Where do I even start? Perry and his team are AMAZING! First of all, the dealership is HUGE! There is a separate servicing building that the AutoSPA is located in and it is immaculately clean and all the staff are incredibly kind. They have a huge lounge area with a massage chair and unlimited tea, coffee and hot chocolate, as well as a small cafe. As you drive into the service bay, you are greeted with smiling faces that immediately get to work on your car, you hand them your keys and off they go! I had an appointment at 11:30 and within 25 minutes everything was done and the shuttle service (which is awesome by the way) had dropped me home. Now, let me tell you about Perry Burns (the detail manager). He is an awesome guy who is incredibly passionate about what he does.He has incredible knowledge and knows exactly what to do to make your car look showroom ready. I opted for a Premium Detail on my Kia Optima EX-L (yes they detail any make of vehicle) and I swear it looked totally showroom ready. My car is black so every speck of dirt does show, but Perry and his team had polished the exterior so well that I could see my reflection in it. I had also told Perry about a food spill in the back seat, so he conditioned and applied leather protector to all my seats FREE OF CHARGE!! That service is only included in the Ultimate Detail, but Perry threw it in because he is an awesome person! I am so glad that I chose Country Hills AutoSPA for my detailing needs because frankly, there is nowhere else I would take my car now. The Premium detail does take about 3-4 hours, but I opted to leave my car there overnight as it was raining. Thank you Perry and your team! You definitely know how to take care of cars and their owners. You now have another faithful customer for life.

Easily one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had, and that includes the likes of Fairmont Hotels around the world, resorts, and fine dinning establishments. I couldn't not have been more impressed. The staff are all excellent, but the true heart behind this place is a man named Perry Burns. I was told about this place by a friend who raved about it and notably about Perry and his professionalism and high caliber of service. I live quite literally on the other side of the city from the auto SPA, but my friend went on with such fervor that I decided to make the drive and give it a try. The experience was amazing, I was lent a free rental truck for the day, and the staff stayed late to ensure my vehicle was ready by the end of the day. The cleaning itself got out every food, drink or other stain I had over the 8 years I've owned the vehicle. I've had my vehicle detailed twice before at other places and they never got anywhere close to this and were more expensive. Simply put, I will never go to another place while I live in Calgary and I can not recommend Perry and his team enough.

A big thank you to Perry and his team over at the Country Hills AutoSPA! If I could attach pictures I would, because words can't describe the fantastic job these guys did with my car!! I came in with some pretty major sap contamination on my vehicle. From the moment I drove up into the drop-off area to the time I drove away, the level of service was top notch. Without hesitation, Perry offered a courtesy vehicle which made life much easier on me. While shopping for a place to get the sap removed, I also noticed they did tinting as well - Perry took the time with me both on the phone and in person to ensure that I got what I wanted (even if I didn't even know what I wanted at the beginning). So beyond the high level of professionalism in customer service, they did a great job in their sap removal, power polishing, and tint work. I actually held off on posting a review because I wanted to make sure that the quality of work was up to my exacting standards even with a sober and very critical eye - it holds up. I have to say I was a little embarrassed dropping off my 2006 Audi Avant for detailing and cleaning as it was long over due. Needless to say I was duly impressed when I arrived to pick it up later that afternoon. Wow! What an outstanding job Tien and his crew did in returning my car to it's former glory! The interior was spotless, the leather cleaned and conditioned with care and pride. The exterior paint was polished, buffed and waxed equally as well. I can't believe how clean the wheels came, I thought they'd never look as good as they once did. All in all an outstanding job. Really appreciated the loose interior contents being put in a red Country Hills Toyota reusable bag and the interior fragrance clipped to the dash vent was a pleasant surprise. The offer and availability of a new Camry loaner vehicle was very much appreciated! Fast, professional drive in service and an excellent full walk around when picking up. Highly recommend, nice work!

