My dog who is a Lhasa (Trixie) was very critical on the 13th of October. She had passed loose motions 2-3 times and had vomited once. This had started at 9pm in the night and I gave her Himalaya Digyton thinking it was indigestion but at around 3 pm when she passed loose motions again I panicked and tried searching for whichever hospital was open. I contacted crown vet at Worli and they told me to give her some medications and that there was no need for getting her there but I requested as I was very scared and they said fine you can come. I live in Santacruz so it took me half an hour to reach there so it was almost 3.30 when I was there. The doctor came out. I explained the situation to him and he asked me if this has happened before. I had Trixie's medical file with me which I handed over to him and told him yes this has happened a twice before but after taking her to Trixie's vet she was absolutely fine. He took her in, I requested if I could go in the emergency room but he said if she is not cooperating then we will call you. He came out later and asked me if she had passed blood motions for which I said no. After he bought Trixie out he told me don't worry it's just acidity I've given her some medication for the same she should be fine. He gave me a few medicines. He told me to buy 2 cans of Royal canine gastrointestinal dog food and feed her only that. My dog is fussy hence I purchased only one can. I asked if I could give O2 syrup as my vet suggested before, he said don't give her that give her the medication prescribed. In the meantime my dog was running around and passed motions again. I asked for a tissue and when I wiped it I saw a patch of blood. I showed the doctor the same and told him there's blood. He too didn't know what to say and couldn't understand I guess hence only said its OK it will get better. I found it weird that upon seeing blood too this was his response. I then asked him what if it continues, he gave me a bottle and told me to give her stool for sampling if this continues. For all this I had to pay a heavy price of Rs. 2,200. I found it quite expensive but didn't say anything hoping everything was fine. When I woke up the next morning I could see that the house was filled with her loose motions again. I had received an email regarding the medication from crown vet and got a call too from the doctor so I told him its the same for which he said collect her stool and give it for testing at the Crown Vet at Khar. After last night's experience and the doctor ignoring the blood in her stool I was suspicious hence I thought I'd take a second opinion from my dog's vet. I showed the doctor the reports that Crown Vet had given me. He examined her and told me she's got a stomach infection due to something which she must've picked while on her walks. He even told me that he's received quite a lot of complaints from people who have taken their pets to crown vet hence adviced me not to take her there I'm case of an emergency. He gave her an injection and told me to not give her any of the medications prescribed by crown vet but only O2 syrup. He told me not to give her any food for 4 hours and then I could continue with her normal food. He said you do not need to give her Royal Canine gastrointestinal food as that is only if a condition doesn't settle for more than a week. I bought her home and she was completely fine after that. I was so relieved and the doctor charged me quarter of what Crown Vet had charged me for no reason. I hadn't put up a review this long because I didn't want to be harsh but I am putting one up now because I want people to be aware regarding this. The doctors are very friendly with the pets and are extremely good to speak to. The ambience too is great and the place is clean but what really matters is the service provided which was pathetic and this is what really matters. I wouldn't recommend anybody to go there for an emergency because the doctors are not at all experienced. Re to the comment below : I wasn't adviced for any blood work. I have mentioned everything over the call

I always took my pets to Crown Vet (Worli) but this time, because of their casualty and failure to diagnose an infection, it cost my kitten his eye which had to be surgically removed. The infection spread beyond recovery eventhough we kept taking him to Crown Vet and giving him all the medications prescribed. NOT ONCE did they mention that they don’t have an eye specialist and we need to take him to a separate doctor UNTIL the very last moment when they saw how bad his eye had got. We even took him there 8 days ago when his eye had started acting strange and VISIBLy cloudy and infected, they didn’t mention anything except giving him a few meds which only helped with his vitals; not with his eye. Spent almost 10K on this, THANK GOD I took a call and went to a different clinic the very next day. Very disappointed. It only takes one time. Crown Vet staff also has a habit of getting defensive on Google reviews and think they have a standing to contest reviews. I am sorry, YOU DO NOT HAVE THAT STANDING. YOU ARE NO ONE TO OBJECT TO REVIEWS GIVEN BY A PET PARENT WHO IS EMOTIONALLY, PHYSICALLY AND FINANCIALLY INVESTING TOO MUCH ON THE TREATMENT OF THEIR BABY. Have some integrity and you have lost a loyal customer. Don’t care about your objections and I FULLY hold every doctor who saw Lama, my kitten, ACCOUNTABLE. Period. If you think of contesting my review, be prepared to have every single log of his prescriptions and IGNORED eye conditions put on Google as well. I have recorded his deteriorating eye condition since day 1 and I have every log of every prescription given by Crown Vet WHILE his eye was getting worse. Do not try to claim “defamation” and all that non sense because you cannot mess with a pet parent who is spending money beyond their capabilities for the treatment of their pet. This time, IT IS ON YOU. His eye was beyond saving even when I got him the last time and your doctor expected me to wait for more days and then “the specialists will take a call”. They even tried to recommend me another VERY expensive and long diagnosis procedure whereas HIS EYE WAS VISIBLY BEYOND SAVING. EXTREMELY EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND I AM FULLY PREPARED TO RELEASE THE PRESCRIPTIONS AND PICTURES OF HIS CONDITION RECORDED OVER THE COURSE OF TWO WEEKS. So if you are smart enough, you will think twice before challenging my review. I would highly recommend you to save the reputation of the doctors I did not name in this review but I will release EVERYTHING if you try to downplay this situation. I am armoured and I am not a nice person. The LAST thing I will tolerate is egoistic doctors being in denial about THEIR IRRESPONSIBILITY.

