My wife and I bought a three piece living room set within the last year, we didn't spend much on it knowing that it was temporary furniture that just needed to last until 2 kids are a bit older. Recently the cushions on the couches started collapsing in, as well the fake leather started peeling off the cushions in a couple small spots. Crossroads sent out a guy to evaluate the furniture. The man they sent out reviewed the couches and indicated that the problem with the cushion collapsing was a manufacturer defect and that the manufacturer should replace the couch at no charge to Crossroads. He also indicated that because the couch was not real leather that the peeling could not be fixed. After waiting for Crossroads to call us back in a timely manner we finally had to call them. At that point the man at Crossroads indicated that he could not find the report from the man that they had sent out. After indicating that we thought they should find the report, he said that they would pick up the furniture and have it repaired. So instead of replacing as recommended by their own man, they decided to repair it, even though the fake leather is not repairable. Sent the furniture off and got it back in a decent time frame. Cushions are fixed, however it looks like they took crazy glue to the areas that are peeling since it could not be fixed properly. Also found a huge NEW rip in the back of one of the couches that we DID NOT do. Called the guy at Crossroads but he denies it and said we did it. Unfortunately we have no evidence that the rip did not exist. In a nutshell, these couches should have been replaced but Crossroads chose to ignore their own guys report. I know it's cheap furniture but it should last more than a year, and if it is a blatant manufacturer defect should be replaced. Lesson learned, you get what you pay for. Another lesson learned, never buy anything from this store because they don't give a crap.

I'm sharing my experience so that hopefully it can help someone. I bought couches, a bed frame ,and mattress a year and a half ago. I really liked how they looked in the beginning and the lady that helped me was really nice. I had just moved back to Calgary and was starting from scratch and the workers here told me they could deliver the next day ,so I was ecstatic about that. The lady kept telling me how great the quality of their furniture was and that i would be very happy with my purchase. The delivery was brought the next day as promised and I was pretty happy. Then 6 months later the couches started sagging so bad, to the point i had to put a pillow in the middle under the cushions to help it from sagging! The bed started to sag as well and the rhinestone strip started to fall off and it looks terrible! I'm really upset with the quality of ALL their furniture! The workers and the delivery people were nice buy they are trained to think that they sell good quality stuff so that they can fool you. I really hope that they are really closing down because it's sad that they sell such bad quality stuff and take advantage of people.

We purchased this furniture from Crossroads Furniture (Calgary NE) "Contemporary Geniune Leather Seating Sofa Set". Totally disappointed! This leather has cracked on the couch in two different spots. It will cost me over a $1,000 to repair it. A picture is worth a thousand words, so please see the pictures below. The last picture is the product they are still selling in their store, so be aware that this may happen. What I find very interesting is that this is the only piece out of 3 purchased with cracks. We tried to reach out to the store to ask them what can be done, needless to say, we got no resolution. For the store to fix this would have been a minimal cost, but business acumen does to seem to be part of this business. They have definitely lost a customer. I tried to upload the pictures several times, but they do not show up. Feel free to reach out to me and I will definitively share them with you.

Went in there on Nov 8 for a browse. We saw a couple larger tickets things we were interested to buy, but the 100% down no refund/cancellation policy was a bit risky in my mind. Asked if there was any room to negotiate on price, both sales rep and manager were firm that there was not. Asked what it was worth for them to make the sale now vs letting me walk and risk not coming back, they were comfortable with the latter so we left. Left my phone number incase they changed their mind, haven’t heard back. In a commodity like industry that is highly competitive with many competitors willing to go the extra mile to close the sale, it is mind boggling that these folks aren’t interested to make a sale. If the owner or GM is reading and wants to make a deal, hit me up.

We spent a lot of money on a round and rectangle table, $799 each. There is a clear defect in one of the tables that they refused to assist with. Some of the chair legs had chunks of wood missing from them (3 out of 8 of the chairs). When I called to get help with the above, they said that as it was already delivered they are no longer responsible to help me. They did offer to help with one of the chairs, but the chair they did bring was repaired/used (the leg protectors were different colours and sizes). If they had of just asked to see what I meant by defect, instead of immediately saying they are no longer responsible to assist me, they would see it is impossible for me to have done/damaged the table. I won't be purchasing products from here going forward.

