Title: Continental Hospitals: A Cry for Urgent Reforms in Patient Care: pathetic service nephrology dept, physicians, icu care .. yashoda hitec city has good doctors and good service. The alarming state of Continental Hospitals demands immediate attention, with critical issues plaguing patient care across all departments. Where can patients seek assistance after 9 pm? Sundays remain exceptionally challenging. Proper information for patient attendees is lacking. The need for respectful communication is crucial; adopting a more humble approach can significantly enhance the hospital's reputation, as rudeness only leaves a bitter impression on patients. Embrace a 9-day challenge this Navaratri and return with renewed energy. Consider sending discreet messengers to gather real-time feedback if you genuinely aspire to improve, akin to the strategies employed by the wise King Vikramaditya. Are you willing to take on this challenge? Observations: Severe Staffing Shortages: The hospital is severely understaffed, with a dire lack of nursing and support personnel. This scarcity directly impacts patient care, leading to prolonged wait times, inadequate attention, and an overall dismal experience. Communication Breakdown: Patients are left uninformed and anxious due to the breakdown in communication between medical professionals and themselves. Transparent communication is imperative to establish trust and ensure patients comprehend their conditions and treatments. Hostile Response to Feedback: Patients are reluctant to voice concerns due to the hostile reactions from hospital staff. This intimidating atmosphere stifles legitimate feedback, hindering the hospital's ability to make essential improvements. Recommendations: Enhance Working Conditions: Urgent investment is needed in resources, equipment, and staff amenities to cultivate a positive work environment. Staff satisfaction directly influences patient care. Regular workload assessments and necessary support are vital. Promote Transparent Communication: Encourage doctors and nurses to engage openly and empathetically with patients. Building trust through clear, respectful communication can alleviate patient anxieties and elevate satisfaction levels. Implement Anonymous Feedback Channels: Establish confidential feedback mechanisms for patients and staff. This valuable input should be used constructively to pinpoint issues and facilitate necessary changes. Cultivate a culture where feedback is seen as a catalyst for improvement, not criticism. Training and Development: Continuous training for both medical and non-medical staff is essential. Equipping them with updated skills and knowledge enhances the overall quality of care provided to patients. Foster a Culture of Empathy: founder must set the example. Promote empathy and compassion as fundamental values within the hospital. When staff feel valued and supported, they are more inclined to provide exceptional care, fostering a positive patient experience. Patients are deeply concerned about the exodus of eminent doctors and the entire orthopedic department from Continental Hospitals. Nurses and duty doctors have the power to transform this dire situation. It's evident that understaffing hampers your ability to deliver quality care. Patients face unwarranted delays, lack of updates, and fear repercussions if they voice their grievances. Addressing these issues promptly is not just a necessity but a moral obligation towards the patients who trust Continental Hospitals for their well-being

Delivered a baby boy under Dr. Jyothi Kankanala garu. Inspite of being head of the department, Dr. Jyothi garu is very down to earth , soft spoken, and anyone can feel free to ask any doubt you might have. She always explains everything without making you feel panicked of situation while being taking care of the situation. She always plans everything well in advance stages as preventive measures and can handle every situation/complication with right decision with right treatment at right times. More over, appointment timings are very much valued. Starting from my 2nd month of pregnancy, I don't remember waiting for too long with an appointment time. (Unless doctor attending other emergency delivery cases) To my surprise, all her staff and nursing staff are also very supportive , well trained with lot of patience and greets/treats everyone with utmost care like their own family members. Post delivery, nursing station team made sure that I follow every prescription time to time with reminders and follow-ups as well, throughout out the stay. They always makes sure that, every spl request/food /Medicine needed for your situation comes to you/your room even during odd hours without you personally needing to step out, unless if you wanted to. Dr. Sunil garu (endocrinologist) with lot of experienced analysis and planning, maintained my gestational diabetics in check - throughout my pregnancy period. Dr. Kiran garu (pediatrician/NICU specialist) and their NICU staff Dr.Ved Vyas garu and team are extremely helpful during NICU stay and handled pre-term baby's complications with utmost care. NICU nursing staff takes care of everything time to time, not just as their job but also with positive vibe for baby/parents whether or not you are present there. I always wondered how those house keeping staff shifting/connecting mothers to their new born babies in a different floor(NICU), without any hesitation even mutiple times a day. They have been taking care of everything pre-post delivery bedrest, even your own family members hesitate sometimes. "I know i shouldn't mention/compare here about other hospitals, but what i experienced from other hospitals is, if they have experienced doctor, their money minded management and every other thing have problems and vice versa" But in continental hospitals, Starting from Dr.Jyoti garu - Assistant staff - OP nursing staff- IP nursing Staff, Dr. Sunil garu and staff , Dr. Kiran garu- Assistant Dr. Staff, NICU Nursing staff, Even billing/Insurance staff are also very welcoming. I would recommend anyone to select these teams for peaceful and better results. …..Kanakavalli