Highly unprofessional! My pup Ganu was admitted at crown vet as he was suffering from parvo virus infection. He was very critical at the time of admission which was informed to us by the crown vet drs..with a vry heavy heart we took the decision to get him admitted and give our last try to save his life..in the best hands.. They had quoted an expense of 15-17k per day as admission charges..for which they asked advance payment of 30k initially. We had admitted our dog around 4 am and my dog passed away the next day at around 11.30 pm as per crown vet team..as soon as we got the news we went there to take our baby..at that time they tld us they will give us a refund as some of the items were left and we also had balance of around 5.6k..we did not bother for refund at that time as our dog had passed away and we were deeply in pain.. After contacting crownvet team the next day they tld me to email my bank account details for which I was given a r fund only of 5.6k..im still not aware of how can they charge such a huge amount for a single day which was initially quoted less.. Despite this when my dog was critical I used to call them at their reporting time repeatedly to seek information about my dogs condition..but I was always given the information late..they used to make me wait..even when my dog died..I was calling them since 10 pm to ask about my dog..they kept me waiting and suddenly after repeated calls...at around 11.30 pm I got a call that my dog suffered from cardiac arrest and he passed away..I was in a deep shock..I really I'm confused that my dog must have died earlier and I got this information after so long. In short whatevr I wanna describe about this hospital is that they charge a very huge amount for their services.but the services for the amount charged is really vry poor..I'm still in a grief and unable to heal from this loss of my dog..but what I wanna say to crown vet team is that don't loose humanity in sake of earning money..my dog was vry important for me this is y I did not create a scenario or say anything to your team..but I'm now regretting that I admitted my dog at crown vet..as he did not get that warmth and affection he needed..from the vets and nurses...because he was a dog who only needed affection whih I had explained to the staff..would recommend evryone to be prepared for emergency services with your personal vet as these pple only think of their business. Lastly requesting all people here to please pray for my Shih Tzu pup Ganu's departed soul life is really vry difficult after losing him

Giving one star to the Crown vet as they deserve one star. We took our cat on 17- jul-21 as she suffered from extreme diarrhoea. On arrival in crown vet Doctors welcome and treat you well. Firstly they performed Parvo test (charged 1800) on the Parvo test kit in the reception area, luckily result came negative. After the negative results Doctor's are little unhappy so they decided to do blood test (charged around 2200)they performed blood test over there and report will came in 20 mnts (I have attached the report plz have a look) in the report it showing platelet count 1 just 1 as per my knowledge no cat will survive on 1 platelet count. They are little confused so they decide to give blood sample to some other lab for checking platelet count (charged 600) and we have not yet received the reports god knows when we will get the reports. Doctors came with some treatment prescription and gave my cat some injections, on that day we somehow manage to bring our cat back home. And this all treatment and blood test they performed behind the doors except Parvo test, no pet owners are allowed to go inside their cabin zero transperancy. On the very next day 18-Jul-21 my wife again visited Crown Vet as our cat is very weak and due to Sunday no other option is available. On arrival again they performed Parvo test and in just one day my cat bacame negative to positive. Now this time Doctor's are happy as my cat is Parvo suspected. So they are advising us to admit our cat, my wife asked about the charges and they said it is only 15000/- per day. It clearly shows they run this fake center just for looting people doing business not treatment. I highly recommend to all pet parents if you want to take your pet to veterinary visit please visit to Dr. Khushbu Shah in grant road west. One more point I strongly believe that all good reviews and 5 star ratings to crown vet are given by their own employees or relatives. Our experience was pathetic we almost spend 11000/- in just two visits and found zero recovery in our cat. Naam badey hai par darshan chotey hai.

Would have given 5 but due to lack of staffs and doctors in emergency in the night I am only giving 2 stars. I have been getting few rescue cats and my own cat meow who has CKD at your clinic. I consult with Dr.Aakash who is fantastic and great communication skills he has. I loved the service at your clinic. Everyone is very professional and there is no running around the bush. Last night 21/11/2020 I rushed my cat Meow with heavy breathing at your clinic around 10-11pm. There were already two patients before me. By the time my turn came it was around 12:30-1am. Dr. Vijaydeep was there. Very good vet. May be not very experienced but he did a great work. Very professional and To the point. That poor soul dr was taking care of 6-7 emergencies between 10pm to 4:30 am. He was every where. Not his fault. It’s crown vet’s fault to not have enough staffs and doctors for emergency. I think you guys seriously don’t know the meaning of EMERGENCY. Today again I’m here for meow’s x Ray as his breathing is still not stable and suspect chest/lungs fluid. We are here since 11:30-40pm and it’s 12:15pm and still waiting for our turn. Today also there were two patients before us and 1 after us waiting. You don’t have receptionist and the vet is even making the bill and taking payments. The washroom is dirty. Your Mahalaxmi clinic was so much better and cleaner. This is a bad service. The clinic which is one of the top pet clinic with best of the vets and charges is so high but your service is pathetic. The reason I’m giving 2 stars because of your vets who are very good and hard working. This review is just on how your clinic is working in emergency. Nothing to do with what vet told me and what they advised me. I’m taking call on everything regarding my cat and I’m not or going to blame vets. So when you are replying to my review please don’t explain on what dr vijaydeep suggested me. It has nothing to do with the consultation.

My dog had been restless and panting a lot for last couple of hours. We are from out of town and I was relieved to see a 24/7 Vet available. We took him to Crown Vet at around 2:45 am. The person at the counter told the charges. A doctor came out and I told him that that my dog was restless and was panting a lot. Without asking any other questions he just took the dog inside. Not into one if the consultation rooms but into another room inside (beyond the payment counter) which was for authorised persons only. They refused to examine the dog in the consultation rooms as the consultation room would only be used during the day. We were visiting Crown Vet for the first time. Both my dog and I are unfamiliar with the doctor. He asked no questions about the history of the pet. And refused to examine the dog in my presence. These things definitely don’t put pet parents at ease. Specially not when they are already stressed about their dog’s health. Not to mention the stress the dog might go through. I requested them again to let me be with my dog while he is examined. When they again refused saying it’s their policy not to examine the dog in consultation rooms during off hours, I requested to get the dog out so I can take him home. Call me paranoid but I was really not comfortable leaving my dog with an unfamiliar vet. They were happy to get the dog out and let him go without being examined. Of course they dint charge me but that doesn’t make the experience any better. I have visited multiple hospitals during off hours and have never come across a policy that requires you to stay away from your pet during basic examination. Or that keeps all the consultation rooms closed during off hours. Is it an unique policy in Mumbai? In any case this will definitely be the last time I consider this place for my pets

