"Wonderfully lightly managed woodland Park, close to transport, so has easy access for all"
"This is a lovely Park, not the normal manicured lawns etc, but trees and areas left in a state of semi wilderness which is wonderful"
"Recently, I had the wonderful opportunity to visit Crane Park in Hanworth for the very first time, and I must say, it was an adventure that exceeded all my expectations"

"Great little place in the heart of a residential area"
Wonderfully lightly managed woodland Park, close to transport, so has easy access for all. Popular with dog walkers, runners, cyclists and walkers. Now has a coffee shop (caravan ) that is open Tuesday to Sunday - great coffee, and some light refreshments.
This is a lovely Park, not the normal manicured lawns etc, but trees and areas left in a state of semi wilderness which is wonderful. Crane Park island nature reserve access is next to the Crane park tower which used to be a shot Tower for
Recently, I had the wonderful opportunity to visit Crane Park in Hanworth for the very first time, and I must say, it was an adventure that exceeded all my expectations. My initial plan was a simple one – to take a leisurely stroll amidst
A gorgeous park where you can easily forget how close to central London you are. lots of pathways to explore and lots of wildlife to spot. Interesting history too with the shot tower a great place to visit to learn more about it. More
Great little place in the heart of a residential area. A hidden London gem. No food options around. Hounslow high Street is 5 min drive away. As for the park, it can be conquered in 1 hour and has the natural beauty Londoners crave.
I have enjoyed Crane Park since I was a child, usually starting out at Mill Road In Twickenham and walking west towards the Shot Tower at the Whitton end. This time I ventured further, towards Pevensey Nature Reserve and Hounslow
Really lovely place to walk around. Bit muddy this time of year so do be wary but really cute to walk around and see birds flying around and the little trail was fun to follow, I'm excited for summer to see the flowers !
The island is a beautiful nature reserve with warblers, kingfishers and water voles so it is really important that people do not take dogs on the island, there is lots of space in the main park for dogs.
Crane park is an oasis of greenery, the further you get into the park , the quieter it becomes. Although it's not listed as wildlife in the park , I spotted what looked like a Martin. Great place !
Nice trail around this huge park for hiking, riding bike or for just a run or walk. With a bike you can really enjoy the area with a cafe to stop at and lots of beautiful scenery to see in awe.
I just love this *Beautiful Park* 30 hectares .it goes on 'n on for miles.. with abundance of wildlife.winding river, streamtrees, grass areas ..park..a solace for early morning people who love
Being a local, I just love this park. Every season is gorgeous. I come here every weekend for a run and there are lots of people walking their dogs, cycling or just enjoying a pleasant stroll.
So blessed to be living right next to this park! My boys love their bike rides here or just evening walks and picnics. Make sure you wear comfortable shoes! Recommend for all ages!
Great place for a lovely quiet walk. Can hear the birds sing here. Lots of people bring their dogs for a walk here. Can get very muddy during rain so wear appropriate boots/shoes.
An amazing walk and I never realised it went on for so long. And has an interesting 200 year old folly awaiting you by crane Island. At - 2degree it was a fresh and enjoyable walk
I visited here in June 2022 as part of walking the London Loop route around London. This is a long park alongside the River Crane and includes a tall tower.
With everything that's been done to crane park it really is a beautiful place with fantastic wildlife if you're lucky enough to get a glimpse
I love taking walks here, my little cousins love playing by the river. Good place to have picnics or playing batminton. Good for little ones.
Excellent place for trail walking, explore the different creatures on the way . Witness the pond dipping events held by London wildlife trust
Had a nice bike ride through this narrow park which circles the river Crane. This park is used by joggers, cyclist, dog walkers and walkers.
A beautiful park with some nice hidden quiet spots. Fun place to take your kids for a bike ride or for a quiet walk with the dog.
Wonderful spot to take your dog. Our Malamute loves paddling here, playing with a ball. Nice to picnic and relax here too.
Great place for walking/dog walking and cycling, or just to sit and relax nice quiet and friendly, beautiful scenery too!
I go for walks all the time it's very quiet and relaxing and the sound of the water it's a plus!
Wonderful place for jog. They have preserved the forest as it is. Kudos to the people behind.