Dr MK Singh experienced neuro surgeon - is a super rude Doctor. I was in severe pain due to sciatica and went to see him for the second time, with the thought that I would discuss the issue and he might help me. He has no courtesy to even hear out the problem. Did not even give me a second to explain. All he did was print the previous prescription and gave one lecture and said that he cannot help me if I don’t sleep 9-6am and don’t wear neck brace etc. I asked for an injection for immediate relief , he said nothing will help if I don’t follow what he told me 2 months back with the assumption that my prior condition and symptoms have not improved. What the heck is that? He is a doctor. First quality of a doc is to hear his / her patients problem, suggest alternatives. Even the first time as well, he was brief just wrote a prescription and threw at us. What is the point of experience when you don’t have basic courtesy and empathy towards your patients. You don’t hv to be involved emotionally in your patients journey, but it’s his job to hear them out. Charging exuberant amount for consultation is useless when the service is useless. My family visits other doctors at continental and we are associated with this hospital for over 7yrs. None of the others are like him. Life style changes cannot happen in a day. People cannot just leave the jobs, especially if he / she is the only earning member. So it’s imperative for him to hear the issue and suggest alternative course of action which he fails to do. You cannot just throw one sentence and keep repeating the same. You are getting paid to think through and tell what else can be done… If you are in a hurry to leave then DO NOT SEE THE PATIENTS!! If you have personal excigency do not take it out on your patients!!

The hospital is so bad that it cannot be summarised in words and even if there was an option of zero or negative rating, will have opted for the same. Everything in the hospital incl. Doctor, Admission staff and billing team is only out there to fleece patients and lock the patient up in a room. I was admitted with high fever and severe chest/body pain (unbearable) and doctor told that no attendant is needed since we had a little one at home (but they started pressurizing once we got admitted for an attendant). Also, we were promised a private room in few hours but once we got admitted in shared room, no one came even after repeated requests. To make things worse, there was no attention by doctor (missing) and details being shared for treatment and doctor had no time to visit until discharge. We wanted to leave next day but they didn't let us go citing DAMA which is ridiculous. On billing, they charged exorbitant prices for stuff which had to fought to be reduced incl. Rates for private room which was never availed on 1st day and still they charged for private room in final bill. Money in the name of charges for digital record are being taken from patients (not seen anywhere) and there is zero patient comfort, all hefty test are made to the tune of Rs 40k without sharing results until we are discharged. Please avoid this hospital and doctors, and definitely think twice before getting admitted. Also, the entire discharge process took more than 4+ hours during which they didn't remove needle from my hand which was paining despite multiple requests and it had left consistent pain in my hand. Now, I have to consult another doctor as I am still not well..

I am writing to express my gratitude and provide feedback on the exceptional radiology treatment I received at Continental Hospital. Under the expert supervision of Dr. Mallik and his dedicated team, my experience was truly remarkable. From the moment I entered the radiology department, I was greeted by friendly and attentive staff who made me feel comfortable and at ease. The level of professionalism exhibited by the entire team was commendable. They patiently answered all my questions and ensured that I fully understood the procedures I was undergoing. Dr. Mallik's expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout my treatment. He took the time to explain my diagnosis and treatment options in a clear and understandable manner, alleviating any concerns I had. His guidance and personalized approach reassured me that I was in capable hands. The radiology procedures I underwent were conducted with precision and care. The state-of-the-art equipment and facilities at Continental Hospital further enhanced the quality of my experience. I was impressed by the efficiency of the department, which minimized any waiting times and allowed for a smooth and timely process. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Dr. Mallik and his entire team for their dedication and commitment to providing excellent patient care. My positive experience at Continental Hospital has left a lasting impression, and I would not hesitate to recommend your radiology services to friends and family. Thank you once again for the exceptional care I received. I look forward to continuing my healthcare journey with Continental Hospital.