My dog tuffy was diagnosed with a severe accident on his right foot few weeks ago. We brought him to Crown Vet on day 4, after trying several vets in our area. His condition was worsening every day and he had not eaten food since 2 days. Dr Tanisha had looked at him in an emergency and was very nice while assisting. After which Dr Akash took over, Dr. Akash and the entire team took excellent care of tuffy. They were able to control the magets which were caused in his foot and he had to be operated. He started to retain liquid food which was fed to him every two hours by the doctors (something that we were unable to do at home). On day three, he started eating solid Phenominal Emergency service. The operation went very well and he is really doing well now.Great panel of doctors. Well Equiped institution along with extremely well trained staff. Will always be my first choice. Thank you Dr. Akash, Dr. Tanisha and every other member of the team who took excellent care. Once again a very hearthly thanks to Dr Akash for helping, guiding and assisting us to save our dogs life..we wish all the clinics should definitely get a doctor like him. A special thanks to Mr. Pratapsinh Gaekwad for developing such a special thought of saving life's of the pets and developing such a strong team.....All the best team crown vet, keep doing the good work.

Worst. It was the best hospital once upon a time. But now only money business. They know how much we love our pet they take advantage. Worst vet ever Prabhjot. A young doctor who think that she have done a great job by saving life of my cat. Several time she used terms like. Ozzo ( my Persain cat) was about to die I save his life. Too too bad. I think so she have forgot the oath she took. Not meant to be a doctor at all. A lot of flaws in their bill. Charge you unnecessary and then they deduct the bill by 2000/3000 and say we have not charged for some test. Really is it. 14000 can come to 12000 and then to 11000. Shame on them. Please we need a good hospital. Receptionist are too bad. They are rude. Firstly they charge you unnecessary and when we ask for bill they start making personal comments and make faces and pass comments that “shee chakkar aa rahi hai ab”. Really we are paying you a bomb amount of 35000/- and if we need a perfect bill they are not ready to give us. I have decided I won’t take my pet ever to them. I had 12 cats. Now I have 9 cats. But I won’t take my cats ever to this crown vet worli. They have made a business of looting money. Too bad they play with our feelings. Too too bad.

I had taken my Kitten suffering from Parvo for admission in the isolation chamber at around 7.30 PM. The kitten was under day care previously and had undergone all the necessary test before admission. On taking the cat, the doctor on duty insisted on taking blood tests. I had protested and told them then the blood reports were just taken merely hours back and the per was under stress. Still the doctor went ahead with the test and my little kitten who was strongly battling the disease passed away while "Crown Vet" doctor was taking the blood test. Parvo is a very stressful disease, as far as I and any vet would understand you do not force pressure on a pet when they knew the treatment was as simple as putting the pet under IV. I already had the blood reports, treatment that my kitten was to be put in under prescribed by a very reputed vet. All they had to do was admit her and put her under treatment. I understand that the clinic will defend by saying a 100 things. But a logical approach by the doctor could have led to survival of my kitten instead of forcing her in with an unnecessary blood test.

  • Rahul Rane

Very expensive. Doctors call for the consultation again and again on their own so that they can charge you heavy again. There is no grace period given to you after the first consultation. They will charge you the huge consultation fees again even if you come on the 3-4th day after the 1st consultation and will quote that this is our policy. GST breakup on the payment bills is not clearly defined and even staff sitting in the billing area are not literate about the charged GST. They will ask you to drop an email if you want to understand the GST process but they are not even bothered to take ownership of the same to respond on their own, as if they have paid GST from their pocket. Pet owners are not allowed in the consultation room. Difficult to trust the process they follow inside the consultation rooms and the charges charged for it. No transparency in the clinic functionality. Leveraging maximum advantages of the helpless pet owners when their pets are ill by charging them huge.

  • Ria Bhattacharyya

Lazy doctors, greatly lacking the feeling of social responsibility. There is no orderly internal communication. The doctors in the night shift and day shift have no clue of what's happening to a patient. While my cat was admitted, every day there was a new doctor and he/she suggested a new treatment/medicine. I don't mind spending money if it's worth it. In my opinion, this is a sophisticated hell for pets and by the way, they manipulate bills at the drop of a hat. So, if you are visiting, make sure you review every bit before paying a penny. On the same day, I was charged 2500 (kennel charges) twice in two different bills and I paid it also, but later it struck me and I brought it to their attention. Sadly, since this is the only 24x7 emergency vet clinic, keep it as an option for night-time emergencies, but take at least 2-3 opinions before admitting your furbaby there.

  • Atul Bandekar

Very professional, and caring with your pet. Registration charges are ₹1000 if you are visiting for the first time. Also going without booking an appointment costs you more as it’s considered emergency, so better to fix up an appointment before visiting. Vets are very polite and knowledgeable, they explain the condition of your pet in simple at understandable manner. Also they give general tips so your dog or cat is handled / groomed properly at home. You can get blood tests or liver profile done on the spot which is a very good thing. Yes and it’s open 24/7 so in case of emergency it’s the best option. Given its location being directly on one of the main roads of South Bombay it’s very much accessible. Apart from the charges everything else is a 5 Star rating hope the come up with some membership/ subscription option or loyalty points to get the repeat customers.

Thanks to the super efficient team at Crown Vet Worli, our baby Hachi a Japanese Akita is home finally. He was diagnosed with Parvo virus and it is only due to Dr. Tapashree and her entire team of veterinarians as well as handlers and Dr. Prasad and Shweta and the support staff that our baby Hatchi has made it through this life threatening disease. They have looked after Hatchi tirelessly and unwaveringly for an entire week and not left a stone unturned for his care and treatment and me and my entire family owe it to them for getting our Hatchi back to us. Last but not the least I would also like to thank and appreciated manager Khushru and his support team of admin and reception staff as they have attended to and answered all our queries, be it any time of the day. Thank you once again to the entire Crown Vet Worli team... We shall always be grateful to you....

