I really felt like I needed to leave a review for this amazing funeral home. After not having a very good experience with a different funeral home when my brother passed last year I was really anxious about who would be caring for my mum when she recently passed. From the moment we walked in we was looked after by the beautiful Hannah. She instantly put me at ease. And nothing at all has been too much for her. From the moment they had mum in there care I’ve not had to worry about a thing, it’s been hard leaving mum in someone else’s care but Hannah has looked after her like she was her own mum, I’ll never forget the love and care she’s shown us as a family but especially my mum. She really is a credit to cravens and I couldn’t thank her enough. Mums funeral is tomorrow and I’m not worried about a thing a thing. Thank you to all of the staff at cravens but especially Hannah. My mum recently passed away and this was the first time I have had to arrange a funeral. We met with Keith at the Broadgreen offices, his compassionate, caring and efficient manner provided all of the confidence that we required. We had a few phone calls to confirm arraignments all of which were considered and courteous. Tom was with us on the day and he was fantastic, he led us through what was required and provided help and assistance whenever we needed it. I can't speak highly enough of the service that was provided, but also the people that provided it. The celebrant introduced to us by Cravens was Anne Livingstone, to put it simply, she was wonderful and would also earn 5 start. My heartfelt thanks to you all.

I cant praise the team at Cravens highly enough. They gave me so much support and advice. I pretty much had them on speed dial and they even knew my voice before I had chance to say who was calling! After taking great care of our mum for 5 weeks, while we tried to get a date to suit all of a large family, we threw a second funeral into the mix, when our dad passed too! So with 1 week to go, Tom helped us arrange a double send off that anyone would be proud of. He got our quirks and the fact that although husband and wife our parents were very different personalities. The day went off perfectly, A wonderful day Celebrating 2 wonderful lives. Thank you

If you are unfortunate enough to lose a loved one I can assure you that Steve and all at Cravens are the best! They are kind caring and passionate people who have the loved ones best interests in mind I highly recommend Cravens. Nothing was too much trouble all my silly questions were answered with kindness Steve was always available anytime of day. He looked after my Nan and assured me she would be ok in his care after another company left her in the Royal for 10 days within hours of choosing Cravens Steve had her safely in their Chapel. Amazing team at Craven’s. I Couldn’t fault Charles and his team especially Kerry. She was always there to listen to me and went beyond her job role just to make sure I was ok, always had a smile on her face but always professional. The team are confident in what they do, caring, respectful and listen to any ideas or worries you may have. Kerry planned all the funeral with me, not pushy she just guided me and listened to my ideas. Charles directed the funeral and it was amazing. He is very caring and very passionate about his work, Can’t thank everyone enough. Would most definitely highly recommend.

My father recently past away and i had never planned a funeral before the team helped me make my dads funeral really special! Excellent service received from the team at Craven's Old Swan Liverpool. Wonderful staff members who are all a credit to the company that they work for. Handled mum's funeral in a very fitting manner and guided us the whole way covering all aspects of the process. Very professional, supportive and dedicated and would have no hesitation in recommending this local funeral director.
