Awesome place for book worms. Had great time skimming through books and buying a few. Would recommend few digital marketing fintech service book - Zero to Viral by Sharan Hegde. Love this book. Had fun reading Build, don't talk by Raj Shamani. Amazing philosophy books by osho. Shayari books like triveni by gulzar. A big fan of poetry when it comes to javed akhtar, gulzar and mirza galib. Amazing cushion seating area which makes it more fun. The staff here is friendly and help you if needed. They also have toys for kids.

I was roaming in there to search new books in market but while searching One of the workers came to me asked me to submit 'only my bag.' Every one were allowed to keep their bag but only 'I' was told to submit my bag , really, this felt so embarrassing like convicting me before committing the offence? You guys lost a loyal customer and so my friends too.....

They have books for all age groups and also provide place for visitors to sit and read books at the store. They sell Rick Riordan and J.K.Rowling books among kids section. They have comic of Archie and Tinkle. They don't have Marvel and DC comics. Besides, books they also sell fancy (non leather) hand bags and purses, stationery items and art materials.

Surprisingly this store and franchise does not promote local content. The options for reference books, local language books is very limited. The reason for criticism is because as a leader in bookstore outlet a lot more is expected from them. I hope they start adding more books and place for enthusiastic reader to explore and read books.

The shop is well lit up and serves as a customer eyecatcher. The content of products in the shop were extentively good . Overall it was clean and well maintained . However it would be better to put labels so that it would be easier to surf through different categories of books.which is why i rate it four out of five golden stars

I always love this place. A place to browse through ocean of books and novels. Whenever you visit you will definitely find something to buy if you are a book lover. Also a nice place to look for gifts and toys for kids. There can be more offers on books for regular shoppers.

This place has vast range of books and board games as other crossword store. what i love most about this store is they have good collection of marvel and DC shirts, staff here are amazing and helpful.. Spent almost and hour in this store buying tshirts and books.

This place is one wonderful place having such vast knowledge at disposal. Some special edition books too on the shelf. And other artifacts to attract. Thou I couldn't find some of the books that I wanted in particular at this outlet at Phoenix Marketcity Kurla.

Worst service. The cashier's are rude. I wanted my book to be packed and first they said it will take 20 minutes!! Then when I mentioned I'll be back in 20 mins- they said I've to stand for the entire 20 minutes because they'll not take responsibility!

Very poor sales people. Even manager refusing to show sketchbook with plastic seal to know the quality if paper. How is the customer to know what he is buying inside a sealed plastic the quality of paper. Not customer friendly at all