Last week, I admitted my 84-year-old father, with multiple health conditions, to the hospital. I had to transfer him from KIMS Hospital in Kondapur due to the subpar treatment he was receiving there. I was genuinely touched by the positive attitude displayed by everyone at the Continental hospital, from the attendants and nurses to the doctors. Their compassion and professionalism gave me a sense of hope and peace throughout our stay. The hospital staff consistently provided me with updates and ensured I remained well-informed about my father's ongoing treatment. What impressed me even more was their commitment to avoiding unnecessary tests and maintaining transparency in the entire process. During his time here, my father experienced a remarkable improvement in his health. To top it off, the cost of treatment here was only half of what I had to spend at KIMS Hospital, where he received inadequate care. Despite the significantly lower cost, the hospital's facilities were impressive and impeccably maintained. Notably, my father was allocated a separate bed both in the ICU and the regular ward, and the expenses remained surprisingly reasonable. I am genuinely surprised when I read other reviews, as I have absolutely no grievances about this hospital. This institution prioritizes the well-being of its patients over profit, and I applaud the entire team for their dedication. I want to give a special shout-out to Laxmi and all the other nurses on Floor 2 who kept us in good spirits throughout. Keep up the excellent work!

Most of the doctors are really good and professional, happy with the primary medical fraternity (doctors, house keeping and nurses). Dr. Rahul Konduri, Dr. Shilpa Aralikar, Dr. Banda Ravi Teja are amazing! They are very compassionate and highly experienced, we only stuck with this hospital due to their good medical fraternity. However, the hospital is grossly understaffed. Pathetic experience in billing, few of the management staff are very unprofessional and incompetent, we were over billed with some procedures that were never performed, they also stored incorrect data regarding it in their systems and only after writing a stringent email regarding the mismanagement and over billing issue, the GM of hospital, Mr. Nagaraju garu stepped in and acknowledged the mistake and corrected the bill. The 24x7 hospital pharmacy is often unattended (attached the picture), we had to wait for over 40mins on several occasions just to buy the medicines, they keep the patient waiting. We see the MD Mr. Raghu reddy garu doing rounds in evening hours, kindly take the cognisance of this matter. We come to such hospitals for better care, your tagline is healing touch, please maintain the standards of a corporate hospital (ironically, we only see it when it comes to billing, the talk is right that corporate hospitals tend to charge very high and drain the money, but atleast maintain the standards for it).

Was my first visit to Continental due to an emergency and had really smooth experience. Each and every department and staff has patient centric attitude and educates patients on the procedures and more importantly the ‘why’ factor. Pleased to have interacted with all consultants, from emergency DMOs (Dr. Jitender, Dr. Jigar & Dr. Bhavana) to the specialists (my primary consultant Dr. Rama Krishnudu, Dr. Rahul & Dr. Shravan noteworthy) are true professionals, they really have a great pool of young and sharp talents that I’ve not seen much elsewhere. Support staffs are very responsive and helpful, special shout out to PRE Girija for managing everything smoothly end to end and helpful nursing sisters (Swapna, Priyanka & others). Purpose of sharing the names is for the management to be aware of their key assets and encourage the center of excellence from this team. Most importantly, never felt commercial despite undergoing a series of treatments/diagnosis. One area to be mindful of, availability of food is not great, especially at night. This might need some focus, else attendants may starve the nights. Overall, thanks for the treatment and Continental will be my preferred medical needs any day, a highly recommended multi specialty hospital!

I was having a very good experience with continental hospitals. Mary from Oncology department is very good. She is very close to us from day one and she is very efficient and caring person who explains everything clearly helping us since 6yrs. She does helps in giving treatment effectively. I wanted to personally appreciate her for her efforts she put for everything. Recently we visited this hospital for my husband health checkup we were admitted since he is having some issues, everyone in hospital are very friendly and it creates a home like atmosphere. Recovery is also very fast, previously I had my delivery here all the doctors here are very efficient and caring. I’m very much happy since day one I visited the hospital 6yrs back from then I regularly visit this hospital now I had baby girl born in continental I take her also to this hospital only for regular checkup and vaccination. In these many years I couldn’t find single flaw also. My personal doctor is AVS Suresh sir he is also very patient and he almost became our family, we visited Praveen sir also he is also super friendly and takes care very well entirely treatment is awesome. I trust this hospital a lot. Thanks to continental hospitals for everything.

My husband had blood clot in the Brain and was suffering from severe headaches, vertigo, weakness, and other side effects. We visited multiple hospitals in Hyderabad before coming to Continental Hospitals. We met Dr. Laxminadh Sivaraju Sir, Neurosurgeon in Continental Hospitals for the 1st time in August 2023. Doctor was very polite, kind hearted, dedicated and very knowledgeable. Dr analyzed my husband health situation and explained the condition to us in detail and explained us the need for Surgery. Initially, we were very afraid and had many doubts about post surgery recovery. Doctor listened to all his health concerns very patiently and answered every doubt we had and gave the confidence that was much needed at that point of time. Finally, my husband had undergone surgery in August 2023 (for Subdural Hematoma) from Dr. Laxminadh sir, surgery went well and the blood clots were completely removed. My husband is feeling better now. Coming to Doctor Meghala Assistant of Dr Laxminadh Sir, she was very polite and gives attention to every detail, in carefully listening to patient medical concerns and notes it down for review with doctor. Overall, we would recommend Dr. Laxminadh Sivaraju sir to my family and friends.

