Poor service, unprofessional attitude, personnel favoring clients over others. While we were respecting all Covid 19 mesures and distance of 2 meters, the employee asked us to wait outside in freezing cold weather despite that the waiting area had plenty of empty chairs with distanciation and some clients were invited to sit inside and wait. Unpolite staff, talking with snobism and unrespectful attitude.It is the same attitude as in Lebanon government's bodies. So sad to see that low standard. When one of the staff sow the Consul General coming he changed tone and attitude and become more helpful. Sooo disappointed. It was the only time I had to use the service of the consulate and was soooo disappointed.

Bunch of Thieves ! If you wanna feel that you’re getting robbed just go to Lebanon Consulate : i had to authenticate 6 copies and they charged me 72$/copy, so i paid 432$ for a 5 minutes job. Thank you for robbing us !