Great service Great staff. Perry is very friendly, maybe a tad too talkative for some, but that's how I know he cares. I like how I don't feel like they just want our vehicle and $$ and then off we go. The car came back very clean as well. Perry always allow us to inspect our vehicles in the garage just to see if anything else needs to be touched up, I didn't notice anything not cleaned. Not until I drove home I noticed there was some residue left on some of the hard plastic and vinyl but just a damp cloth will take it all off and make it shine. I'm sure they would have cleaned it up for me if I had noticed. On top of all that I also had a loaner vehicle to take to work. This is one of the best auto detailing experience I've had and by far the best service. Cleaniness is 4.9 near perfect. Trust in Perry, it's worth your money

I can say that I've been to countless car detailing places in Calgary and there is not a place that ranks as high as Country Hills AutoSPA. First off, service was beyond amazing and the end result was great! The whole team especially Perry is very accommodating and friendly, they will try their hardest to accommodate your schedule. They also provide you a loaner car which is very helpful. When comparing to other places, once they are done cleaning your car and have already taken your money they don't even bother to do a full inspection with you to make sure you are 100% satisfied. Country Hills AutoSPA is the complete opposite and if there is any issues they will address them before you leave. I would definitely recommend this place to all of my family and friends. Check it out, you won't be disappointed.

Perry and his crew did an amazing job on our truck. When told they would need our truck for 6-8 hours for the Ultimate package we were going to cancel our appointment as we were only in town overnight. Perry immediately suggested if we were able to drop it off in the afternoon he would have his guys work on it until their closing time of 9pm and continue on the next morning. They also arranged to drop my husband off and pick him up the next day allowing us to be on our way home as planned. Perry said our truck would look as though it just came out of the showroom when they were done with it and we were not disappointed!! Great service. They hooked me up with a (free!!!) loaner vehicle overnight while my car got the best detail work ever. I say best ever because I have two small kids who treat my car like a garbage dump. When I got my car back it looked brand new. Big ups to Perry and the detail department for this! Next, I decided to get an oil change while it was in for the detail. The service advisor (Torsten) knocked the price down a bit when I came to pick up my car. I'm thinking he saw the state the car was in before and took pity on me ;) Either way, it was much appreciated. This was my first experience with Country Hills AutoSPA. It won't be my last! This is the second vehicle we have brought in to Country Hills AutoSPA for detailing. The AutoSPA did a fantastic job of the first vehicle, it was spotless and cleaned to perfection inside and out. Perry and his team did an excellent job the second time around too with our second vehicle, it was a bit more dirty due to the winter season. The customer service was also great, Perry made sure that everything was taken care of including complimentary coffee and water. The shuttle service was quick and very accommodating. We will definitely be coming back to the AutoSPA and would recommend the service to our friends and family.

Returning customer here. Country Hills AutoSPA is great at what they do. I got the Ultimate detailing package and they brought my 2007 back to show room condition. Every nook and cranny from the inside out, including engine bay, were spotless. Great if you're looking to maximize the value when selling your car or just want to bring your car back to like new condition. They even provide loaner vehicles which makes the experience that much better. They can't be beat, when you see the quality of their service for the amount you pay. This was our first trip to the Country Hills AutoSPA. We took in our 2008 Sequoia and booked the Premium Detailing Service. Our Sequoia (which is 8 years old) looks (and smells) completely BRAND NEW inside and out!!! Perry (Manager) was great to deal with and spoke to us when we dropped the vehicle off AND when we picked it up......to ensure we were happy. They would not even let us pay for the service until they took us back to see the vehicle first....THAT is impressive!! I would HIGHLY recommend Country Hills AutoSPA for any detailing service as they do offer a number of different levels of service.

We booked our 2015 Jeep Cherokee in for detailing and were very impressed with the basic package. The car looked liked it was brand new when we picked up. The whole interior was fabulous. Also the car was washed on the outside and the tires were treated as well. I could go on with the great job that was done. It was more than what I expected it to be. I highly recommend anyone to get this detailing done through this company. We just had our 2012 RAM 1500 truck done and once again we were very impressed by the service and the end result, even on an older vehicle!

