This has been a nightmare from start to finish. Steven confirmed about a month ago now that he would come on the Saturday to fit a new hob for me at 10am. 10am arrived and I text him to ask if he was going to be on time. I then called about half an hour later as he hadn't turned up. About an hour later, I was very annoyed and he called me back to say he wasn't coming as he didn't get the part- couldn't he have told me that? I had wasted all that time on nothing! He then advised me to buy one and he would fit it. I text him the details, he didn't reply. A week later I called and he said sorry text me again and I will text you straight back. That was on a Tuesday. Two weeks later still no response. I called again and he asked me to email him the links. He replied finally and I bought the part. He said he would fit it on the Saturday after it arrived. I text again to confirm, but he said he couldn't do it on the Saturday now as he was at a Christening. He confirmed he would do it Friday evening. Friday evening came and I didn't hear from Steven. I called, I text and no response. I waited there for him to come and fit the hob. Nothing. It's now Saturday after, I called again. Nothing. This has literally been the worst experience. Are you even an electrician? Is this a joke??

AVOID, AVOID COWBOY ELECTRICIAN Service was absolutely shocking!! Had a house rewire, which was promised to be done in 4 days by him took 3 weeks and was done by a cowboy which was a relative.. paid good money.. The 2nd fix was supposed to be done within 1 week as decorater was in week after, didn’t show up. Nothing has been done as promised, very unprofessional. Doesn’t reply to tex messages, or phone calls, makes excuses he has left his phone at work!! promises everything but doesn’t deliver!!! Doesn’t have good work ethics.. The work which has been carried out in the first fix has been checked by other electricians and is not up to today standards, nothing has been wired up properly none of the spot light were fire rated, he is not fit to be called an electrician!! That’s an insult to the good electricians out there!! I don’t understand where the 5 star reviewers are coming from!!! PLEASE AVOID!!! He has ripped me off I have had to borrow from family & friends to make right what he did wrong!!

Absolutely abysmal experience. On the first time I managed to book him, he didn't turn up on the day he had said, but then text the following morning to say he could come. I was desperate for hot water so agreed. He told me the work that needed doing and that he would contact my landlord. Took him serveral days to do so but then had agreed to come the following Tuesday. Tuesday came and by about 4pm I rang and he said he would be here about 6-6.30. didn't say there would be a chance he wouldn't be able to make it so I carried on waiting. Still a no show. Called the following day only to be told he had a personal emergency, and he'd ring me that afternoon. Never did ring me. An absolute joke of a service and probably the worst service I've ever received from anyone. No idea where all of these five star reviews have been plucked from but do not use this cowboy.

These guys did a first rate job at a very competitive price and unlike virtually every other electricians I have ever used they actually cleaned up after themselves ( Electricians are notorious for leaving packaging etc ) Would highly recommend either for domestic or commercial work. Thanks guys

I’ve used this company a couple of times. Thoroughly impressed with the work completed. I’ve had extra sockets added & my house re-wired. Highly recommend his work. He’s also a very nice and friendly young gentleman.

Stephen responded very quickly to our electrical failure in the kitchen. He kept us informed and explained his work excellently. The finished job was done to a high standard! We will be using him again.

Got a good quote but then 3 times I tried to get the work done and 3 times he let me down. The 3rd time he said he'd be over in an hour and then just didn't turn up. Time waster.

Nice enough guy, but impossible to pin down. Constantly chasing up and making plans, only for him not to turn up, and then ignore my calls. Total waste of time