Had multiple bad experiences with the billing in this Hospital. I have been to emergency room today when daughter fell down and got a head injury as well as leg and hip pain. The doctors took x-ray for the leg but couldn’t figure out whether it was normal or not. Such is their knowledge. They said they would like to take another x-ray just to compare if both hips look fine. They said we won’t be charged extra. But when the bill came, I saw they charged for the AP View which they said they won’t charge. I questioned them, they said the doctor said it had to be charged. I told them it was the doctor who said we will not be charged. After some drama, they discounted the charges. Then they called me back and said they forgot to charge me for the 2 staples that they used for the sutures on my daughters head and they charged 1233 for that. See the drama. This is not the first time. Earlier an ortho doctor sold 2 injections to my wife’s aunt for 20000 using the MRP when they were available for 3000 in the market. We came to know this through an orthopedic in KIMS. Such are the cheap standards and money mindedness of these corporate hospitals. Very very inhuman standards.

I recently experienced exceptional service at the Radiology Oncology Department of the Continental hospital, under the leadership of Dr. Mallik Singaraju. The entire team, led by Dr. Mallik, delivered an outstanding level of care and professionalism throughout my treatment. I want to specifically commend the department assistant, Ms. Prabhabati, for her exceptional support during this challenging time. Her assistance was invaluable, and her dedication to ensuring my comfort and well-being did not go unnoticed. Navigating through medical treatments can be a difficult and stressful time for patients, but the Radiology Oncology team went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Their commitment to patient care and comfort is truly commendable. Moreover, the post-treatment care provided was of high quality, reflecting the team's dedication to the overall well-being of the patients. I am grateful for the excellent service and care I received from the Radiology Oncology Department, and I highly recommend their services to others in need.

This review based on 2nd day experience. Everybody's behaviour is good on 1st day because you are new registered patient. 2nd day is the actual part. (Note: 2nd day is the report showing part and here you don't need to pay.) I visited Dermatologist department. The receptionist Sri lakshmi's behaviour changed next day. 1) Doctor told me not to pay next day but she asked to pay again. 2) since I didn't pay she acted like she registered my name but she didn't. I had to wait for 2 hours even after appointment schedule. She sent all the new registered patients (who came later) before me. I asked the receptionist Sri lakshmi, "what's going on?" She replied, "all those patients told her that they were in hurry so let them go first". I asked her, "So I dont have any job? I m not in hurry??!! Who does come to hospital to spend time??!!" After that she asked my name and then registered my name. My appointment was at 11:50 AM. But I waited there till 2 pm. Only because of that receptionist. Her behaviour is also not good. All the time she is busy oiling Dr. Manisha Mareddy.

On 3rd november had booked an appointment in the morning for Dr. Rup Goswami at 12pm. I was suffering from chicken gunya fever and was unable to even walk. We reached the hospital before time and when we went on the 3rd floor, the staff informed the doctor is out for the next 4 hours. This was a real shock to us as we had taken appointment prior and it was an emergency. When we asked if there was some other general physician they grinned and said only one physician is there in such a big hospital. We gave them really bad feedback and walked away to Yashoda hospital. On our way they called and said that doctor is back and if we are mid way we can come back. We were like how come someone who was not going to be back for 4 hours is now back in 40 mins. Really disappointing staff and hospital. They are money masters and only focus on how money can made from patients. Would suggest to avoid unless an emergency. Yashoda hospital on hitec city road is much better and we consultated Dr. somnath gupta there who is an angel and cured me.

Like everything about the hospital in terms of infrastructure, customer care etc. Pricing is also what's to be expected because of the location and the financial standing of people who live here. So you get what you pay for. Only frustrating thing is the barrage of same questions whenever you go to a different department. You have an ingegrated health record system that tracks data and inputs at a granular level with time stamps. So as a patient who is not well and seeking treatment while paying the premium it gets frustrating, where everytime you are shuffled around doctors and department, it is the same thing all over again when someone can take 5 seconds to look into the system. There is lack of co-ordination between doctors or departments causing multiple runs for the patient across floors. So it's not truly an integrated health record. Despite the good infrastructure and everything else good about the place, they still gripple with the same issue as any other privately run hospital.

