Staff is too lazy, in the year 2022 they always have a convenient complaint of "internet not working" informing this they will keep staring at screen for hours. Somebody please create a separate IT support team for this office

As usual lethargic staff, poor customer focus. I must hv gone after a very long time. N same feeling - service was getting delayed because printer was not working and person kept struggling with it.

Dedicated Service... thank you There was no electricity in the area today but the staff on the 2nd floor (Bhawani Shankar section) made the effort to locate my Speed Post envelope. Grateful!

Head post office of Mumbai. Employees are very friendly and enthusiastic to help customers and retired staff.