Worst hospital ever with 0 warmth towards animals. My puppy was getting seizures, it was pouring outside. We requested the doctor to keep my baby in the hospital for the night to which he said we can't cause our beds are full (I totally understand that, monsoon it happens) . I requested him to let us sit in the waiting area or in our car which was parked right outside and if he gets another seizure we can get him to the consultation room and he could be given right treatment but he straight up smirked and said no! Please do not take any innocent animal to these morons cause they don't value life at all. And if the owners of the hospital are reading this please know that your staff is ruining what you had built with love for animals. I don't remember the name.of the great doctor otherwise I wouldn't have thought once before mentioning it.

I have had the best experience here at Crownvet. My dear Dog fuzzy had been ill and We got him here ever since 2017/18/19/20. It's been a warm , loving, comfortable and clean /sterilised clinic which has a 24/7serviceand a good mechanism of working. I take this opportunity to write about the doctors the support staff and the front desk. My dear fuzzy had been looked after with care. He was indeed in the best hands and never hesitated to go and spend a night at the hospital. Would not have had such an experience anywhere else . I say this because I have had unpleasant experience with other such setup. I would like to thank In perticular Dr .Vinkit and team at the Worli branch who were Always there to look after my fuzzy. I would not hesitate to recommend CROWN VET. Thank you for your service and support. Good luck! Dr. Deleza Vaz

The best doctor ever. That day my dog(6month old shitzu) ate hair band at night approx 12. I tried to remove from his mouth but he bite me and then he fully swallow hair band. I called my regular veterinary doctor he suggested asap go to the crown vet worli. I live in mulund it's about 45min far. I booked cab and left home within 15 min. Before leaving I called in crown vet too. They suggested me to take my dog to nearest hospital but because my doctor suggested I request them I want to come over there. While we are traveling from mulund to worli. Doctor called us twice to ask how is my dog now is he slept and etc. After we reached doctor told us it will take time but we will remove hair band. And within 15 min doctor came with hair band. Very few good doctors are in Mumbai. And he is one of them. Thank you so much crown vet.

Here's a woof and a meow to the undoubtedly one of the best vetinary cares in Mumbai. The hospital boasts of an incredible line up of senior Doctors, Surgeons or the kind hearted and dedicated assistants taking care of your dogs personally or the every smiling faces at the reception who will ensure all your queries are catered to on time. The able doctors helped me save the life of a stray 2 month old puppy and it is overwhelming to see an institute like this in a city like Mumbai where strays aren't even catered to be treated with so much love and care. Their best facility is the 24hours round the clock service and treatment they give. I would like to extend my gratitude to the entire Crown Vet Team for catering to the adorable pets of every size, breed, temperaments, species with equal love and care

I had got a stray cat with life threatening injuries i found on the road. Given the condition of the cat, I wasn’t really sure if she would make it. The cost of hospitalisation is quite high. But saving her life was a priority. This place is worth every rupee you put in. The staff and doctors - dr Surya and dr Archana are angels. The care they take is excellent with a personal touch. You keep getting updates and there will never be a time you are missing information. The staff is professional and exceedingly empathetic towards you. Its a stressful environment they operate out of, and at times if you find them quite direct or to the point, its probably you who needs to take a step back. Personally i prefer that. Remember the cost is also for the service they provide so totally worth it.

  • Farah Khan

Eternally grateful to the entire team at crown vet for taking such good care of one of my stray cats (chotu). If it wasn’t for Doctor Surya, Doctor Prathamesh and the Assitant doctors, I don’t know what would have happened to my cat. He met with an accident having fractures in his skull and jaw but because of the doctors at crown vet, the entire staff and their round the clock monitoring and hardwork that My cat has recovered. . Also a mention to all the women at the reception, who patiently answer your calls even if you are calling them 5times a day, and are always there to help you with information. I have no words to express my gratitude to everyone at Crown vet. . Thank you! Thank you HIGHLY recommend crown vet in case of emergencies or even otherwise for your fur babies.

I wish I could sue them. We took our sick dog to Crown Vet, Worli. Firstly they misdiagnosed our dog and told us her heart is enlarged, she will only survive for a few months and we have to immediately admit her. Post that they didn't let us see her for 3-4 days when she was admitted with them. When we took a second opinion after the discharge, we found out that there is nothing wrong, they never conducted the necessary tests to confirm her heart condition. They cheated us and took 75,000 for 3 days of hospitalization. Our 2nd doctor told us it was high fever and congestion but they are known to loot people during these times. Sick mentality and horrible commercial clinic who only care about charging money with bogus diagnosis. NEVER EVER GO TO THEM. YOU WILL ONLY GET CHEATED.

  • ketan dhure

My puppy was suffering from food poisoning also, he had lost his appetite and got sick . I have been visited different clinics for 2 days. But, when I bought him here for the treatment, i found that, the vet and overall staff are very polite, gentle and professional. They listened to me properly and done the check up . They identified the problem very well and diagnosed with a proper medication. That's resulted my puppy has recovered his strength and appetite within 3 days . They also shared the experience and treatment details via mail so it was a good professional approach by them .Overall experience was very good. Treatment and fees were also not that much high but when it comes to your pups health they are the best.

A facility offered by Crown Vet for pet lovers is the need of the hour. Specialized care offered by Crown Vet which is limited and often not available, can be a blessing in disguise for pet parents. Continue the good work. Running a service of this magnitude will often have its share of disgruntled disappointed parents who loose their pets. For one who lost a dear pet some years ago it would have offered me a lot of solace in accepting his death knowing that I could offer him a comfortable passing away. Death is inevitable but we pet lovers often feel comforted when we know that we could offer our loving pet good care in his last moments. Good luck in your efforts and do open many such centres all over India.

  • Varun Sharma

Pathetic !!! Inexperienced doctors and incorrect results. I came her with my cat Fifi. She was sick and we rushed her to Crown vet. I was impressed with the place and it looked pretty good. They took her blood and tested it and said that her platelet count was extremely low and she had Felv and that she was in CRITICAL condition. Neither of which was the case. We went to a pathology lab a few days later and her platelet count was actually higher than usual and she didn't have the disease so overall I wasted so much money for nothing. If the owners are reading this please take note of this experience and try to improve yourselves so that another pet parent doesn't have to go through such a pain.