THE WORST HOSPITAL EVER! I should have read the reviews carefully before considering this hospital. I had to admit my sister for severe abdominal pain and fever and they kept her on just paracetamol for the whole day even when she complained multiple times about her abdominal pain not subsiding. Disgusted by the management and the doctors at this hospital. We discharged her after 1.5 days seeing that her condition was not improving even a little. For this duration they charged 29k of which 5k was charges for doctor visit - none of these incompetent doctors changed the treatment plan even a bit. They just looked at her and left and still charged 5k! We shifted her to NIMS where they immediately changed the treatment plan and her situation improved in 6 hrs. I would never wish anyone to go through this experience and hence would very strongly suggest to stay away from this business which they front as healthcare providers.

It was the worst experience with the hospital staff. I went for my husband's dengue treatment. His platelets decreased on the 6th day of dengue to 20 staff members asking about the donor to reserve the platelets with amount 30k for the transfusion, otherwise we have to shift you in ICU today itself for emergencies. We asked what will be the difference in ICU? They replied that nothing will change, The same thing will happen in the ICU also. Then We decided to discharge from the hospital but staff were stubborn there were pressuring us to stay Your insurance will not be claimed against DAMA. After all the things they were charging 50k for one day hospital only for glucose drip they have given.. after all discussion and questions they came to 19k. Now we moved to the next place and platelets count in a day increased from 20 to 50.. he is recovering without any transfusion It was really a bad experience we had..

2 hours WASTED!! Had an appalling experience today at Continental Hospital. We had an appointment on 4th Jan at 5:30 pm with Dr Sanjeeva Rao, Vascular Surgeon. The hospital called & our appointment was advanced to 5 pm. I planned my work and took my mom. We went early and reached at 4:40 pm. After paying the fee, we were told that Doc will reach in 15 mins. At 5:10 pm, there was no doc. Staff had no idea. Nobody gave us any answer except that the doc is coming. We waited till 5:25 pm. The doc still hadn’t come. Finally, doc didn’t turn up!! There is zero respect for patient’s time. Given that the doc was busy. But why were we asked to come early? Why was fee taken from us ? Why is an appointment given when the doc isn’t available? My 2 hours were wasted in commuting and being at the hospital. When we demanded a refund, it was given and we left immediately. Absolutely pathetic!

  • Vishal Malchelme

In terms of the surgeons and doctors initially there is no issue they have done a tremendous job and kept us well informed. Terrible experience has been faced after being shifted to the ICU. With a pompous attitude no consideration of attendee stress and condition. As due to the chain of command being so long there is a huge lack in communication within the hospital, with procedures being done haphazardly. If you want to complain they play the blame game on each other. You must so better as a hospital in terms of attendee care and a swift movement of information through all concerned parties. However having such complaints I have no grudge as the job of healing was successful. But as you healed the patient you must also consider the people waiting on them day and night and their state of being as well.

  • Oiter Pegu

One of the top world class hospital I could say. I have been to many hospital all over the India but the continental hospital is top class in terms of service, caring, treatment etc. I would like to call out special thanks to the nursing staff since they are doing their job fallowlessly and dedicatedly 24/7. As a process of the hospital one attender is must to accompany to a patient but u could be here without attender too when there is a situation that u are not able to have someone for time being. They are one simple press away to attend/support/addressed quickly. There are many things to write about this hospital quality of servicing they are providing to public with minimal cost compare to other hospitals in India.

WORST EXPERIENCE.Me & my husband went for health checkup worth 15000, along with health check up is doctor consultation, but in doctor consultation , health checkup patients are treated as third rate as doctor assistant and others treat as if you have done crime doing health checkup. In Gynaecology dept , one dr assistant Savita , her conduct was so bad. she asked me to wait & was allowing other patients who came after me to meet doctor ( though i had consultation appointment with doctor) just becoz i was consulting after health check . Pls. don't expect any proper consultation with doctor after health checkup as it was worst experience with us.Doctor assistant & juniors are worst here & dealing with them is a pain.

  • Neha Bhargava

Firstly, it's expensive. The scheduling of tests like MRI is not immediate, irrespective of talking to them beforehand about it (contacting 2 days before, taking 40kms of travel route to arrive). And then the reports will take even more time. Have to keep calling them all day to get them. Online booking of a follow up appointment just adds on the the pre-existing pain. Really bad experience with the facilities here. Edit: If I could, I would give a negative rating. They were demanding consultation fees again for a follow up. Had to waste a few hours to get them to stop asking for it, but a desperate for checkup person would have paid for the follow up already. This is literally scamming.