Really nice people, terrific service and good prices! Tammy was very helpful and just an awesome easy person to deal with! I bought a couch from them that has USB plugs on it that I didn’t know about. When it was delivered I think the cord was left somewhere or missing. The delivery guys had a challenge getting the couch into the house as my doorways are weird but they got it done. Anyway, after I got the couch inside I realized it has USB plugs and there was a missing plug adapter. I didn’t really care about the USB plugs and I didn’t call them to ask for the plug. They cared though! They called me and delivered the adapter. I just think that’s great service.

I bought a sofa, dinning table and coffee table, paid full for delivery and assembling.. 1- the sofa and dinning set arrived on time, assembled but left all junk and garbage stuff in my home and some in the front. I had to go out and clean all the mess.. 2- the coffee table set took more than 1 month, I had to call 3 times, different sales, delivery guys talked me differently, I had no idea of who to listen. 3- I paid for delivery and assembling in full, but u had to go back and pick up the coffee table and assemble it by myself.. NEVER EVER EVER WILL DEAL WITH THIS STORE AGAINNNNN FK! Collection is good, the staff are lazy, poor management

Don't even want to give them one star... and Im not .... have to because you cant proceed otherwise... This company does not honor their products they sell and will use every excuse not to.. by looking at picture they say its my fault it is wear and tear,,, after one year of owning it.... get real.. Then when you go to talk they try to talk over you,, not giving you a chance to talk.... Tried twice finally just cussed them out... don't have time for stupid people... HONOR YOUR STUFF...I will never buy from them again and encourage anyone remotely interested in their furniture to go elsewhere... RUN AWAY FRO THEM AS FAST AS YOU CAN..

After going to several furniture stores we finally found a sofa bed sectional that met our needs/wants for a reasonable price. Tammy quickly assessed our needs, likes and dislikes. She showed us pieces that she thought would suit both mine and my husband's tastes, as they are quite different. Knew her products and stock very well. Were lots of options for us. Prices were a bit lower than the other 5 stores we went to. I would highly recommend checking them out. Update: went and paid for our purchase and they delivered and setup 2 hours later!! If we need furniture in the future this will be our 1st stop!

I am a very happy customer! This is my second dining room suite I have purchased from Crossroads Furniture. I am pleased with the customer service I have received this weekend. After purchasing a suite and inadvertently misplacing the hardware for all 4 chairs I called the store to ask about ordering new parts. To my surprise, I was told to come into the store and they would be replaced immediately, no charge. I have done so today and now sitting back admiring our new dining tables and chairs. This is the type of service one would have expected a couple decades ago, unlike today. Thankyou very much!

We had bought a bedroom set 4.5 years ago and just recently had to replace the mattress, which was still under warranty. I called Crossroads Furniture and spoke with Anil, which just so happened to be the gentleman we purchased the set from. He took me through the warranty process and was in constant contact with the mattress manufacturer. He was very professional and it only took 1 week to have my mattress replaced. They have a wide selection of all furniture for your home. Just ask for Anil and he will help you with any questions you may have. He's a no pressure salesman which we loved.

Good all around, not perfect tho. Bought a bed frame, bed, leather L couch and got them to add a extra section to it (so worth it), leather autumn for a steal because it was damaged. Quick delivery and great sales from John. But I'm about 8 months in and my mattress (not on sale) is sagging, it's a appolo King koil made here in Calgary and it was comfy until it started sagging. Pretty upset that my mattress already needs replacement, Dono if they buy cheap off the line ones with defects or if King koil are just junk.... Still a good store where you can get some good deals.

I bought a dining table and chairs and bar form them and I spend over 2300$ , they deliver the stuff missing some parts on chairs and the table there was some damage on it , I call them and they said someone going to come and check it out, but nobody Shaw up and they don’t really care about customer,I have been over two weeks waiting for them to call or Shaw up ,, when you buy form them they will be very friendly but when we need them nobody Shaw up and they really rude, I don’t recommend this store to buy anything form them, don’t waste your money,

Purchased a full set of leather couches. They must be sourcing a very low low quality leather. They did not service us AT ALL even though we paid for warranty. The top surface of the leather wore off within 6 months, and the spring/foam layers began failing. Now it's a horrible looking uncomfortable 3 piece set. I would highly recommend looking at other options outside of this place for any kind of furniture. The long term value and support you'll get out of their company and product is unfortunately non-existent.