  • Feriel Palia-Jackson

Fitz will be a year old at the end of this month and he is a 100% happy, healthy beautiful puppy thanks solely to Crown Vet. No other vet in Bombay compares to Dr Billie, Dr Aakash or the rest of the team because no other vet cares as much. It's easy to see they have the best facility in the country, but it's how every person there greets my puppy when he walks in that makes me comfortable taking him there. From the smiling support staff, to the incredibly kind box of doggie treats made fresh by their owner and left open for your puppy, every minute there is thought out so you and your pet can be completely comfortable. Going anywhere else is a disservice to you and your little one!

  • Stuti Jain

The best thing about this place is that they are open 24/7. I took my 3 months old baby all the way from mulund at 1:30 in the night in a lot of pain. They made sure that he gets the right treatment and is handled with proper love and care. I would have given a 5 star but had to take one star bcz I found it really expensive too. They took the x-ray of my baby's paws and charged 1000 for it. And a human xray costs around 750 at fortis. So yes.. it is very expensive but at the times of desperate needs like we were in, it doesn't matter much. I hope mumbai gets more of such 24/7 vet clinics and hospitals to help animals in distress. Good job crown vet.

I think the services that Crown Vet provides is by far, the best in the city. The medical director, Dr Billie along with her very qualified team have taken excellent care of my two-month-old puppy with a gastrointestinal infection. They have been compassionate, attentive and always available. I'd recommend everyone in Mumbai with a pet to visit them - they have emergency services too. Their two fully-equipped clinics - at Mahalaxmi and Bandra make it easier for pet parents across the city to access their facilities. I'm definitely banking on them now, and in the future. Good luck team Crown Vet! I am one happy customer

At 1:30 am in the morning, we were desperate. Our black French Bulldog's eyes, face and lips were red and at least 30% swollen. He was frantic and so were we. Even his paws were swollen. Just 2 hours earlier, we put him in his night cage and he went to sleep happily. We called our regular Vet and others from Google search for 24/7 vets in Mumbai. Dr. Archana from Crown Vets was the only one who picked up our call. She was calm, responsive and very helpful. Not sure if our dog had an allergic reaction or got bitten by something...but he is now recovering. Crown Vet and Dr. Archana were fantastic. Thanks.

Hello, I took my dog Aria to emergency services at 4 am on 30th June. I want to thank Dr. Aprajita, Dr. Surya, assistant doctors who attended to Aria and the support staff for trying their best to save her and for the sensitivity and kindness that they (including Khushru, the Centre Manager) showed us in her final moments. The field of Veterinary medicine maybe more developed than earlier, but interventions and support for our pets is not as advanced anywhere as it is for humans. I am glad that centres like Crown Vet offer the possibility of better medical attention for our beloved pets.

  • Kalash Pandiya

I took my rescue kitten Nox to emergency services at Crown Vet at 4am- he had collapsed and was in a coma. A doctor who's name I couldn't catch took immediate action in putting him on oxygen and handled me sensitively as I grieved (I wish I could thank her properly). By the afternoon they had gotten him alert and the next day he was responsive. Nox was discharged 5 days later in stable health thanks to the excellent care of Dr Prabjot, assistant vets and support staff at Crown Vet. The manager also spoke with me warmly and was very reassuring. It's been a moving experience.

  • Angira Arya

Extremely extremely expensive. They would be more expensive than taking your mother to Lilavati hospital. They have invented ways to charge you that frontline hospitals haven't thought of. Fitting an IV, 750 rupees. Giving each injection, 400 for each injection. Cost of injection Rs. 8, giving charges 400. And they have a very nasty habit of giving you the worst possible scenario first. They scare the hell out of you till you start crying and ask them to do whatever is required. My dog was hospitalized for 3 days. No surgery, yet bill was 85,000. Will never go there again.

  • Parag Sule

If you need God to help your pet, this is the place. Amazing doctors, professional approach, world class facilities, timely updates is what you can expect here. It's a small place for a hospital but in Worli to have a Vet hospital is a bliss for pet lovers. Dr Akash has excellent experience and terrific approach. Other Dr like Dr Vijay, Dr Prathamesh, etc are also praise worthy. Front desk is very helpful. A bit expensive but when you see the professionalism it's worth the money. My best wishes to Crown Vet team and hope to see more of their hospitals around Mumbai

  • Vineet Umaria

The local street dog that I take care of came limping to me showing me that her paw was badly hurt (most probably due to a bike running over her). It was a public holiday and no nearby vets in Dadar were open. Happened to call Crown Vet Worli and I rushed her to them. They took utmost care of her and treated her paw at the earliest, very professional service. Also followed up with me after a week to see if she was doing fine and whether her paw still hurt. Would definitely recommend Crown Vet Worli to animal lovers who live in the Worli and neighbouring areas.

  • Yash Nalawade

The fact that they are available 24x7 is a great blessing. I can't the number of time when I had to rush my dogs for medical attention. Even though we have a regular vet, in times of emergency crown only comes to our mind. Also need to mention that these guys are have necessary equipment available such that most tests can be done there itself. A special thumbs-up to the warm and helpful people who work here. There are no negatives except the cost is little bit on higher side. However, service provided is remarkable. Only other downside is lack of car parking.

  • A Pai

We had a positive experience with Crown Vet Worli's doctors and staff on August 10th and 11th. Our Brownie was vomiting and had multiple episodes of diarrhea. Dr. Archana supported us on the phone and in person when we met her at clinic the next day on the 10th, at 3am! She and her co-doctor were very patient and helpful.their bedside manner deserves commendation bc their demeanor kept us calm a and relaxed. We were always kept updated on Brownie's progress. Im glad to know there's a 24 hour emergency vet hospital I can count on! Thank you Dr Archana G.