Perry at Country Hills AutoSPA was amazing! My son threw up in the back seat of our car. I brought it in the day after speaking with him to have the back seat shampooed. I was given a shuttle back to work and then picked up as well! When I got the car home, the smell was gone but you could still see a bit of a stain on the seat. I called him back, after hours, and left a message. He returned my call within minutes! I was able to bring it back to him the very next day and now its spotless! Their pricing / service / results are absolutely amazing! Thank-you!!!

By far the best car wash in the area. Although its close to where I live, I would continue to come here regardless if I move in Calgary. I will always come here in the spring time for a full service. The price is reasonable and they also sponsor associations in Calgary so you should be able to get a bigger discount. (Kids hockey, Project Management Institute, etc). The manager Perry is super awesome at customer service. He knows how to win and keep customers. So far has been super accommodating to all my requests. Highly recommend them.

My boyfriend and I recently took both our vehicles to Country Hills AutoSPA. They both came back in immaculate condition! My car looks better inside that it did when I first purchased it. Every inch of the car had been taken care of. I can't say better things about Country Hills AutoSPA and Perry Burns. I dropped off my car and got a loaner right away. They worked with my schedule and the hours are great. I would recommend them any day of the week for auto detailing. The price was competitive and the quality of work was excellent.

Fantastic customer service experience. The website is easy to understand what is being offered, the price comparison is accurate, and the shuttle/loaner vehicle is icing on the cake. Perry was extremely friendly, and made time to talk to me prior to picking up the car, as well as answering all my questions prior to booking. The actual clean speaks for itself, absolutely immaculate, I don't think I've ever seen my car looking so good, including when I picked it up brand new! My truck was a mess inside and out before I brought it to Country Hills AutoSPA. Perry and his team accomplished what I thought was impossible. Perry and his detail staff did amazing work on my 2013 Toyota Tundra. This truck is home to 4 active teenage hockey players and their friends who travel all over central Alberta throughout the year. Perry is an awesome person, customer service at the highest level. After comparing prices at numerous places, I decided to give these guys a try. My SUV fabric seats had some horrible stains and the interior hadn't been cleaned in years; boy was I surprised when Terry and his folks cleaned every single area of the car. They even put everything inside large reusable bags. Plus they offer free shuttle service to and from you house. Will definitely recommend them and visit them again.

Top notch service, and better job than was expected. Bought a car in Calgary to take back to Winnipeg, so we were under a time crunch, and Perry personally took care of us and ensured it would be done in time for us to drive home the next day. And it was! The smell of smoke was gone, which was the major issue, and every nook and cranny was spotless and any stain that could be resolved gone! Customer service at it's best. I got amazing 3M detail done on my whole vehicle, and had my Winter tires put on. I got a loaner vehicle while my vehicle was at the AutoSPA and the whole process was totally seamless! I brought in my 2013 Chevy Volt for a full detail. I was blown away with how it looked. The car is black and looked amazing with a deep finish and the inside looked better than the day I picked it up from the lot. The engine compartment looked like the car was never used. I highly recommend Perry and his work. He was professional and a pleasure to deal with. I will be back with my other cars. Worth the money!

Had a great experience with Country Hills Auto Spa. It was my first time having a car detailed. I believe that they did a good job for a fair price. The customer service was where they excelled however. Perry and the other staff was extremely warm and friendly. Should I need to have my car cleaned in the future, I will definitely return, for the customer service if nothing else.

Perry and the staff were so friendly - they made me feel welcome despite the fact that I don't drive a Toyota. I felt like I was their most important customer. Great experience at the Auto SPA. I spoke with Raffad and he was very attentive, cordial and helpful. The technician did a great job. At the end, I was introduced to Perry (manager) and he personally thanked me for the business. BTW, my car is not even a Toyota, it's a 2015 Dodge Charger!
