So it's been almost 6 months since ford stopped It's sales in India and continued with the Service assurance. In these last 6 months I have visited Crossland Ford service center 3 times, once for Adblue refil, once for Software updates and a sensor issue and thord time for my periodic 20k service. Let me say this, I haven't noticed any difference, from service point of view you dobt feel like ford has left India at all. The Staff at Crossland is professional and Informative, they provide you with all necessary information and some extra. Tea/coffee/water are always available at the customer lounge. All in all, visiting the service centre has put me at ease for now that my dealer will provide me with best of services regardless if ford India is there or not. KUDOS to the entire Crossland Ford Team.

Staff Well mannered, But Poor Service...at all,nd Disappointed of bad attitude towards customers. I bought Ecosport Titanium that time no any Test ride avail for me & my Brother in law. My relative ''ve bought Ecosport Platinum Edition at Dehli nd get Benefits of RTO rate. My Doctor Friend Plan to buy it from local KS Ford dealer,JHUNJHUNU. Regarding Car 1st Services......I 've contact Many times.,but not Proper Response. The Crossland Workshop deny twice to pickup my vehicle from PRATAP NAGAR,Jaip JA. Pls. kind u'r Attention towards Care& Service of Existing customer.nd improve it. Thanks.

I am giving one star only because it is least. I have my car repaired and serviced for gear box, they repaired that but took more than 15 days although they told me for 4-5 days initially. They also said my clutch plate is damaged when I reached they haven't even opened that (were trying to charge more) . Also they damaged my CVC cyllinder of break oil and not even accepting that instead of repairing . They uses their own created email I'd for rating themselves I didn't get any message for rating. I also lodged complaint on Ford toll free but no result till now. Worst service centre.

Crossland Ford is a total different experience as far as company Service centers are concerned.. Abundant of Very polite & supportive staff. Simplified process from Car-In to Car-Out. No excess / unnecessary parts change or labor charges levied. Huge space, Customer Waiting Hall, Restrooms, Car Washing space and a lot more with fast delivery of your car. Within 2 days - Service, Routine Checkups/oil/filters change, reported problems rectified, Dent-Paint Job Done, Insurance Claim done, all paperwork done, AC Job Done and D.O. Received, and my Car Ford Figo delivered.

This place deserves zero star, worst services and customer support. Had problems in my car from day one after 2 months they are not able to resolve it and some of them manipulated me to delete my previous review to resolve my issue. Do not buy any vehicle from here they are providing used and defective vehicles. There are other dealers which are providing great deals and are also very helpful like k s ford. And one of their personal told me that " ford liya hai itna toh sehna padega". Very horrible experience.

This is the biggest scam in name of service centre , all the reviews written here are fake I can guarantee as I have visited the place and almost alla customers were struggling at the hands of the crony , cheating policies of this company . In my personal experience our car was picked up a month and half ago and had some work of rs 3500 and now they are asking for rs2600/- and yet the car is with them , they have literally stolen the car and am pretty sure that they are stealing parts.

Today we got delivery of our first car, ford ecosport and it is great experience to be part of ford and specially CROSSLAND FORD. Deal was finalised on our first visit itself with Mr. Mubarak, I have visited many companies showrooms but the experience we had here is great. Staff is very nice and cooperative and have good knowledge. Hope our relationship with ford is just a start.

I stay in Faridabad, However I get my ecosport serviced in Jaipur 256KM away from my home . When it comes to get my car serviced I am choosy and I don't trust services easily. I visited this place due to an minor accident approximately 2 years ago and till the time "Mr. Trighun sen" is working here & I have my a Ford car I will get car serviced in Crossland ford only.

It is a great show room and workshop for Ford motor vehucles. Located on main road with almost all range of Ford motors. The staff is very couteous and with full knowledge about their vehicles and its specialities. Mr Avi , the GM Sales has tremendous marketing ability. The show room as well as workshop is very spacious. Workshop staff is very skilled.

If you are planning to buy a vehicle from cross land ford jaipur, please make sure everything is in order before making the payment. Because once you made the payment no one is going to hear you even if there is no jack in your car. They are not going to arrange one for you. It happend with me. After intervention of Ford corporate, Issue resolved.

I recently purchased my new car from crossland ford,it was very amazing exp the way they make me very comfartable and qiuck in all services and assissting me well to get a good overview about my new vehicle and get the formalty done at the time of purchase and giving me their best services to me after purchase also which was least expected.

Zero star, Sent my car for service , instead of repairing they damaged my car break oil cyllinder and not even accepting their fault instead of repairing. And asking for very high money. Very rude behavior, no importance to customers and their problems. Worst service centre I have ever seen.

Worst ever customer service experience with the sales staff. They were just merrily sitting around and gossiping. Least bothered about the customers and the staff was very unprofessional and unapologetic. In short, avoid this dealership and go for other ford dealerships in Jaipur.

Showroom visit is a complete waste of time. First when you visit the showroom they will not attend you and when they finally do, they will treat you like garbage and make you feel like you don't deserve to buy their car. Visit at your own risk.

Pathetic customer service, where you will be judged on basis of your appearance. What is even worse is the shear arrogance when same is pointed out. The sales department needs a overhaul including the manager who can’t keep his flock in check.

Time taken to resolve the issue (replace brake disc and brake pads) was much more than expected. However, staff is friendly and well behaved, so no complaints overall.

Staff is very supportive. My friends non ford car's engine got fail in evening and he has to park the vehicle somewhere safe and they fully helped him. Very genuine.

My previous issue of referral bonus has not been resolved, even after paying half the amount advance they did not install the part. Asked for full payment in advance
