I must say this! Whole heartedly I suffer from really bad anxiety this firm work with me every step of the way! through all my anxiety attacks through my not understanding everything they were patient caring and understanding. They made me feel welcomed not like I was just another number or just another check! Mrs Rogers is absolutely amazing from the time I found them at 2 o’clock in the morning yes I said 2 o’clock in the morning and there was actually a live person to answer which really surprise me The intake person took all my information I Mrs Rogers called me a few hour’s later The intake was very easy she explained everything and we went from there. But then I had one of my moments and I said I did not want to go through with it anymore she respected my wishes I try to do it on my own and it wasn’t working! The other insurance company was trying to get me to do something that I didn’t sound right so I contacted Miss Edie and they were happy to take me back on just like that! No judgment. My case took all of about four months because I had to go through certain doctors and things of that nature, but during this time working with (Mrs. Edie) (Mr. Williams) and (Mrs. Rogers) and the intake person I just can’t remember her name they are all wonderful understanding and caring! I can appreciate the attention to detail with working with Council & Associates. They literally made sure to handle every aspect of my case and kept me updated. I often hear how other law firms make the client track and search down information for them. Not this firm, the small things they requested from me to handle were simple things, I would have to gather from my employer or maybe my doctor bills that I had from the day of my accident. I brought them my case of someone running a red light and totaling my car while injuring me and my passenger , the police report stated other driver was at fault and attached video footage . This firm dragged me along for MONTHS barely giving me any information and apparently the information they gave me was not correct they did not fully inform me of anything . Wayne is EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude . They sent me to doctors and left me with over 15,000 in bills before telling me they have to conflict out with a list of lawyers to contact . When I contacted the office to see what was going on Wayne wouldn’t even explain to me why they had to conflict out . DO NOT GO WITH THIS FIRM !!! YOU WILL BARELY HEAR FROM THEM AND NOT BE UPDATED WITH YOUR CASE .
