If I could rate in negative it would probably be the rating I would choose for this place. I called today and after waiting for half an hour to be attended, then a uncle attended and continued to put me on hold while talking to someone else, he kept talking to me and the other person back and forth, I tried to communicate what I wanted but they said to speak in urdu, I didn’t know what that word meant in urdu, when I finally said it in English he said he doesn’t know in Spanish or English and wants strictly urdu. He asked again why I was calling and did not listen to anything, then proceeded to say call some other time I’m not going to attend you & hung up. I’m calling again and I’ve been waiting for 10 minutes and still no answer. I’ve always had the worst experience with the consulate, people don’t know how to do their work at all.

Extremely disrespectful staff, i am living in Spain almost two years, n during these two years i had several appointments in different places like Ayuntamiento, police station (finger prints etc), hospital etc but all of these places(Spaniads or people of other nationalities) treat everyone very respectfully. But today, i realised that how our consulate treat our people, even it is mentioned in each wall that we will treat you with dignity and respect but practically you will not experience what they said. The way of their addressing our people is very disrespectful, i strongly condemned this behaviour (especially males). Bring educated people who atleast know how to welcome and treat people of our country.

Bueno, dicen que rectificar, es de sabios, yo, no soy tan arrogante para considerarme así, pero desde mi humilde opinión que es lo que intento reflejar, debo corregir mi mala experiencia con el Consulado de Pakistán en Barcelona, y decirles que después de mucho tiempo de no pisar sus dependencias, el trato que he recibido, ha sido muy bueno, yo diría que de calidad, profesionalidad y trato amable, desde el recepcionista, de la entrada, hasta los/as funcionarios del piso 2, hasta donde llegué. Es por este motivo, que creo que es de justicia indicar el cambio, que yo he percibido y el porqué del cambio en mi reseña. ¡Felicidades a todos! LONG LIVE PAKISTAN

Over all good people, "Jesay muun, wesi chparain". Main problem with service is to wait although having appointments and even you come at time. I think problem is in process to call everyone in time slot of 9-10 am, stuffing all applicants of every category in a small hall, making them to wait till 2 pm (chances are high to get infected with COVID-19, if a carrier visits that particular day). I think appointments should be booked for every 10 minutes time slots so that each person come to this place according to his/her fixed time. Two years before same procedure was implemented, don't know why they changed.

The waiting never ends, and don’t ask me about professionalism I don’t think they even know what professionalism is, wasted my whole day here and yet nothing they told me to come tomorrow. It’s not easy for some people to just take a leave and come here, everyone is working here and some people come from miles away. The sad part is no one is there to take action. They need to improve a lot, no timetables, they give time every same time and then who comes first if you are last in the line then for sure you will have to come tomorrow

A five star experience in every way. We were treated with the upmost courtesy and felt as if our personal requirements were really being taken into account. The staff did everything possible to guide us through the system and hep us with providing the correct documents. When we visited the Embassy they were most hospitable and saw us immediately.

El cambio no viene. El cambio ha llegado. El gran servicio es lo más importante. Todas las funciones de Pakistán ahora son solo una plataforma. Solo el Consulado de Pakistán en Barcelona demostrará ser una gran fuente de unidad en la comunidad.

Tiene 4.5 de valoración y no sé ni cómo. No se merece ni media estrella. Pésimo servicio, pésimo trabajadores y te ayudan en absolutamente nada. El personal es prepotente e incapaz de hablar con un mínimo de educación. Absolutamente vergonzoso.

No trabajan para pedir una parsaporte o Tarjeta 3 o 4 horas encima con cita previa no respectan ni los turons de llegar el el Embajador ni sabe hablar te tratan muy mal En ves de hacer de dicen puedes hacer online
