Absolutely disgusting this place it’s gone downhill so much. They had a really fantastic dentist at last last year and I was going to leave because the quality of service in reception is disgusting and vile and everything else has never been up to standard my second last dentist appointment was disgusting and the man was extremely rude and I thought it was a disgraceful practice. I then had a really nice doctor on my last appointment and he was really nice. Very funny. I was so grateful and I had an emergency he could see me straight away and he was very nice so I thought I’d try and get this dentist service another try They have some odd reason decided to rearrange appointment when they had no right to as the client they had no right to rearrange an appointment for me without my prior consent. I had previously booked one for certain date which I was available for and they rearranged it. This dentist practice has calm down hill. The reception services are disgusting and very arrogant people. A cup of the dentist are not very nice whatsoever. They do not know customer service they do not know how to do things. They shout very loud about personal information they don’t know any manners or any customer service and it’s such a shame as originally the dentist was a really good dentist but he’s gone downhill that I’d give it -10 instead of just one point

i’ve been coming to the practice for several years and was incredibly impressed by the way patients problems are a priority, called into the practice today regarding my crown and was on hold for 20 mins but extremely lovely receptionist who had recently just started answered and got straight to helping me and was extremely polite and helpful. The line got cut off and i was gutted that i’d have to call back and wait for longer but in no more than 10 minutes I received a call back from the receptionist and she carried on advising me on what to do and how to proceed with it. Got me booked in for as soon as possible this Friday and helped as much as she could. Honestly very happy with her service! One of the other older girls was helping as well and i was touched by how well the two girls worked together and got my issue sorted out! Lovely to speak to them today

Absolutely vile dentist! Would not recommend at all, not even to my worst enemy. Reception staff are unprofessional and do not know proper communication with patients/ dental clients. When you phone to try and book an appointment, the phone rings, then seconds later disconnects. When they do eventually pick up the phone, the tone in which the receptionists speak to you is absolutely unprofessional with no compassion at all. If you are contemplating signing up to this dentist, I advice you not to for your own good.

Convinced they don't answer the phone on purpose, I've driven 30 mins to the surgery whilst still on hold on my call and I've got there and the calls been on hold and not a single patient was sat there waiting. An urgent referral was allegedly done for me 3 weeks ago but still hasn't been received at the dental hospital, been trying to get back in touch to chase this up but no help. Was told last week I'd get a call within approx 30 mins and I'm still waiting. Poor service!

They don't deserve even 1 star. The new company that has taken over are no way professional. They don't care and are arrogant. They strike patients off without notice or reminder. The service has become really ugly. They know how bad they are and that's why they are not taking on new patients. I was a patient for many years, and the old compant were really good. The service was good and the dentists were professional. This new company is not good at all.

whenever you’re at the dentist it’s always empty. The receptionist be doing their own thing - I’m so confused how they take over 50 mins to answer the phone! When you finally get through they say they were busy…… busy doing what?? Sitting on the chair talking to your co-worker about how you’re going to go to the German markets?? <— a literally conversation I’ve heard from them myself!

so unprofessional,reception staff constantly on phones trying to hide it. an asian blonde girl who was a receptionist was so into her phone i had to say excuse me about 5 times to get her attention,she put her phone back but was then on her smart watch i’m extremely unhappy with the service. the manager is even worse at this place,doesn’t sort your issue out at all!

Very poor, I had been a patient since my early teens at this practice. They had severely damaged my perfectly good teeth by stating I needed fillings and coincidentally on symeterial sides of my teeth. The unesessary fillings have caused me a lot of pain and refilling for over 10 years. Unfortunately, this is a practice that should be avoided.

If I could give this dental practice a ZERO I WOULD. Very very poor dental service and the receptionist are worse. Always cancelling appointments and pushing them weeks forward regardless if your in pain or not and when you ask why..the nurse is away on holiday, cannot even cover for the patients to be seen. Staff are beyond rude! They lack in customer service! The worst dental practice I’ve been with them since youngster they gave me unnecessary feelings which I wasn’t happy about on top they left me with more pain after root canal! I don’t they removed me of the system without me being aware I’m happy to go else where!

Very mean and short in service. Appointment cancelled without notice. WASTE of journey no compensation accept just apology. Then 5 mins late. When phoned dentist still with previous client. Abysmal service. They need to learn book keeping. Clearly no sense in booking as there are so many patients booked in but being called in after an hour of booked appointment. Service is so slow and especially hard as little kids are waiting for this long, getting agitated. Will be thinking of alternative practice.

love the service provided. reception was very welcoming and the nurse was very lovely and comforting. The dentist i had was very patient and was understanding. He was very nice and friendly. They did my filling very quickly and relieved my tooth pain. i would highly recommend to friends and family.

Very disappointed with contacting this dentist. Calling for days with no one answering. Waiting on a line that you're put through to...nothing goes further than this!! Waiting for up to an hour and then you just have to give up. No good at all.