Dear continental Hospital Family. I really appreicate to all the staff of Continental Hospital in India, Hydrabad. Special thanks to Dr Ajay Reddy, Neorosurgery specialist who did succesful operation to my daughter Salmo regarding on very serious tumor on her back. I am again very grateful to all continenal hospital staff in general and Nurse Saktht in particular, because she gave us good medical services pre and post operation. Furthemore , I was very much impressed with good hospitality, medical and recovery and humanity services which the hospital is providing. Finally, I recommed that all patients suffering from neorological problems visit to continental hospital. Regards

Dont fall for good ratings, full of fake reviews. Apart from nice building, everything about this hospital is really bad. Be it doctor, receptionist, other managements, cost, quality of medicines prescribed. I visited for dermatologist and the receptionist behaviour was really bad and full of attitude. I wonder what did i do wrong to get treated like that. They avoid giving you bills unless you ask for it. Despite prior appointment, you may have to wait for like an hour. Best of all, docter asked us to revisit after a month. on revisiting, she literally spent less than a minute looking at problem and recomended to come again after a month.

My father had spine fixation surgery here. We had absolutely worst experience ever. After surgery he was coughing blood, vomiting. They failed to detect there was a blood clot developed because of surgery at that time. The clot travelled to his lungs and he had to stay in icu for 6 days. And again the clot travelled to heart and giving him heart attack and getting another surgery for heart attack. They initially said bill will be between 4 lakhs. They charged us for spine fixation surgery alone 9 lakhs and failed to inform us before my insurance limit reached.

Worst hospital, vegetarian lunch 170 rupees ..tea is 40 rupees. Outside food they won't allow. It can be called a business hub instead of a hospital. Dear CM revanth reddy must take action on such kind of hospitals. They call it a VIP hospital. If he's vip or poor ..patient is a patient. They'll keep you in observation for more days in order to grab more money. Waiting for reports from 3days..one nurse will say, report is ready..other will say report is pending.. just for grabbing money, they're keeping patient in observation without a reason

  • Akhila Reddy

My mother was operated under Dr.Sudhakar Reddy .Patience to doctor response was excellant. Would have been more happy if room was hygiene.I happened to see cockroaches roaming in the room , even after complaint there was no action. Also, intercom doesn't work , have to run to reception for everything leaving the patient alone. Worst part is billing section is too slow , they doesn't seem to working without followups from patients ward and collecting parking charges and not providing any bill for the same seems to cheap.

  • Krish Bhavani

The doctors are being good.and treatment wise they have a good knowledge . security ..radiology department, remaining staff doing very responsible. but when the patient admitted in hospital some of the nurses are created very sound polution on their personnel matters and loudly talking, at that time they are ignored their allocated responsible duties...and they are take it is easy manner in their duties. may be it can resolve the concern and may be look in to the matter ..it can be more useful to that hospital....

I recently visited hospital with Dr.Mallik Singaraju Radiation Oncologist for my my mother carcinoma Rectum Cancer treatment planning/suggestions - The way he received us, way of explaining the technical procedures in a simple way, the hospitality he has shown and humanity he has. I'm very very much thankful for him for his time.

One of the dumbest&over hyped hospital I never seen, there main target is to loot the people in every aspects,if u have enough money then join in this hospital and go with empty hands, treatment is good but the process of giving is very bad.my brother in law admitted in hospital for small allergy reaction they charged 48k for one day.by giving normal treatment.they behave like ministers when it comes to their rules®ulations which are useless, worthless&meaningless. prove me wrong if you

  • Pankaj Jha

Despite having competent doctors, the hospital lacks transparency in its communication with patients (Felt Intentional). They withhold crucial information, such as the denial of insurance claims, until the day of discharge, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Additionally, their discharge policy, which restricts departures after 1 PM, appears inflexible and unaccommodating, even when patients are willing to make upfront payments. Money minded hospital with good doctors. Choice is yours!

  • Harsha Pilli

The hospital is exuberant and huge like any other corporate hospital. Ambience is alluring. Ample parking space and paid valet is available charging 50 bucks per 3 hours. I have taken my mother to Dr Ashok Kumar Singh on reference of a cousin for ENT problem and I find the doctor great at listening to all the problems. Recommended suitable medicine and we are very pleased with the total experience. The costs are on the higher side. However they provide discounts for communities and corporates.

  • Venu Madhav Pasagada

Dr. Satish Reddy has done hernia operation for my mother. He was so professional & friendly, hence we did not prefer a second opinion as he had clearly explained the symptoms and the implication of the surgery in a quite understandable way. Even my mother's stay in the hospital and the discharge processes were quite smooth. In the subsequent follow ups post-surgery, the doctor was very friendly to speak with and treated very well. Finally, Dr Satish Reddy is a wonderful surgeon to recommend.

