The best service and experience I had here today when compared to other government services I had before. Received their call within one week after my son's passport had been delivered here. Staff was very friendly and polite when talking to me on the phone. Today I went there to pick up the passport and it took me about 10 mins for the whole process, super fast, no line up. Well organized pick up services. Staff there today was super nice and polite as well.

You just need to fill your form, make a reservation online, and gather all needed documents. If you made any mistake in the form and can't change it online, you can just tell the front desk to change it in the day of your reservation. It only take approximately 10mins to go through the while process. Staff are very patience and friendly. Also there's a lot of parking spot by the roadside.

我们这里晚上5点吃晚饭，我下午外出活动（30分钟），5点准时回来，通常饭菜都是送到床前，都会晚几分钟，我就坐在我的床边等，我的房间另外两个人她们都在吃晚饭，我习惯了，她们的饭每次都送的比我早，我没在意，继续等，到5点15分了，我明白了，今晚根本就不会给我送了。我只好拿出自己之前买的面包片吃了。心里很生气，我这个室友以前晚上11点多洗澡，故意咳嗦，其实她上午已经洗了个澡了，只是没洗头，晚上12点还开着灯不睡，直到把我的困意全部给折腾没了，她才睡了，那晚我一宿没睡，第二天我白天撑不住，我睡了一会儿，她还问，你为什么今天总睡觉？ 我真受不了了，想起这些，我问晚班的两个男护士，为什么不给我晚饭吃？他们解释不了，我说希望这样的事情不要再发生，其中一个就打电话，把我带到这个小房间蹲紧闭。非常冷，我摁求助多次，根本没人理。不给晚饭吃，还要蹲紧闭，我真的很难受。我没办法，只好求助了。

Worst customer experience ever. Nobody noticed me at the express pickup window for 20mins. Other people came after me were all passing through me proceeding to the next window. Until some lady eventually came to my express pickup window, she never greeted me or nothing, or apologized for the wait. On my way out at the end even the security guy said finally.

Crooks, that's all. I paid for my air tickets and airbnb ($1000+ all) because they require these on their website. But they refused to process my application because they've "never processed this country's passport before". Everyone in visa centre and consulates was rude and dismissive, took my 5 calls to get a person you can talk to. Avoid.

Really annoying. Only open for like 2.5 hours and no one answers phone calls to answer questions. Had to make a 3 hour trip just to find out that we didn't have the right documents and couldn't get anything done. So now we need to plan another day to come back around their rediculous schedule.

really wondering how these people give out five stars or four stars for their service. definitely not good service if it is not the worst. many procedures are lack of consideration of various situations. I assume it derived from the traditional tyranny and long term non-humanity.

Alberta is a world class tourist destination for people looking to get off the grid and escape the hustle bustle of every day life. The PRC consulate is a particularily great destination for those looking to just disappear for awhile.

Very bad services. The phone has never worked. I do not know why they set up the phone number to contact them but no one answers it for ever!! Worst experience I have never had! They should take the staff back to China

全世界最好的领事馆出行前才发现自己忘记更新护照了，申请后，得到工作人员各方面的帮助，甚至因为两个孩子的视频验证时间接近，其中一个孩子超时，工作人员致电过来询问并帮助再次预约，一句“举手之劳”让人感动万分。感激之情溢于言表，太感谢了！

Just went to renew passport, everyone is super friendly and the process was very organized and efficient!

Worst service! Everyone there is so arrogant and they know you have to deal with them. Shame on you!