  • Radhika Singh

We have been with Crown vet for above 4 years They cured my pup from Parvo and various other health issues that came up. Their medication is up to date . We recently consulted Dr Tiago, a very good Doctor great experience he guided us and patiently informed us the further process. My pup came back all happy after seeing him As recently my pup had an eye infection, after the first consult I was directed to go to Eye Vet in Chembur as these guys are specialist in vet eye care. Super grateful to Crown vet they are the best ❤️

  • Vijaya Agarwal

Dr Prathamesh hats off to you. Thank you for taking care of my baby like a baby and not like a dog. I was in panic and I had no where to go when my dog needed help as she had some major surgery and had a lot of bloating in her stomach which was life threatening. My baby was there for 4 days and all the docs took care of her like a baby. In other places they treat dogs/animals like animals. But in crown vet they treat them as a soul and a life that matters. Dr Prathamesh you are awesome. Please don't change

  • Rajesh Talreja

Very neat and tidy hospital with doctors available round the clock. All the staff right from the doctors nurses to their receptionist are very polite and humane. Its a real 5 star for pets..These guys r really a blessed lot.May God Bless them all.All the doctors specially doctor Aakash and there is another lady Then their staff's at reception Sneha and Vishaka both are verrry nice and nice human being.A Big thanks from me and my entire family and specially Bholu my baby who was under ur care.

  • Khussh M

The worst place you can take your pet to.. even in an emergency they refused to give a kitten saline, said that the kitten will have to be admitted. They asked for emergency consult charges , then they said they will charge exorbitantly for some tests which have to be conducted, which we even agreed to but they said even after all that they wouldn’t give saline and we’ll have to leave our kitten there. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR PETS TIME MAKING THEM TRAVEL TO THIS PLACE WHEN THEYRE SICK.

  • Nidhi Katariya

Recently had a very scary situation with my Puppy who got severe allergic reactions from an unknown source. In the middle of the night at 2 AM Dr. Aparajita attended us and gave the best treatment to our puppy. She is very warm and caring and also was very touched by the next day follow up by the clinic and by the doc personally. Very professional and thorough service. Thanks for being available for our emergency and being only one of the 24 X 7 hrs service being available in Mumbai.

  • Vinnie Umaria

The local street dog I take care of came limping to me showing me that her paw was badly hurt (most likely because of a bike running over her paw). It was a public holiday and there were no local vets open in Dadar. I came across Crown Vet Worli and rushed over to them as they were open. They immediately nursed her paw and made sure she was taken care of. Very professional service, also called me a week later to check if she was doing fine. Would definitely recommend these guys.

  • Ameet Desai

My pet Pepper Desai diagnosed with thermocytopenia with guarded to poor prognosis was admitted in Crown Hospital on May 2022. We had little glimmer of hope of her survival but with proper medical care and attention by Crown Hospital staff she was able to survive and bailed out from the critical condition .As she turns 2 and half years old today I want to express my sincere gratitude to Dr Vrushali and team who worked round the clock for her survival. Thank you from Desai family

  • PRIYANKA JOSHI

The Crown Vet Hospital is really good. I had admitted my 7weeks kitten here which was at really very critical stage. They took care of my kitten so week that in 2 days he was all good and was discharged. Doctors there are very knowledgeable and helpful. They monitor your pet on hourly basis, gives food on hourly basis. You don’t need to worry ones your pet is admitted. Even Khar branch is very good. All staff is helpful and knowledgeable. No worries or concerns need to show .

  • saltanat a

The best you can do to your pet when it is required , is to bring it here . I am having a cat smokey who got an eye infection and after so much running everywhere including bai sakarbai (mediocre for pet) and mahalakmi pet store ( the worstfor pet) for 2 months this place had a cure to him , I am so thankful to the doctores available here and the other staff they are nice and kept there surrounding well maintained and hygienic as required. Thank u so much the crown vet .

  • Ana Toke

The place is excellent. Dr. Venkit, Aprajitha are very knowledgeable and kind. Other doctors are equally good. The place has a positive aura around it. In times of distress the staff is very courteous and treats every patient as a small child, keeps families updated and help the families to take an informed decision as well. I can vouch for its services anyday. Best hospital for pet care in Mumbai. My pet probably got more love and care at crown vet than my own house...

  • Saachi Chilay

I had taken my pet to crown vet 10 days back as he had a urine infection. The doctor conducted a urine test and blood test for my 8 month old dog and told us that he has a lot of infection. He prescribed multiple medicines but we have seen no improvement and his condition is worsening. He was being treated under Dr. Surya Prakash. I would never recommend this place to anybody as my pet didn’t feel better after the dose but just felt worse. Never got to CROWN VET.

  • Grish World

The best veterinary hospital I have seen. I took my cat in emergency (she was passing blood in the urine) Dr Aparijita took such a good care of her. Write from start till date. They give quick service and quick response even on mail. I had taken advised of so many Doctors but trust me Crown Vet has the best Doctors. Yes they are slightly expensive but then worth the treatment. I will advise all pet parents to take your pet to crown vet for treatment.

  • AARTI SUTAR

If you are facing an emergency situation with your pet, then it is hopeless & very disappointing. Becoz in this lockdown. I took my cat for sonography. as his condition was very much critical. I sat there for 1&1/5 hr and then doctor came & took my cat inside & after 5/10 minutes. Dr told we don't do sonography here. & If you are not consulting with their doctors then they don't even take interest in your case. & Their charges starts from 2k.

  • Rajan Gupte

They saved my cats life & emergency services are very good as it works round the clock but the hospital is costly & not affordable to common people so please take my personal suggestion to make the charged reasonable to make it possible to make it available for common people by taking donations from animals lovers NGOs & government. It has hospitalisation facilities for pets where they really keep your & take care of pets.

  • swapna choudhury

Absolutely life saving ... excellent doctors. Thanks Dr. Anjushree and Dr. Aprajita We had to rush our dog at 2 am in the morning since he was choking on a stick. We were thinking surgery and what not, but the doctors skillfully resolved with least pain to our pup. All other so called 24/7 vets advertised on the internet is false and misleading. This was the only true clinic open for our pets in the wee hour of morning

  • Sonya

Had a very good experience with crown vet, worli .My pet had an emergency so had to rush him,the doctor there was very patient in understanding the problem my pet was having, they were also very reasonable on our pocket considering the night charges that are exhorbitant at other night pet clinics.Personally was very satisfied with the treatment given and i would like to thank the doctor,Aprajita & the team of crown vet.