  • M SHALINI

  • Prabhat Kumar

Very unorganised hospital…. Gives appointments arbitrarily even if the doctor is unavailable…. Appointment time is just a formality…. Attitude of people here is very casual and unprofessional…. Though one of the costliest hospital in the city but very unprofessional….This is one of the reason people avoid surgeries or critical procedures at this hospital… if you don’t value people’s money and time then downfall will continue as it has been for past 3-4 years….

  • Yogeshwari

I met Dr.Dhananjaya KL , Nephrologist at continental hospitals for kidney related issues for my uncle and sir took enough time to explain me regarding the problem in detail and with complete patience and the staff was also so good in handling the patient .It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touche and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I highly recommend dr.dhanajay sir for kidney related issues!

  • John Paul

My husband was operated for Hernia under Dr. Ganesh Gorthi. Surgery went well and smooth as explained before… All doctors, all the nurse staffs and all hospital staff were very helpful and supportive. Special Thanks to Dr. Linu and all nursing staffs of 5th IPD. They were all so good to us before and after the surgery. The hygiene in and around the hospital is really very good. And the infrastructure of the hospital is really amazing.

  • Mohd zak Jak

The way they treated patient with kind and generously with lit of patience . specially in radio oncology dept. Dr APOORVA madam she is brilliant and gem of a kind . I have seen many dctrs but she truly inspires everyone. And staff is amazing specially prabhavathi madam she deals from starting to end with very kind gesture. They or ray of hope in our hardships. There are many things to tell but I sum up it is best in ll aspects .

  • Anand Nandu

This is the third time visit to this hospital. The hospital is very big one with lot of space to sit. We came here with senior citizens, they noticed and asked us if we need wheel chair assistance. After parked the car in basement the reception guys guided us to the floor. Then the other staff inside the hospital have helped us with everything smoothly. It little far from the city but have the best equipment and good doctors

  • amair khan

1. My appointments were canceled twice at the last moment, creating frustration and inconvenience. 2.The hospital lacked proactive communication, only informing me about changes when I called for confirmation. 3.The hospital implied it's the patient's responsibility to keep confirming appointments, which felt unfair and unprofessional. 4. I cannot recommend this hospital due to unreliable services and communication problems.

  • Manoj Pakalapati

I would like to share my surgery experience with Dr Ashok Kumar Singh ENT at continental hospital. My condition was well diagnosed by the doctor and surgery suggested. Doctor did the surgery very well and professionally. The experience with hospital staff during my admission was very positive and professional. I am happy that I am on the recovery path. Thanks Dr Ashok Kumar Singh and Continental Hospital.

  • optiveratMS

Don't ever go to this hospital. They won't let you leave the hospital. You are bakraa for them. They will loot you like anything in the name of insurance. I went for normal stomach pain and was kept on a number of medications for 2 days without any proper diagnosis. I literally had to beg them to discharge me. If you go here perfectly fine, they make sure you are worse off, both mentally and physically.

  • Nandan Gupta

Worst fellows in the MRI scanning department. One young girl of 20 yrs went for an MRI scan and the hospital staff, including floor cleaners were taking the video of this girl scanned private parts in MRI control room and the parents were not aware and not allowed inside the control room, it's such a disgusting scene. These idiots should be punished, how can a trusted Hospital allow these cheap labour.

  • Nishanth Yedla

Consulted Dr AVS SURESH sir for my mother Chemotherapy sessions, He is extremely friendly with the patient and attender, clearly explaining all the possibilities of the treatment and listen to our concerns patiently and give the best possible solutions. Main thing I like with Suresh sir is he never troubles the patient, He is more concerned with the patient capability of accepting the treatment.

  • K

Had bilateral knee replacement by Dr Chakradhar and team and received excellent medical treatment. I’m an internationall patient and the communications and support were tailored for non Indians in many areas. Medical procedure went well, positive physio rehab, attentive nursing staff, comfortable room. All service staff were friendly including food servers and housekeeping team. Highly recommend

  • Parimala Parigi

It's been located in the heart of the Financial District in Hyderabad. Excellent and prompt service. We have been visiting this hospital for Dr. Srinivas Prasad Perla. He is the best doctor I have ever encountered. He is a pack of perfection and humanity. The hospital staff are very polite and professional. Well maintained hospital with all amenities and with international standards.

