Awful experience, will never return. Since I'm hosting a meeting later today I thought I'd support a local business by visiting this liquor store. I chose two bottles of wine, the cashier seemed to have difficulty scanning the bottles, and rescanned them after I said I was paying with credit card. When the total price didn't add up, I inquired as to the prices, one bottle was ~$2 more than the listed price. The cashier asked another worker who appeared to be the manager about the price, WITHOUT even looking she barked the price is with GST, the cashier kindly said to her, no the price is more before GST. Then the "manager" went to look at price listed, which was INDEED $2 less, then proceeded to tell me, they can't change the price on their cashier and that I would have to buy it at the more expensive (unlisted price). I gasped and mentioned that in Canada if a business cashier tries to charge a price not listed and the cost of the item is under $10 it's free for the customer, so they might want to get their prices update. Passed on both bottles of wine, will never go back. #rude

When you get denied service cause you bring your clearly underaged child (nephew) in with you like as if I was buying for him any way. Even knowing that you have you're own pro serve dummies! Take my business else where. I'll be sure to call you're manager Ed, and clearly read the laws. Thanks kyle your customer service sucks. And BTW there's no law saying that they have to have ID if they look over 13 how tf you supposed to. Figure that out any way. AGLC 4.4.3 No minor may enter a Class D licensed retail liquor store, manufacturer's off sales outlet or hotel off sales room unless accompanied by a parent, guardian or spouse who is an adult and who is in the licensed premises to purchase liquor for off-premises consumption.

Had to stop in there the other night as I missed Sobeys close time. Only plus is they are open till 2am. Immediately when walking in was asked if I needed help finding anything...I sensed a bit of sarcasm considering the coolers were empty. I felt rushed and wasn't sure what to get since there were so few options and I don't really drink often. Prices were extremely high compared to Sobeys and other nearby liquor stores. Overall I dislike this store and do my best to avoid it.

No matter who you are the staff will look at you like your a criminal if you shop in this store. I only go there if I have to and I live across the street. I'll walk over to Sobeys liquor first rather than be treated like a criminal.

Average liquor store. The employees are tough but helpful. I wish I can grab my own liquor and pay instead I need to call them to grab my stuff as customer arn't allowed to just simply grab the item and pay directly to them.

Small and out of product quite often. Staff are friendly. Manager wouldn't put enough beer together to make and sell as a 24 can price like Fort Rd Liquor has done for me. Accommodate your customers & they'll return.

I was not impressed by the way this liquor store looked they could have cleaned the place up floor was a mess windows needed cleaning and the panhandlers practically attack you when ur going in an coming out

Dropped in for the first time as I was at Shoppers Drug Mart and whilst renovations going on, the establishment was not inviting and small selection of wines from a variety of countries!

They rip off their employees and punish them when they are mad by cutting their hours and straight up lie to the employees faces when confronted about why they have less hours.

Very small selection. Mainly cheap beers and a few wines and standard mixing liquor but nothing close to fancy. They are open reliably late.

You can have points added to your name when purchasing. Haven't used the points yet. They don't advertise ,so I don't know how to use them

The employees are Very knowledgeable about there products. And that to me saves time looking for the impossible "what's it called " Realy.

It's a great place to get your booze lol they are open late and the staff are very friendly they also have a point system that adds up !

The prices are way too much. Lowest price for a 26oz of liquor is $25 Really wow. Less than $20 everywhere else. Too Expensive …

Nice people work there. They are tough too, they can get tough customers. You'll find better prices almost every where else though.

Amazing service, overpriced for the area they are in. I get way cheaper liquor on both Jasper Avenue and 124 street.

Was recommended the Roscato and it is delicious. Friendly staff and most popular liquor is usually stocked up.

Open late. Prices suck but not that bad. Can't really complain about the lack of sales since it's open late.