  • khushbu savaliya

Treatment is very slow and it's too expensive, although it's 24 hours veterinary hospital but still service is totally confusing, I took my kitten there and they charged me almost 5k rs, and they also did some kind of test of my kitten and second day I went to another vet who told me that they did unnecessary tests of my kitten. Seriously, it was emergency otherwise I never recomend this place for your pets.

  • SN

Dr Prathamesh took care of my dog when he got hit by a car at midnight. Very sweet and understanding doctor. Kept me waiting for sometime but he apologised for it and made sure I understood why it took long. Didn’t give any excessive medication or any extra tests to be done for no reason. Did not have a very good impression of this clinic earlier but that has 100% been turned around after this visit.

  • simpson edward

I'm from Nashik and when we had some bad experiences with our locality's vet we thought of taking Frodo's (our persian cat) to Crown Vet, Mahalaxmi for his neutering. The place is clean and well maintained. The staff and the docs were courteous and helpful, answered all our queries and took good care of Frodo. The procedure went well and frodo has recovered quickly. Thank you so much Crown Vet team.

  • Jeroze Dalal

We had an overall wonderful experience at Crown Vet. Our persian cat Prince was critical whe n we admitted him. From the time we got him, we recd. very good care. Dr. Tiago Mota, Khushru & the Crown team were extremely professional n updating us on the progress day by day. Today after 8 days we are leaving for home with joy with our Prince who is also happy n healthy. Thank you everyone!

  • Ruchika Pal

We went there at midnight with our senior dog as it was emergency, their doctors and staff handled the situation with a lot of care and empathy. Sadly, we had to bid goodbye to our dog as she was very old and there was little that could be done to help her, but they made her extremely comfortable in her last hours. We're highly thankful to the team, very compassionate staff.

  • Raashi Singh

I have been taking my dogs to crown vet since 2017, We found crown vet online at 3 am in the morning because my dog health started acting up in the middle of the night. They treated him with so much care and love and were so professional, I knew that I had to start taking all my dogs to crown vet and I don’t think I could have found a better Veterinarian hospital

  • Suhas Teltumbade

We went there in emergency in the middle of the night. Dr. Prathamesh provided with immediate care and saved our kitten. Our kitty was in such a condition that it wouldn't have seen the light of the day if it wouldn't have got help that night. However, the prices are a bit high than other clinics, but they operate 24 by 7, so it helps in emergencies.

  • Abantika Banerjee

Excellent vet hospital. The doctors take time to understand your pet’s issues before giving them a thorough exam. They also explain the issue in lay people terms. The hospital is super clean - no foul smells, which is a great indicator that hygiene is a top priority for the hospital. The treatment cost is steep, but well worth the money.

  • violette ghosh

I reached at 9pm with a rescued but critical cat. While there was no room to accommodate the cat through the night, the vets did their best to help the animal in every possible way. Very warm humans, before being very good vets. I would give them 6 stars out of 5. Especially Dr. Shreya. Sincere, skillful, sure yet gentle. Thank you guys.

  • Mona Shukla

My dog was unwell and started bleeding from the nose it was 1st January no vet or hospital responded except crown vet. My dog started bleeding internally but the team of Doctors managed it very well and my dog was up and about in 1 day amazing service a little expensive but she is back home with me and it's because of crown vet Doctors.

  • Ankita Paresh

Doctors are really good and proper care is given to the pets. However, this place is super expensive (35K for two days of hospitalization for our lab who was suffering with bloody stools and vomitting) so, if you have that kind of money and willingness to spend then this might be the best place in Mumbai for your unwell pet.

  • Niyoti Khilare

I took my dog there at 4am on a Sunday morning in a desperate state. She was puking blood. But the doctors here were quick to act, warm to approach, empathetic and knowledgeable. My dog is snappy w strangers and a few vets choose to sedate her, but dr. mudit, dr. aparajita, dr. manjeet chose not to. I'm grateful :)

  • Pravin Waghmare

My dog had an allergic reaction at midnight 3 AM. This is the only hospital that received my call at this time and gave a specific medicine suggestion that helped my dog to relieve his pain. The hospital is a 1 hour drive from my home, they guided me about dog condition and medicine on the call. Thank you so much.

  • Dhruvin Doshi

The doctors were very helpful and provided us with regular updates about our little puppy after we admitted him because he got infected with parvovirus and they tried their level best to maintain his health. My puppy did not make it but I’m grateful for their efforts to give “Rio” (my dalmatian) a fighting chance.

  • Anuya Jakatdar

The only 24/7 pet hospital in the city. We lost a stray kitten we'd adopted there, and so this review is very important. The doctor was extremely sweet and understanding, and staff was well behaved and respectful. The premises were spotless and huge, and even though the consult was expensive, we have no regrets.

  • aishwarya kantawala

I took my pet, Elon in an emergency at 7 AM on Monday and I was very impressed with how quick and responsive the entire team was. Their diagnosis as of now is pretty accurate and I’m thankful that they exist because no other pet emergency facilities are available. Thanks to the entire team my Elon is fine :)

  • Sadiya Hafizi

Had a very terrible experience at crown vet worli! Not visiting again with my pet. Took my pet for dental scaling and polishing however due to the negligence of the doctors a lump has occurred and further it has snowballed into a serious medical case of spondylosis. Not trusting them again with my dog.

  • Aniket Vaishnav

It's a decent pet clinic if you are looking for a 24/7 clinic. Staff and vet are good and they will attend and listen to you patiently. Strangely I was not given the case paper of my dog. But other than that the place is fine if are looking for a 24/7 vet clinic, your pet will get adequate treatment.

  • Zainab Jabri

They recommended too many unnecessary and repetitive tests even when clearly not required. I lost a cat in 2018 owing to their misdiagnosis. Looks like doctors have certain 'targets' that they have to achieve. It is not a place that should be your first choice. Suggested only for true emergencies.

