I thought they were good people at first. I used to go in and hang out with them . We would talk about things that I was finding like dinosaurs and things. Then I took some silver wings in to cash them in for money . Well he took them in the back and I said I was coming back there like I had before and he said no insurance reasons . Well he came back out and handed me these copper rings that weren't even close to what I had given him . I said Dave those aren't my rings he said that's what you brought in .oh I couldn't believe it, it was true he switches things I had met someone else who he did the same to. So if you had your jewelry cleaned there he may have switched your stones out. You should have your stuff checked. It's true he is a crook

Amazing service. My fiancé took a picture of my dream ring and gave it to the owner. The owners literally made this ring from scratch only change was they put the most gorgeous diamond I've ever seen in it. They explained the diamond cut, the setting and the metal they used. It is the most beautiful ring I've ever seen, I'm so happy and i would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for anything authentic or original.

I took my wedding ring here after losing a diamond. They repaired it and helped me give it an upgrade. The work was beautiful! I wasn’t impressed when I went here with my boyfriend because we walked in and we were there first but someone came behind us and the employee helped them first stating this was a long timer she needed to catch up with first. They chitchatted over 20 minutes before we decided we were not important enough for them to obtain our business.

Paid for a ring! Still have the receipt! They refuse to honor the agreement after taking money upfront and nor will they return either the cash or product involved! They are crooked as F! Thats all... do not deal with these bogus MFs! I will go as far to say that something is wrong and Shady here! Please go elsewhere for your gifts!!!

My wife took her ring to be repaired. She was told that it was "just costume jewelry" and she shouldn't bother fixing it. It just so happens that we know it's costume jewelry, but it's important to us. Anyway, she felt like he was snobby about it and left.
