This place is a gem! We found them after desperately seeking a shop that would fix a flat on an e-bike. We went to at least three different bike stores that told us they could not help us. Not Cycleast! They welcomed us in, fixed up the tire, and we got to enjoy some great coffee while we waited. Highly recommend!

Popped in to ask about bike packing bags and Russel was amazing. Talked me through a bunch of options most of which he wasn’t even selling - he just wanted to make sure I found the right bag. Back in NZ we call guys like this GCs. Good coffee too.

I just recently moved to Austin from Miami. I came across this shop while riding by at the right time. I got to chat with Russell, and he was super welcoming. Super down to earth and humble guy. The guys at the shop were great too. I highly

I was looking for a specific bike frame in a specific size. Someone on Facebook let me know that Russell had one available at his shop. This was my first time ordering a bike and having it built up and delivered. The process of working with

Cycleast really knows their stuff! They were helping multiple people while I was there. Each person had different questions and needs and they handled each client with expertise and without missing a beat! I was super impressed. I'm a small

Great little neighborhood shop - they've answered questions, given advice on parts, and did a fast tune-up that made my bike run smooth as silk and my brakes (that were sketchy, at best) stop me on dime. Plus, since they share space with a

What a ludicrously cool bike shop. Several bike mechanics right there on the shop floor, who are all friendly and cool as hell. You walk in, talk to the friendliest human you've met the entire day, and they walk you back to the work area,

ATTENTION PEOPLE OF AUSTONIA! (Aka Austin) This slick, candy dipped, well fabricated peace of art is my bicycle! I myself ride this nearly 6 days a week! It is my transportation as well as how I feed my face! I purchased this noble steed

Good team here who have worked to build an inclusive community around the shop. Solid wrench team with quick turn around on most work. Good selection of All City, Tern (electric), & Retrospec lines plus Salsa & Cdale available in limited

These people have done nothing but keep my bike going and my riding hobby alive. Their solutions usually involve a little bit of work I didn't know how to do or a tool I didn't have. They've never gouged me for this and it makes me feel

Couldn’t be happier with my decision to go to Cycle East! I was assisted by Fern, who was wonderful, polite, extremely helpful, and all around a great person to interact with. His recommendations were spot on and I was in and out fairly

Cycleast is quite literally the best bike shop i have ever been to. The staff has always been kind and able to squeeze in my repairs because they understand that it’s my main mode of transportation. The price are incredibly reasonable

Great little repair shop! I needed a new shifter cable and they did it right on the spot for me. It’s very reasonably priced and the people are super nice. I’ll be going back for all future bike repairs. Cute dog too.

Bike shop located adjacent to Flat Track Coffee shop; great combination and implementation. Unusual to be able to get immediate skilled mechanical work done from 7a-7p; saved the day this am.

Russell and team did an awesome job recommending and fitting upgrades to my tired old adventure bike. Rides like new. I’ve been tearing up road and gravel ever since …

We have been witnessing the experience this community of knowledgeable folks have for quite sometime. We regularly have coffee at Flat Track and see these folks in action.

  • Winter Wilks

The staff is friendly and helpful. My bike finally shipped from overseas and I took it there to be reassembled, and it was done quickly and at a reasonable price.

  • Ms. Psycho

I loved the vibe, not the service. Mechanics were great and insightful, the people taking the orders and payment were not.