Great selection. But when we purchased a sofa and loveseat it was delivered to our house in the wrong color. They offered to send a truck to pick it up and replace it with the correct color, but they wanted to charge us for a second delivery fee! I argued with the manager for several minutes over the telephone and he refused to budge. So I ended up using a friends pickup truck and taking the furniture back to them myself. Will never deal with them again.

I bought a set of sofa from these people. they said they were bonded leather so I thought they may last at least a few months. well, that was a dream, their cover started to peel off after a couple of months. I spent over $2000 for the set and now trying to sell them for $300 and no one buys. I wish I had invested a bit more and buy from a recognized furniture store and get high quality furnitures. I WILL NEVER GET ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE EVEN FOR FREE.

We went to this furniture store a couple of weeks ago, we chose some furniture total of 5 items and we asked the salesperson to give some discount if possible unfortunately he didn't like it and told us to leave the store and asked us not to come again. I think he was the owner. Very rude guy and pushy salesperson. Will never go there again and will let my family and friends know that they have the worst customer service.

This place is so pathetic! The quality of the furniture sucks and there customer service isnt any better! I had warranty on my couch.. my cushions where flattening within months of purchase asked them to fix them and explained to them the poor quality of material.. after multiple conversations they finally came to “fix” my couch .. when they returned it it wasnt much better .. this is there fix job

Bought a floor model sectional and as it was the last one they had, final sale. Thought that would be fine as set up in their showroom, it appeared great. What a joke! Corner piece is from a different set entirely! Locking brackets don't match and the fabric and height are slightly different. An area rug we bought there took nearly 2 years to loose the "funk" smell. Will not purchase there again!

I visit Crossroads furniture periodically to purchase or browse. Some of the merchandise esp area rugs, tapestries and floor model furniture has been there for years and yet the price increases. Such an item, as an area rug being as old as it is if you were to buy it, and have it cleaned one time, it would fall apart. Why not Truly lower the prices on some items clear them out?

My family and relatives advised me to buy my Furniture from CROSSROADS FUR. Their prices are very reasonable. The whole staff especially, sales staff (Tammy ) was very helpful and friendly. I will be careful shopping for furniture here. I was at the shop looking to buy a sofa and loveseat, the salesperson refused to give me information on the type of leather even though both were priced close to $4000. She asked me to go online for the info and I sensed it that the sofa and loveseat were mere genuine leather and not high quality leather as she claimed

bought a huge sofa which the seller claimed was better than a name brand company. WELL it is not leather, because leather does to lose it color when you scratch it. It has lasted us a long time but, we had no choice but to keep it as they would not return it, even with a huge rip on the side of it. I have bought their rugs which have lasted many years.

Bought my kids night stand from them and it was affordable. So it took me 1-year to negotiate and buy this lovely 6-piece chair set from Crossroads. It’s so expensive but it’s worth having. With this chair set, no more sofa shopping. I’m loving every moment on it and it’s so unique. I always look forward to their sales. Highly recommended.

I have bought quite a bit over the years here. They treat us well, are honest, and it's an adventure in the store. One minute contemporary then next minute marble columns. I do not like shopping much. It here it's a little more fun. Some stuff in here is so bold that my wife says no before I even see it. Fun!

This is a real good place to start a journey when shopping for furniture. They have a wide variety of furniture to choose from and the prices are reasonable. We have purchased furniture from them in the past and have never had any issues. The only thing missing on our most recent visit was sales staff.

We bought our matress there a few years ago so we went to look at sectionals there. It was fantastic! We were greeted by Tammy who let us look around no pressure at all. Found our furniture and Tammy was the best at helping us out. Will go back again for any furnishings we need in the future.

They were scheduled for tomorrow but phone and asked if they could drop of our new couches this evening. They helped my husband move our old couch downstairs and set up the new ones extremely quick and efficiently as well as they took all the packaging.

Spacious with an eclectic of furniture. Great for wandering around for furnishing ideas. The space doesn’t smell as bad as other reviewers state. Some very basic and very grand pieces with minimal hassling from sales people. Worth a wander around!

This place is a joke. It's all 'knock offs' Looks like what the real retailers sell, but is such poorly constructed. They don't really offer warranties because they know they would go bankrupt. If you value your money, go spend it anywhere else.

The furniture selection was good. Great variety. I didn't enjoy being followed around the store like a master having a treat for his pup. It was very offputting. Likely wouldn't go back.

This place sells a wide variety of Chinese made junky furniture The prices are pretty good though. It's also a great place to go if you need 30 foot wide, elaborately gaudy persian rugs.