  • Deepika Vanmali

I was in pain as my cat my angle oreo was not responding..he left us before we reach hospital.. but they way doctor support us.will be never forgotten..they even didn't ask us money..but was trying to make us comfortable..God bless..we need such hospital in suburban area..my baby...om shanti

  • Ambar S

Very grateful to Crown Vet for taking round-the-clock care of our dog, Mishti, when we were visiting Mumbai for Mishti's cancer treatments. The entire team has to be commended for doing an excellent job right from booking the hospital stay for Mishti up to her discharge, 7 days later. Thank you!

  • Samir Chhabria

The best experience I have had, crown vet is a blessing with their 24 hours format . My pet has been going to them for 4 years now and the experience just gets better each visit. The team is state of the art and hygiene levels are to international standards. It's a must visit for all pet owners

  • Shantanu K

Very good team of doctors and a professional setup with best in class equipments. They are very emphatic to your emotions and I have had absolutely fantastic experience at Crown Vet Worli. I would like to specifically mention Dr. Vinkit, Dr. Surya and Dr. Gurnoor for their support and help.

  • Sanjog Parab

My visit here at mid night around like 00.15 hrs was simply unbelievable. My dog was passing out and I rushed her here on advise . Dr. Manpreet and Asif, were ever so courteous and exemplary in attending to the emergency. Hats off to Dr. Manpreet and the values inculcated by Crown Vet.

  • AhmeR

Crown Vet took care of my pet like it was one of their own. Would like to Thank Dr. Prathamesh, Dr. Prabhjot Kaur, Khushru, Aparna and the fantastic behind the scene team who makes Crown Vet so special. Thank You ALL wish you a Fantastic year ahead. Stay Healty Stay Happy Stay Blessed

  • Janaki Subramaniam

Thank you for helping me keep my kitten in the best conditions in her last few moments. Crown vet is the best place to take your little one. They’re qualified, practical and very empathetic at the same time. Their facilities are exactly what we need , especially in times of dire!

  • Aili Seghetti

Excellent vetenary practice with genuine, compassionate and friendly staff and doctors. Prices are fair compared to the other vets. The clinic is clean and organized and the online services are supportive and prompt. Highly recommended for its professionalism, care and hygiene.

  • Shazia Shaikh

This is an obnoxiously expensive place that drains money and provides substandard care for your pets. I arrived here with an injured animal one night. All they did was provide a couple of injections, one xray and basic caretaking billing me 17000 the next morning. It's theft.

  • Akanksha D'souza

Everything is available but not true empathy. Medicines and treatments are blindly prescribed irrelevant of how necessary they are. They take ful advantage of your love for pets. No social responsibility is practiced like other places where stray pets are given a discount.

  • shubhang s9

Best veterinary services are provided here in all of Mumbai city. This is a one stop solution for all problems related to our furry kids. My all time favourite doctors will definitely be Dr. Vinkit and Dr. Akash for saving my kids Mylo and Fairy in most critical time.

  • Khushboo Asawa

Crownvet has made my life and of course my pets’ lives easier than ever! Their way of handling cases reflects genuine love and care for animals and yes, they do know the art! They are great in diagnosis and provide the perfect healthcare for your little ones!

  • Parthesh Patel

We've been bringing our Maltese here from the past 10months. Doctors and support staff are always there and offer very prompt and professional service and advice. Plus it is 24/7 which is a great relief in case of last minute emergencies. Highly recommended!

  • Karan Lakhani

We were very happy with the promptness of the treatment and the way in which the doctors asked questions and handled it. We are hopeful our dog Frodo will get better with their treatment. Especially good for emergencies at night, since it’s open 24/7.

  • Aditya Nadkarni

Excellent clinic for your pets. Very courteous and knowledgeable doctors and staff. They know how to handle our pets the right way. Never seen my dog this comfortable at a clinic. Clean, bright and well maintained place. Highly recommended.

  • deepak ramrakhyani

They provide all sorts of medical treatment required for your pet. I would have rated it 5 stars only if masses could afford it. They charge almost 50k for doing just admission process and then onwards almost 8k every day! Is this a joke?

  • Delzin Irani

This is the best place to get your pet from dead to alive!! I'm so greatful to all the Vets as well as the clinic managers here. Our pet dog was almost dead, the Vets did a splendid job and got him back to us!! Thank you!!! …

  • Arjun Jetly

One of the best clinics in Mumbai for your pet. A real state of the art facility. Super clean and highly qualified doctors. They take the best care of your pets. There is a pharmacy on the premises and the charges are very reasonable.

  • khushboo parekh

Kudos to Crown Vet team for supporting one and all at the worst hour of our life. My cat fell of a high-rise and needed immediate care, luckily Vishal and Dr Aprajita were super responsive and kept us informed on the entire process.

  • SRUSHTI MALDE

A very good place to take your pets. Everyone is a pet lover here. Dr Aakash, took really good care of both of my cats. He was very patient and explained me the details of the surgery with calmed me. Had a great experience!

  • Bharat Jhala

The vets are very courteous to answer all your questions as a pet parent. The facility is available 24/7. The only reason it’s missing out on two stars is because the follow up is missing and the charges are way too high!

  • Trishna Roy

Although it's a bit expensive, however, the doctors were really good and receptive, we also need to take into consideration that I visited crown at 3 am in the morning and the doctors were readily available to help us .

  • Manisha Chauhan

All the doctors of Crown Vet are extremely Good & their love towards animals is unconditional. Loved their behavior towards animal. The Staff were respectful & friendly as well. Location wise too good. Good Cleanliness.

  • Gauri PATWARDHAN

Had to rush my dog in emergency on a Saturday night. Super friendly and efficient staff. So grateful to see people who think that even pets can need 24/7 medical services. Really grateful to the doctors and staff.

  • Saahil Krishnani

Crown vet undoubtedly is one of the best pet care clinics in Mumbai. The professionalism the attitude even the love and affect towards your pet is unmatchable. They literally gave my dog a new life thank you :)

  • Sanjana Kumar

The only 24/7 vet hospital in Mumbai. Their staff is dependable and very good with dogs. I’ve been taking my dog here for 2 years almost and would not trust anyone else with him.
