I took my special needs daughter to Crowns Dental recommended by Children's Hospital my daughter is mentally challenged and we had the best experience there from the moment we got there they were trying to help from my car with my daughter and her wheelchair very attentive we felt welcome from the moment we got there. Prisma and Claudia were very courteous always with a smile on their face guiding us very helpful! Dr.Burch,Dr.Ruiz and Dr.Gordon worked with my daughter they were AMAZING! they were very patient and understanding they gave my daughter a wonderful treatment what I loved about them was that they are very highly experienced in my daughter's challenged disability and knew how to exactly work with her so she can get the treatment she needs at my daughter's comfort excellent treatment! Josh was very outstanding he did everything to make my daughter and me feel comfortable and welcome he made sure my daughter got the treatment she needed he is patient very kind and very helpful throughout the visit he was with us to comfort and help great with special needs people that's is the perfect care for patients! As a special needs mother it means so much this excellent visit experience and it makes it so much easier for my daughter and me.Thank you so much everyone at Crown Dental for caring for your patients! Dr. Burch and his assistant Joshua treated my special needs adult daughter with such tender care while attending to the dental needs that's been so hard to get. For eight years I have not been able to find a dentist to care for Special Need ADULTS, Dr. Dan Burch is a blessing to have found, and that was not an easy task. I truly am grateful to him for the professionalism and the heart to care for my daughter among the many special need adults that have and are going through the same issue. I look forward to my daughter being one of his new patients among the many he already sees. God bless u both for all u have done for my daughter, she woke up today with a bright smile and without any pain from the toothaches she'd been suffering from for so long. These people worked on the wrong tooth ! !!!My mouth was NUMB! I was under the gas mask and was Nervous because I was getting a Root canal done for the first time ! I even had my mother there to confirm which tooth we are waiting on we made it specific !!!It wasn’t till towards the middle I bit down and realized I was still in pain and then realized they had worked on the wrong tooth !! I told them while they were doing it and they still continue to work on it !! and now they still had to fix the other one which I made a full payment on but they expect me to pay on the tooth that THEY messed up on !! !!! Ridiculous!!! And all they are doing now is denying!! I am very upset because now I’m walking around with a temporary crown i my mouth that keeps falling out and I have to pay somebody else to get it done because I don’t want them to get my money after something they messed up on!!!!!!

I haven’t been to the dentist in 2 years because I’ve had very traumatic experiences with the Dr but when I came to Crown Dental it was an amazing experience I came in for a cleaning and some extractions. The office manager Ms.Priscilla was very professional and nice she came and told me my treatment and what was covered with my insurance.The staff was very friendly my Dr was Dr.David who was very funny and reassuring me that everything was going to be okay and his assistant was Jose Gutierrez who was very gentle and patient with me. I am most definitely looking forward to coming back to get my extractions. This was definitely a great experience!

I go in for a crown and got this temporary trash that I paid $420 for until the original crown arrives. Once the original crown arrives they are expecting me to pay another $420 plus $185. I received a phone call from DFW Crown Dental stating that I would have a gap in the front of my teeth due to the size of my new crown . What humored me was informing them that I haven’t had a gap in my life. My question is who mistake is that. It is my problem but definitely not my mistake. Judging by their reviews I am not going to downplay DFW Crown Dental but I don’t recommend getting any crowns there.

We had a pleasant experience. They were able to schedule me in the same week that I called for an appointment. I called on Tuesday and they got my son on schedule for Friday. It took a total of two hours from paperwork, exam, X-ray and pictures to the procedure of extractions. Dr. Burch has awesome bedside manners. The dental assistants were wonderful. Dr. Kobie who performed the extractions made my son feel comfortable. Gabby at the front desk was a delight. The whole experience was great. I’m terrified of the dentist but I think I’ll feel comfortable with having work done with them.

The worst experience ever! I took my child in for an Ortho consult we waited in the room for over an hour until the receptionist finally came and informed that Ortho had already left for the day. Receptionist was able to get a hold of them and the Dr came back and the visit was rushed of course at the end of the visit he stated someone would call me back with pricing. I have called the office three times and I have yet to hear back from them. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone!!

DFW CROWN DENTAL is one of the best dental offices I’ve been to! The process was seamless, no long wait times and everyone was super professional. Priscilla was great making sure I understood my insurance coverage and gave me the best options for future work that i need to get. My doctor made sure I was comfortable and explained the process as he was doing it and his assistant was very helpful during my visit. I will definitely be back and would recommend them to friends and family

The dentist himself is amazing. He was very friendly and even hums while he works which is adorable. The only thing I'm not happy about is the wait time. If I make an appointment I'd like to been seen at the time of my appointment, not waiting in the waiting room for 45 minutes. Outside of that the staff is friendly and everyone at this location is helpful. This is also the most affordable dentistry I've ever been to. Will be back next month for the rest of my fillings.

Been going here for years, wonderful staff! They bring their education and skills into these communities and give their God -given best to serve the people in it. A lot of them are from communities like these so it makes them relatable to the needs and concerns for the people in it. I appreciate all of the knowledge and care they share about Dental health. The staff were all nice and easy to talk to and children with special needs felt at ease in the office “ I know my son did!!”! The Dentist was great!!! he was calm & understanding patient & kind and was in no rush he made us feel like we were the only patient that day & We Couldn’t be happier to finally find a Dentist who understands 1s like this are hard to find!! Excellent Care! Very professional and friendly. Dr. David and all his office staff (Priscilla, Joccely, Laura and Wendy) took care of me and my mother. Dr. David made sure we had the right treatment. I had a dental emergency and the dentist and his staff were very attentive. Highly recommend DFW Crown Dental. They don't make you wait with pain if they can help you they will do the treatment.

I have not been into a dentist office in over 10 years however Jose invited me to visit here. Even before coming Prizma was so so sweet and helpful! Dr Birch, Priscilla, Jose and Dr P were anything but basic. They are super amazing and I would recommend everyone to visit. I love them and truly appreciate the services provided to me. We had a phenomenal experience, our son is nonverbal autistic. We’ve had major difficulties in the past due to his disability for him to receive proper dental care. I had a molar and wisdom tooth painlessly extracted, they were very professional,and it was not an unpleasant experience,given what I was having done! The cost was reasonable, and their office is very nice, I highly recommend this dentist!

I think like they’re a bit aggressive with their practices. I usually don’t feel any pain after filling/fixing cavities, but today after my visit I have a severe pain which I think caused by how aggressive the dentist derailed my tooth.

They were extremely kind and respectful. They told me what was happening with each step so there were no surprises. They worked with my sensory sensitivity so that I had a great experience and now have healthy teeth.

I was set to come in at 9am I came before 9 and no one ever showed up after an hour I left.. I scheduled myself at the beginning of the week and could only come on Saturday due to work schedule
