AVOID!!! I had a very bad experience in your Birmingham clinic. You put ownership on our money. I've been asked to pay £25 through the phone when I've booked in for the first time, saying that I'll have to cancel 48 hours in advance if I can't make it so I can get my money back. They've also said that the consultation is free. However, they never mention that if don't want to go for a treatment after the consultation you will never get your money back. The only way you can get your £25 back is by taking them off a treatment in the clinic. Otherwise they'll put ownership on your money......just because....why? Without a reason. They force you to have a treatment, otherwise you won't see your money back. Very unprofessional service. Wouldn't ever recommended this clinic. They'll also stress you with phone calls- 3 times a week!!!! They're desperate for getting people in. I'd give them 0 stars if I could.

I had laser hair removal, which didn't work, though I guess I knew that was possible when I signed up for it. Over 8 sessions I had at least 4 different beauticians and when you are exposing intimate areas this isn't ideal. It was difficult to get appointments, when I did they changed procedures half way through the course meaning I could no longer apply cold air during treatment. Also, I asked to see the count down clock on several occasions for my own piece of mind. The beautician refused and even turned it away from me telling me 'most people preferred not to see it.' Well I wasn't one of those people, I wanted to see the clock and as the client I would expect that to be possible. They are keen to get you signed up to courses but don't have the appointments to see you through to the end of them. They also don't always honour their offers. Avoid.

What a wonderful experience again. All of the staff are second to none with fresh faces and open arms. This is my third visit and I have now got smoother skin from the Visage products and trust me... my skin was a mess... and had a patch test today for the IPL. It's not the most comfortable treatment and I feel fully looked after and well informed about my choice. It is a risky procedure and I wouldn't just let anyone do this. The staff have covered all my concerns without having to be asked, I've seen the girls interact with other clients and I am very impressed with advice I have heard whether it be skin or diet. I'm very glad I have found them and they have bent over backwards to accommodate my difficult requirements. They are truly something else when it comes to customer service and care. Thankyou.

Fantastic Clinic.! I have been coming to this clinic almost 4 years know. I can’t recommend Courthouse clinic highly enough. The staff are so polite, caring and very professional. Always giving me the right advice and help. The atmosphere is very warm and welcome every time I visit the clinic. The receptionist’s Helen and Jane are amazing, caring and very helpful. The therapists I have my treatment done by is a lady called Ansari. She is very knowledgeable and professional, makes my treatment very relaxing. I recommended this clinic to my mum, who is also a regular client. Amazing staff and therapists, thank you for all your support. Best Clinic in Birmingham!.. x

This is my first clinic visit and i must say, it will certainly wont be my last because all of what i experience was AMAZING. The staff are the best. They are so friendly and hospitable. My physician had a smashing personality. She radiated a very friendly and positive attitude which makes me feel comfortable in each and every visit. Each treatment and products are thoroughly explain so i could have a good understanding. after each session, the would reach out to me to check in which is so good. I want to say thanks to each and every member of staff for making my experience breath taking.

Several family members have been coming to this clinic for over ten years and when I recently joined, I felt extremely welcomed. I find my therapist, Norelle really comfortable to be around, she always checks on me throughout the procedure and is very efficient. Helen on reception is also great, as a university student I have restricted time for appointments, only on weekends when I’m home. Helen is so accommodating and always tries to squeeze me in! I love the relaxed environment you all create and am loving the results of the laser treatment!!!

So I was told about courthouse clinics by a friend and that they were the best at hair removal. So I rang up the next day and i was able to book appointment that suited me. The day that I came to the clinic I was made very welcome the lovely lady that did my treatment was called Narelle and she was very helpful, plight and professional. She talked me thought everything that I enquired about. When I started my treatment Narelle put me at ease. In all I would highly recommend courthouse clinics. Ask for Narelle she was very helpful.

I couldn't recommend this clinic highly enough. I was very nervous to have botox for the first time but the staff there were so friendly and really helped to put me at ease. The doctor I saw explained everything well and I am over the moon with the results of the treatment. The staff called me a couple of days later to check how I was after my treatment and I really felt that I was in the hands of professionals. I will definitely be returning.

I had a great experience at Courthouse Clinics. I was greeted by the lovely Helen in reception and then had a skin assessment with Sarah. Both of them provided a friendly and informative service and I am so pleased with the products I have purchased...I can see a difference in my skin already. Will be going back for treatments!

I was lucky enough to be invited to this clinic to be used as a case study model, they had offered me Botox so they could see how they could help the lines on my face and my forehead as they were really bad. The treatment really worked and i am very happy with the results. Thank you very much Courthouse Clinics ;-))

Waste of time and money for Soprano Laser settings! I am having the same treatment in parallel in abroad and when I have the laser session done in this clinic, I don't have any results at all. The treatment in this clinic is completely useless....