  • Dr Swati Lawate

I could have opted for negative ratting. I have an experience with 4 different departments that they make you make call 5 times to just book an appointment. Consulatation charges are very high and consultants work just to achieve targets given by management by advising unnecessary investigations to the patient. For them healthcare is just a business and profit is their only goal.

  • Viswanath Konuru

The treatment and nurses service are quick and nice, very caring. The other services are also very good. Overall its a good experience without any issues. Dr Arun reddy and his team is good in providing all the needed information at the time of pre surgery and post surgery and also guided properly in through out the process.specially good care taken by night shift nurse staff.

  • saurabh sayalwar

One of the most pathetic OPD services they are providing. Even though they ask you to take appointment still wait time is 1 hour and for ultrasound we are here from 12..30 pm and till 2.30 pm they are just ask to wait for 15-20 mins and nothing is happened yet. Better you are spending money, then go to some other hospital. Continental behaves like govt hospitals

  • sateesh kumar

If have to do any test recommend by doctor please go outside and you will get in half of the price campare to here. Two days back we have taken the TIFFA scan here they have charged 3200 outside diagnosis you will get in 2000rs. Quadruple sample test also they have charged 5700 but outside 3000. So don’t go blindly please check outside and save some money

  • sanath kumar

The most incompetent emergency unit I have ever seen. Went for sports injury on finger, 2 X-rays on same finger costs ₹400 and ₹900. Doesn’t make any sense. They did not give nor prescribe finger cot support or splint rather just applied a normal bandage on fingers billing total ₹2k. It’s just a lower than average hospital in a fancy building

  • Sanjay Sharma

My daughter got admitted in this hospital for treatment. The staff behaviour is pathetic. The doctors are inefficient. They're unable to diagnose the disease . The staff tries to extend the stay of patients in order to make more money. The reception staff is rude. In lumsum the whole experience choosing this hospital for treatment is horrible.

  • disha rani

Worst experience with this hospital. It's only money minded. As soon as they see there is no more scope of money to fill their pockets, they abruptly leave the patient to his/her fate. There is no proper communication and transparency to the patient or patient family about the patient real condition. All they do is scare the family members.

  • NAGA RAJU

This hospital is clean and Costly with all specialist diagnosis equipments and great doctors team. This hospital is NABH and JCI accredited facility in Hyderabad offering multispecialty, tertiary and quaternary care services. The hospital has Green OT, Level 3 NICU and PICU, and is known for it’s efficient critical care team.

  • samatha kiran

Very pleasant service from continental hospitals came for consult of my friend and doctor advised radiology scans. USG and after that they advised for CT, in no time it was done. Mr sampath in USG was very nice and helped me till we got back the reports. Also the facility is very clean. Will recommend Continental big time.

  • Ruchita Upadhyay

The worst hospital one can ever say. They say they have six drs upstairs and when we went up all the six drs were busy in surgery. What kind of hospital and management is it? Even after that i sat for 45mins where still they were unable to provide service. If you do not have drs available dunnot appoint patients.

  • Nishad Ahmed

All the staff in this hospital are very good, their service is very fast, most importantly they respect the patients coming from abroad. Listen seriously. Help as much as possible if necessary. I will also tell others if you need to visit once you will get peace of mind and good treatment too. Greetings to you.

  • Prashanthi Nalam

The nursing staff was caring and attended all the needs efficiently. Many thanks to nurses Beaula, Anupama and Anna who made our stay comfortable

  • Suraj Kumar

Worst service I had ever faced , they are just looting the common people . Nurses are not listening properly. They are just doing proper business. Doctor issued a dischare order but for them generate a discharge summary it took 5-6 hours . So , they can add bed charge for the whole day. Shame on u …

  • Prabhu Talari

  • Chaithanya Thandu

Hospital is very good, neat and clean. But need to improve in rest room hygiene, out patient consultation timing. Every time need to wait almost 2 hours for consultation. Doctor used to go to surgeries. no proper planning for OP visits. In patient support staff (Nurse) behaviour is not good.

  • selvia G

We had very good experience, and nice response from doctor for each and every question. Operation team is quite good. Suggession: It's good if Doctors are providing videos consultation and sharing contact number for regular patients. So that, it will be very helpful in such emergency cases.

  • abdirahman duale

  • srinivas sarma B

Over all treatment is good. Nursing staff is very polite and caring. Doctors are available on time. Only improvement is the billing manager. We expect more polite and humble responce from billing manager of such esteemed hospital.

  • Venkata Ramana

Better to avoid this hospital. Doctors are good but if you want to do Ultra scan or radiology then you have to wait for atleast 2 hours. Hospital staff is very irresponsible.. If you feel time is important then avoid the hospital.
