We had a few immediate needs for the roof of our brownstone in Brooklyn and Tony was able to sort us out within days of calling. A dryer vent, two roof vents, and a full back gutter and roof liner replacement in an area that was leaking into our building. Fantastic work, immediate service and incredible communication. Another huge plus is that Tony guarantees his work and will pick up the phone to answer your call whenever you need it. True story- I accidentally called Tony at 10pm on a Saturday night a week after the work was complete and he answered and asked if everything with the roof was OK. If that’s not quality service I don’t know what is.

I had a leak in my bathroom New Year’s Eve. Tony from RHRenovations came on New Years Day and went into my attic with me showed me all the damage. I was told I needed roof replaced. He took over 40 pictures and video of all work and all debris hauled away. I had 3 other contractors come to review prior and he was the only one who actually came into the home and inspected and explained what was happening in attic and what needed to done . Tony’s professionalism was helpful throughout the process. Him and his workers were efficient, effective and produced quality work. My roof needed a partial replacement of the shingles, the ply wood below and installed a gutter (that this section of the roof desperately needed). From the ground, Tony had advices me to repair my chimney. When he was up there he realized the severity of the chimney’s state and advised me the best course of action to take.Tony took and sent pictures and video updates throughout the process. Had a skylight installed by this company. They were prompt To come give an estimate and to a notify once the skylight was made. Quality of work looks okay and installation was quick. Upon installing skylight, I was notified the frame had to be raised but wasn’t informed of this during estimate. The 4 pieces of wood seen in picture was used to raise the frame and costed $500 extra on the day of install.Would recommend and use this Company for future repairs but I feel like they are so called professionals and should be giving accurate quotes and not realizing stuff on the day of install

Quoted price up charged as the job progressed ($200 quote, $950 charged) 3. Rushed the job (left old drain tubes laying in the yard) & didn't unclog connection to the city sewer (as quoted), instead redirected it to the yard 4. Found out they overcharged by $450 for the new installation 5. Tried forcing a Google 5 star review

I highly recommend using RH renovation nyc. I called for a price on seemless gutters and not only was he the cheapest price , he was at my house within 1 hour and he did many extra things for me . Very very professional , he did an amazing job. He went out of his way to unclog some roof drains at no extra charge . Very rare to find contractors that care more about making you happy and doing a great job then making money . I highly recommend using RH renovation!!!

RH Renovation were on time, professional and courteous. They gave a full description of what the problem was, how they were going to solve it and at a reasonable price. I had a different company come out to do my roof and unfortunately left a ton of debris in the gutters. Unknowingly over time the debris starting causing leakage, sagging and other water related problems. They came, they saw and they conquered. Will be using them again for future projects.
