I used to take pride in having long hair, but lately it's become more of a burden than anything. My hair was at it's longest it's ever been, probably healthier than I've ever had it too. You'd think I would be in love with it, but I wasn't. It was more difficult to wash, it took longer to blow dry, air dry, or even style. I was afraid to just go anywhere since the person I have trusted with my hair for over 5 years was over 2 hours away. I came here the other day after finding Regina in a local mom's group, and I'm so glad I did. She did a fantastic job on my hair. She knew what I was trying to achieve and she made everything come to life. My long hair went from a burden, to something I could take pride in and love all over again. And this was just a cut, no even color. She took her time to hear me out, and was so kind. Even though we shared something in common (being first time mom's), I could tell she was a genuinely kind and loving person. I never felt judged by her, even with my dry scalp. She completely understood where I was coming from and made me love my hair all over again ❤

I had my make up and hair style with them for my wedding and Ana did my hair very nice and beautiful but they are very bad with make up.The girl from Pakistan she supposed to do my make up and she didn't make it that day she was very unprofessional and they ruined my whole day. That was very special day for me may be they didn't realize that and also i had an appointment for reception on the same day and they cancelled my appointment on time but i was glad they cancelled it and i did my own make which was 100% better than them. In the last i just want to tell them actually its my request please "DON'T SAY YES" to the customers for anything you guys don't know how to do it.

My son got his hair cut here last week. They were busy but still fit him in rather quickly. It's starting to get hot so we finally decided to cut his hair. They cut about 5 inches of hair off. Didn't take long to cut at all. The lady was very nice and communicated with me and my son the entire time about what she was doing. She even showed him how to style it (he cares about this stuff) before we left. He looked great and it was very affordable.

I enjoyed getting my hair cut here for a number of years. Then, when I called an hour in advance to make an appointment and was told ‘no problem, just come in,’ only to arrive and made to wait, I walked out after 15 mins. If someone had respectfully apologized rather than telling me it will only be a few minutes, my business would not have been lost. I have no problem waiting, but not when I am handed false expectations.

This place offers one of the best bang for buck hairstyling‘s combination cut etc. you can’t beat this place for coloring, and a lot of the salon needs for people with more specific hairstyles. But for people such as myself the simple cut and wash I’ve never regretted they take such great time in care with each person and they’re so specific and thorough this really makes you think of the or is artisans than anything.

Anna is a very nice lady and everything, but she didn't do a very good job on my hair. She dyed my hair and the color came out very well, and then cut my hair all choppy. She then curled it to cover that up without me being able to look and without me asking then charged me for that. Now, a week later, the dye is already gone. My total came out to $200, and for the job she did is way too high.

Worse place ever! Turnover on a regular basis. They get people right off cosmetology school and don't give them any on the job training. The LAST time I was there I had to go to another place and get it fix. The woman that fixed my haircut asked me if I had tried to do it myself at home. IT WAS THAT BAD! They are cheap. But you get what you pay for!

Rosalie is the best for cuts and color. I have very curly hair and sometimes I have trouble finding someone who understands I don't need layers and I have enough body. She has never let me down. (Everyone else does top notch work, too, from what I've seen from the chair.) Best to call ahead for an appointment but they do take walk ins.

It was a pretty great experience overall. They do walk-ins and do accept card payments. I will say if you have an issue with the chip on your card you might need to bring some cash since their machine is kind of old. Overall I'm really happy with this location. I'll probably be returning for my next cut.

As far as men's cuts go, don't let anyone other than Yelena cut your hair. I specifically instructed my stylist not to cut off the top and she did anyway, and just as I expected it's uneven in some parts and will have to go somewhere else to have it fixed. With that being said, I will not be returning.

This review is for shannon only. Everyone else here is rude and has no business doin hair for women under 60. Shannon is so good though! I've been getting my hair done by her for almost 10 years and many of my friends too. Don't waste your time with the others. Ask for Shannon! She does eye brows too.

I googled local hair salons and chose Cut Loose. My daughter had terrible knots in her hair. I wanted to have it cut out, but the hair stylist Sammi said she wanted to try and get the knot's out. She did an amazing job! My daughter's hair looked fantastic afterwards. Will definitely go back.

5 star plus. So glad I decided to walk through their doors. I use freida who get the cut perfect every time, but from what I noticed they're all good at their trade. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Great cut, great atmosphere, great conversations. Thank you for making me feel and looking good.

Came here for a blow dry and unfortunately the lady I got did not really know what she was doing. She was nice though. But she couldn't do what I wanted which was give my hair lots of body and big soft curls, instead it was flat with small curls, so I was not happy with the service.

Had two events recently and both times I did my hair here. Everybody is great!!! Super creative and friendly. Also the style lasts forever and is very comfortable to wear. I had so much compliments in my hair. Lol, thank you very much... Will be back soon!!! …

Came here to cut off my hair for donation and to color it after. The stylist braided my layered locks before cutting them. She really made the whole experience enjoyable. Plus I got a great dye and layered cut afterwards. Before and after photos provided. Thanks!

Love this place. Anna was great. She gave me a cut that I can actually style and works with fine thin hair!!! There was no upsale of products which I really liked...not feeling pressured to buy product.
